I found Shop Miss A by browsing for online makeup shops. Had been buying from Sephora which can get expensive, especially when you have a lipstick fetish like me. Tried Shop Miss A and have never looked back. Have not been disappointed with any of the products I've purchased, from lipsticks to eyeshadows, jewellery and socks. They ship the order very quickly - I usually receive them within 10 days to Canada. Shipping costs are very reasonable; less than $8 CAD on a $20-$25 order. I highly recommend this shop if you're looking for good quality at bargain basement prices.

I've made several orders to this site, and haven't had a problem with any of them. The jewelry and miscellaneous items are cute, about the same or better as you'd find at a dollar store. I've also purchased a variety of makeup. There isn't a huge variety in foundation/powder/concealer colors unless you've got a pale to medium skin tone, but their lipstick selection is amazing. Highly recommended if you're looking for an unusual shade for fun or cosplay.

Update: They now carry belts, and the one I ordered seems to be quite good quality for a dollar; think along the lines of the belts you'd find at kmart or walmart for 5 or 6 dollars.

And their customer service was excellent in helping me when an item I ordered was out of stock; they gave me a choice between refunding the dollar to my paypal or giving me two dollars in store credit.

I have made several orders since my first review and will continue to order from them.

Just placed my second order with them, my first one took a couple of extra days to arrive but when I emailed customer service they got back with me the next day. Very good quality, a lot of care is put into the packaging when being shipped. Love shop miss A so much!

I'm 25 & have been shopping with them since I was about 20-21. They have never disappointed me. Packaging is always great & even if I'm unhappy with some items I consider trying out I just give it away because it's more so a mess up on my end not theres. I truly recommend this website and you will not regret it trust me. I always brag about this site. BTW just got done placing a order for anklets and ended up getting more haha as always!. This was my first time ordering, and i loved everything. Packaged beautifully, the customer service, at least on facebook was great, i haven't even bothered with emailing, cause i know they take forever to respond, just go to social media, they get back right away and the girl who does the customer service there is super nice/helpful!
Will shop many times over!

Just made my third order. The items I received in my first two orders did take a while to arrive (3-4 weeks from USA to Canada), but the items were 100% correct and only the packaging of one makeup item was damaged out of over 15 total items. *Package tracking is available and very useful* The items I got were either decent or good quality, and definitely worth the price. A tip is to read the ratings/reviews on the product before you buy it. There is a large variety of makeup products and accessories. This site is worth checking out!

I think for those that live in America, the shipping is faster, a lot easier, and usually hassle-free.

I bought items from this store for the first time, and I can tell you for sure I will be buying again. I mean the fact that the entire store is $1 is something that's worth risking even if you live overseas. I hope this company stays forever honestly, because this will be a store that I'll shop from consistently.

The package arrived in perfect condition, and all of my items were there. I'd suggest buying under $30, even though it's free shipping (especially for those out of the country) because I can see why people are missing items or receiving damaged ones.

Overall, this is my favorite store, it really is.

Placed order in the beginning of April, no order. They can't give me the whereabouts of my parcel, took my money and will not answer me back with information.
Spend close to 100 dollars. Ladies, sometimes cheap becomes real expensive this way..

I was reading mixed reviews about this site but I thought let me try it since all of their stuff are 1$. It's been 3 weeks I still have yet to receive my stuff the tracking number update isn't updating because it's still stuck in Texas they updated saying I should receive my package February 20 but then it updated again saying February 23. I won't be ordering again I would much rather pay full price. Terrible customer service they haven't even answered any of my emails. Don't waste you're time I should have stuck to my ikatehouse I would have received my package already.

First time purchasing from them. I paid for cheapest shipping possible along with 6-7 eyeshadow pigments. The shipping was faster then i thought it was going to take. (Im in usa) Also, the loose pigments are extremely pigmented and a great deal for $1! Will be purchasing again!

I ordered over $100 of lashes to use in my makeup kit almost a month ago. My package said it was delivered but it never was. When I checked the tracking number it said they had no access to address, which is not accurate as my house is not hard to find. They sent the lashes back to the company. I emailed customer support multiple times and they have not responded or offered any kind of solution to the issue. Seems like a scam and they have absolutely terrible customer service.

At first, when reading the comments, I was very skeptical... But one day I said to myself why not, at worst im only gonna lose a few dollars! I live in Canada and everything arrived in 2 weeks! I was pleasantly suprised about the quality of the products (6 items), considering the fact that everything is 1$!

I received every product I ordered. No product was misrepresented. The packaging was perfect. Things came in just about the time that I expected them. I was incredibly pleased. People had left such horrible reviews but they simply were not my experience.

I ordered some false lashes couple weeks ago and still haven't received them! Never got a email for tracking number or one telling me that they shipped out my package. I contacted them but haven't heard anything back! So I contacted PayPal resolution instead for a refund.

They ripped me off! I ordered 2 times in one day, paid twice for shipping, and they came in one package...
On top of half of my $#*! being wrong, and the other half broken, I will NEVER BE BACK
Yeah, I know what's going on here! When I asked for a refund for the shipping they said no! Are you freaking kidding me... They combined my items but still made me pay twice for shipping! Lost my business! Don't shop here, super high fraud risk!

I have ordered $35 worth of stuff with 2 day shipping. I have not received the order, and now they are not replying to any of my emails. 100% a scam. I would not buy from them. Also, the tracking number for the delivery company is now non-existent. Disputed with my bank. Again, DO NOT BUY.

Their shipping time is okay. Last time (Feb 2021) I ordered they took longer to ship because it was COVID + the big snow storm/power outage in TX so it was understandable. They sent me an email about the delay because their headquarters are in Dallas, TX.
My first order with them was from Sep 2019. I order 2 - 3 times a year when I need to buy more items (and especially when they have $1 shipping promo for order over $5; it's a great deal because I don't like to pay for shipping and I'm not gonna order $35 worth of stuff just to get free shipping - $35 is probably nothing compares to other sites but you will get a lot of stuff here.) I'm not really into make up so what I have ordered from them are pouches, razor (it's amazing trust me,) nail brush, hand mirror, face cleansing brush etc. All have been of good value so far.

I ordered a package for over 20 dollars worth of make up to the Netherlands and it has been over 3 months and I still have nothing. When I contacted customer service they didn't help at all and kept saying that it was not their problem anymore once it arrived at my country. Only I called DHL and they told me the package had never even left the US. The customer service is horrible and they kept telling me to call someone else as it was not their problem anymore even if the package does not arrive at all. I can't even get my money back, don't order something from this site from another country!

This was my second time ordering from Miss A. The first order was about a year ago and no problems. However, early September I ordered 32 make up blenders. Instead I received 13 clear lip glosses, 30 tubes of mascara and 20 eye shadow primers. I emailed Miss A right away to return the merchandise. They made it seem like it was my fault and a hassle. They asked me to send them pictures which I have and it still had taken over a week and several messages for them to send me a return label. They failed to addressed my concern about my order. Instead they keep replying to me that I must send back the order and they will refund me. I've not requested a refund. I've only asked that they ship my order. I've notified them that I've placed the incorrect order in the mail and have yet to hear back from them regarding my correct order and nor have I received a refund. That is $35 gone down the drain. Save your money and the stress.

My orders took so long to arrive. The zippers on the pouches were broken, the ink pens did not write, the mittens and hat already had holes in them. I was very disappointed and I will be giving up on Miss A

I have had 3 shopping experiences with Shop Miss A and have been very pleased with them. The prices are AMAZING, the products are surprisingly good for only being a $1, and decent customer service. The last time I had ordered there ended up being one of the items out of stock discovered during packing of my order and the money was promptly refunded my money. Then one of the items was missing which was immediately taken care of. CS was polite and prompt. My only issue is the shipping. It takes about a week and half to two weeks and I'm only 8 hours away from the hq but I'm also impatient to get stuff after I've ordered, so that's probably just me being so excited! Lol I will continue to shop with them again and again!

I'm very happy about the products i have ordered and the quality with the price being so low i was a little dubious but miss a has shocked me the concealer and foundation that i ordered are perfect for my skin the concealer gives a radiant finish which brightens under the eyes and the foundation sets to the skin perfectly. I always use high end skin and make up products and can say that i will continue using miss a... the hand cream in lavender is also brill. A very happy customer :)
