I've been shopping from this site for years and I've never had a bad experience. Products can be hit or miss but the reviews that other shoppers are able to leave on each product are extremely helpful. It's very easy to weed out the good products from the bad. My orders have always been fulfilled surprisingly quick, and products are full size and good quality. I've found a few of my favorite go-to items on here, including a liquid eyeliner that is to DIE for. I even bought 2 extra as a backup in case they run out of stock (:
Refused to take my tax exemption card. I guess because their corporate office is texas they don't think they have to follow oklahoma tax laws
I paid extra for expedited shipping because I am leaving the country in a week. The package was supposed to arrive in 3-5 days but it has been 9 days and I have yet to see anything. I called the shipping service (DHL) to see when my package would arrive and they told me it has not even been shipped yet, despite the email I got from MissA saying it had. I am extremely angry and frustrated and probably just wasted $30. I will never shop here again and no one else should either.
I am just curious. I changed the currency to CAD and the total (with shipping) came out to $33. When I checked my bank statement however, it showed $44. Can I please have some more information as to why it charged me an extra $10? Is it the customs? Thank you!
My first order came in 2 weeks after I placed it. I gave a pass because I ordered on a weekend and weather was bad. So I decided to do it again... this time I ordered at the beginning of the week, that was a week ago. I checked the status on Friday it said fulfilled and had a usps tracking number. No info tho when I pulled it up. It's now Tuesday and it is just now getting to the post office in Texas. Which means it'll be another week before I get it. And to top it off... the site says free shipping on 30 or more... i still got charged. Definitely not ordering again.
It has been awhile since I have ordered from them. Prices can't be beat. They have more than just makeup. I have ordered accessories, underwear, great earrings. Remember, things come from Asia so size up 2-3 sizes, especially with underwear. Their sister site is nice too, Off Duty Basics.
Shipping takes a bit but, it comes. It comes faster when you pay for express shipping, naturally. Standard shipping is fine. I've had good experiences with customer service, particularly when an item has been damaged en route.
Regarding makeup, read the reviews. Most things are only one dollar. There will be some hits and misses. The packaging for the makeup is not going to be Sephora quality. Please don't expect that. When ordering brushes and clothing items, please wash them first.
Great site for gifts. Beware, dollar items add up fast!
All in all, I have been pleased with my orders and the service I received from Shopmissa.com.
I've ordered from shopmissa.com a handful of times and am usually very satisfied. The products are always as they appear on the site in person and they are well packed. The issue is shipping; I placed an order 12/5 and with no update email after requesting ETA, the tracking says it will arrive 12/30 when their website states 7-10 days standard. I needed this package for Christmas time and now I have to run to stores to replenish the products. If you need your products at a specific time please take that into consideration.
On my first order, a highlighter was missing. I contacted customer service and they gave me a refund no questions asked. The rest of my orders have been perfect! The reason I gave 4 stars is because the shipping is sooo slow. Delivery can take anywhere between 8 to 18 days. My current order will be delivered today. I ordered September 30 so that makes 16 days that it will be for this delivery. Also if you choose the "expedited" shipping they still use DHL and it still takes forever to get your order. It's an okay trade off considering almost everything is a dollar give or take a few cents. Just wanted to warn anyone of what to expect. Doesn't deter me from shopping on missa a one bit.

Implemented a new fulfillment system within their warehouse for more accuracy and faster order ship out, and there has been some technical issues that are currently causing some unexpected problems, according to agent Rachael D. And as a result, an order I placed on February 18th could not be fulfilled because after 8 years (since 2015) of ordering from them with the same address they are erroneously advising my address is incorrect?! And instead of offering to fix the problem, they chose to cancel my order and refund me this morning. I have referred numerous family and friends and been a good customer for 8 years and find this a poor resolution to a problem they admit to having. Buh bye Felicia!

A customer has no way of talking to them if there's a problem. It's up to their discretionary whim on whether they choose to respond to your emails or not.

I never received my items, it has been two months and a half since I ordered. Once the package arrived to destination country it has been lost! No one took responsibility, DHL gave me wrong informations, Shopmissa told me that I had to contact customs, but it's their problem if the customer is not happy! I didn't have to go through so much for a package! Customer service replied to my emails with scripts, so annoying!
I lost 32$ and I'm a student and I worked hard for those money! Worst experience ever, never again. You can get cheap products somewhere else, there are tons of affordable brands with better customer service.

I placed an order about two weeks ago hoping that I would receive something before my birthday which is May 5. I waited the 3-5 business days to receive a tracking number yet my order is still showing unfilled. I understand the Covid 19 crisis and everything but this is ridiculous. Its pointless sending an email for some assurance or anything because no one answers you. I ordered from Amazon the same day and was informed that it would be a delay in shipping but guess what I got my package today and they were very helpful in sending updates. This issue with Miss A really makes you not want to order again. Can I please get some help!?
I've been ordering from ShopMissA for about 6 months now. I usually place orders of $35 or more (to receive free shipping). The only time something has ever went wrong was when they ran out of an item during the packing of my shipment, however, they were very polite and courteous, refunding the amount of that item back onto my debit card, as well as giving me a free store credit of the same amount. Yes, some of the items are cheap (not all, but some), but they are pretty good quality for everything being $1. My shipping has always been on time! I absolutely adore this store and plan on making many purchases in the future!

If you're plus size, stay away from the panties. They may say XL, but when I got a pair, they wouldn't fit me, but DID fit my size M cousin.
Everything is a dollar, so expect quality to be that of a dollar product. Shipping was fast, about 6 business days, and products arrived in good shape. The jewelry that I have ordered is surprisingly sturdy, think Forever 21 quality but for a better price. It's a good way of trying new products at an amazing price before spending more money on a higher quality version.
The make up products are a hit or miss, depending on your personal preferences. However, if it's a miss, you aren't losing very much.
If you're interested or intrigued, I would definitely say give it a try!

I'm a first-time customer, and to summarize this website in one sentence: you get what you pay for.
I've seen people report their items getting mixed up, but for me personally, they got my entire order correct.
I also haven't tried the cosmetics yet, but from the feel of it, they are quite cheap (as expected for a dollar). Accessories are along the same line, and look pretty close to the pictures (without the fancy lighting, of course).
The shipping took two weeks, so it is a bit slow, and there aren't very many options if you're international, but I'm sure if you're from America then you can choose express shipping. The shipping is very inexpensive too though, so not bad at all.
When I got my order, it was well-packaged, layered in foam and bubble wrap.
I'd say that if you're on a budget and have the right expectations, this website would be good for you.
Will be ordering again in the future.
I have ordered from there twice so far and am working on my 3rd order now. If there is an issue with your order they will do whatever it takes to resolve the issue. Best way to talk with them is through social media. But who doesn't like a store that has dollar items and so many choices. You need to stop reading this and go shop on their site now lol
I've known about ShopmissA for a while now, as I have shopped online from them before, but I recently revisited my love for them when I saw that there was a store opened up in one of my city malls. I just love how much of a variety there are and how affordable it is. I will say that a lot of their products are hit or miss but there really isn't any sort of risk that you could take with them as all of their products are $1 or around that range and you have the opportunity to try out a wide variety of different types of products ranging from makeup to skincare to hair care and so much more. I also love how they have cruelty free makeup!

I ordered over $20 worth of items from this website and not a single item showed up. The costumer service is horrible. They keep saying that it's "out of their hands" and to "call USPS about it"... so I did. I spent two hours on the phone for them to tell me that the packages don't exist. I'm prepared to fight atm.
I spend about 20 dollars and waited patiently. One of my friends had already ordered from the site so I was optimistic. Everything showed up faster than expected. Some of the stuff does feel quite cheap but you get what you pay for. I absolutely love the nailpolish and swear by their lipsticks. Thanks for a great deal. Will definitely order from Miss A again!
My stuff still hasn't come this is ridiculous. I ordered exactly 1 month and 4 weeks ago. The wait is too long. Imagine trying to scare people for money for charity. I'm appalled seriously. I can't believe all my money is gone I'm broke asf.
Edit: almost a month later they hit me with the "you had to confirm your email and we sent you an email but didn't get a reply" mess. They said that my package was on hold and I just got email saying my makeup is on its way. I'm mad it took this long but glad I didn't get as scammed as people were saying. They had me in the first half lol. Make sure you guys include YOU SHIPPING NUMBER cause they won't respond according if u don't.

The pkg came sooner than I expected and was pleasantly surprised when opened... the jewelry ( ear rings) I bought looked very classy and not cheap at all. And I got a bun maker for hair which is perfect and eyeliner... I will MOST definitely order from them again... Great experience and highly recommend!
I ordered a brow pencil, blush, liquid lipstick and a beauty sponge and everything came on time. The thing is, I dont have a order number so I wasnt able to track my package. It came in 2 days! Very impressed
I love this place. I came across Miss A in dallas at the Grapevine Mall. Love the products I bought. Nothing had a complaint. Went online at the website, & everything I bought had amazing reviews. Shadows, sponges, brushes, glosses, lip treatments, & facial masks. Shipping was probably no more than a week and some change. Amazing customer service. I love makeup and always looking for a good deal. Pretty sure I'll be buying from them once a month.
I ordered about $30 worth of stuff from this website and nothing has came in yet. I emailed them multiple times and they "reassure" me that my package isn't lost and that it is in the warehouse waiting to be shipped to the next destination. When I asked for a refund they said they can't do anything until it gets here. So who knows when that will be. I've ordered from here before and I got it pretty fast. Due to COVID-19 I am assuming that they are taking way longer for some reason and they switched shipping brands. Do not purchase anything from here during this pandemic unless you want it 3+ months later.
For a free shipping I purchased $36 worth of items and waited for a long time. They provided a tracking number and I tracked them every single day without any progress until suddenly they said its delivered out side of my front door. I was taking a walk in front of my door and they totally lied. Miss A said they will not take any responsibility after the status "delivered". My husband went to the usps office and they said to claim to the insurance but I don't know they have insured the delivery or not! I think its a big scam and don't fall for it ladies!
- They forgot a pair of earrings in my order and just ignored my e-mail about it. So, I guess be prepared to just not get what you ordered and be okay with that?
- One of the pairs I did get come with a warning label about containing nickel and lead which may cause birth defects. Would have been nice if they put that on the website so that I didn't buy them.
- Quality of the other items was better, but generally hit or miss.
- I ordered from Canada and the shipping makes it not worth it - around $15, plus I even got hit with an extra $12 charge at the post office; unspecified "cash on delivery" charge which I'm guessing was customs-related, but they also ignored the question when I e-mailed them, so I guess I'll never know.
Maybe I would be willing to deal with this site again if I lived in the US, but I'll be shopping elsewhere because for me it wasn't worth it in the long run.
Not sure if I want to order from them again. I am waiting for customer service to get back to me for this incident. Out of three shipments and paying over $100 so far I'm not completely happy. This last shipment might be the nail in the coffin. They completely messed up my order they packaged all the essential oils together. They all leaked big gross mess. They forgot an item. The lipstick was open and it looked used. The nail polish was completely old. The soap sheets we're open and then half taped up. I just feel that's very unsanitary for beauty products to be open and then sold. I do understand that these products are a dollar so sometimes what do you expect but still. And please keep in mind that even though they say cruelty free and they say that their products are not made in China they are and a lot of their products are not cruelty free and made in China just keep that in mind. Oh they will delete bad reviews all my reviews have been deleted!
