I've been shopping from this site for years and I've never had a bad experience. Products can be hit or miss but the reviews that other shoppers are able to leave on each product are extremely helpful. It's very easy to weed out the good products from the bad. My orders have always been fulfilled surprisingly quick, and products are full size and good quality. I've found a few of my favorite go-to items on here, including a liquid eyeliner that is to DIE for. I even bought 2 extra as a backup in case they run out of stock (:

I am actually kind of surprised at how happy I am with my first order from Shop Miss A. It was packaged very nicely. The products seem to be very well made for "dollar store" products. It also did not have a musty smell like I, for some reason, expected it to. I haven't tried any of the products out yet but my first impressions are excellent as for as my ordering, tracking and delivery experience. It did take about 2 weeks from the time I ordered until the time I received my order but it is the holidays and they seem to take a lot of time inspecting and packaging the order.
I bought ten dollars worth of items just because a friend told me they've bought stuff from this website and I never received my items. I tried to contact the customer service and never heard back from anyone so I had my bank dispute the charges. I would never buy anything from them ever again.
I would not recommend dealing with this company. The customer service is very bad. I never received my package and my initial inquiry was dismissed. I contacted them again and they informed me that my products were lost, they can't replace them, and I can't receive a refund for the entire order. Horrible customer service.
It takes forever to ship! I've already paid and they still haven't processed or shipped my order and it has been like a month! It is very cheap but takes forever to be shipped! I am not impressed and I'm definitely not going to recommend this! It's terrible!
I ordered from this site and was very excited. I never even recieved my package and it was returned to miss a. Apparently their policy is that they will not resend out the same package. Many of the items I previously ordered were now out of stock. They also kept my shipping fee. My shipping address was 100% correct as I double checked. Im not a fan of their customer service at all and would absolutely not recommend.
Shopmissa has Amazing quality. I got got my order of 50 items super fast it only took 2 days to arrive. I have seen a lot of bad reviews about shipping time I think maybe try fast shipping. It is amazing how a great quality product is only a dollar. The packaging is nicely done and nothing was broken. I will definitely be shopping here again and I would recommend.
I can't even express how disappointed I am with this business. I emailed them to refund me because my items were broken, and of course NO RESPONSE. Regardless of how much they cost, it is still my hard earned money that I just spent on broken jewelry. Maybe they will find it in their hearts to quit scamming people with crap merchandise and refund us our money. Do not shop with this site, stay away!
I placed my order one month ago and I payed 20 dollars for shipping and it says on the website that it takes from 10 to 20 days to arrive I emailed them and they didn't even reply and the tracking no they gave me it doesn't work it didn't change the status of the package since I placed the order... At first they said to me that two of my items where out of stock after they took the money of course. If you are going to be ordering internationally I don't recommend it
Okay so someone recommended that i try Shop Miss A, and I had hopes since everything was just a dollar. So, I went to the website made a small purchase just to test out the website, and my purchased shipped and got delivered in about a week. So, I come home from school excited about my very simple purchase, and as I open it I notice that none of my products are correct. I go to the website to see what I can do about my incorrect items, and to see how I can get what I paid for. The website says email their customer service, and then give details and pictures about your wrong items and the items you are suppose to have. I did that twice, but each time I emailed them a message came back saying that my message was rejected by customer service and the email address they told me to use did not exist. If you want to keep your money do not order from this site
Ordered from them in Australia and it was meant to take between 6-22 business day. I'm now up to 56 business days and they are refusing me a refund or to send the package again. I contacts my countries postal service with the tracking number and they said it doesnt exist. So i contact the place Shop Miss A sends it do in the US... they also said that package has never arrived to them. Shop Miss A never even sent my package and wont do anything about it until 90 business days...
Horrible service
MissA was good when the site first launched. I ordered from them a few years back and had my items within 10 days.
However... Now is a completely different story. Can't tell if it's because 'rona or not, but my order has been marked as fufilled and shipped for 2 weeks with NO tracking updates. Safe to assume my package never left the warehouse.
I'd be understanding if they tell you things might be slow upfront... But on their site they're still swearing by their deliveries in the US to take 10 days max. Now im reading reviews where people haven't gotten their orders after months of waiting. While im also waiting for a response from support on why there's such a big holdup, so it's not looking promising for me.
I'll update this review if my order ever comes, but for now if you're reading this and thinking of placing an order, save yourself your time and money and go elsewhere.
I bought quite a few things. The Paw Paw beauty blender is unbelievably good. Very soft and quite efficient. The liquid lip in Fleck was too light and too matte but turned out to be a wonderful lip primer keeping lipstick in place without running up in the little lines above my mouth. The eye shadow was as good as a much more expensive brand. The lip pencils were too light and too pink even though they looked brownish on the website. The lipstick was brighter than expected but creamy and pretty. The sparkle liquid eyeshadow was fun and very sparkly. The. Cream blush wasn't very pigmented, but the color could be built up to what I wanted. I was quite impressed with the quality of the products. The $1 was quite a bargain.
Makeup is ok. Blender sponges amazing as are the cleansing facecloths. Jewelry cheap but fun. I have got much use out of their rings and earrings. Storage units are good. Scrunchies and hair items are ok. If you get something that you don't like, it's only a dollar! Never had a problem with delivery(Canada) but their tracking is useless.
Ours arrives via Canada Post not DHL as claimed.

Fun and inexpensive. I have ordered many times and always
got exactly what I ordered. I also live in Canada. If you keep your order below $40 US you will not pay duty. I learned the hard way!

Placed a $19 order in April, received it on May 19th. At this point, they can't blame Covid, the shipping service is just terrible. I have ordered things from China that arrived in less time. Order prior to that in November had incorrect items. It was like someone just threw whatever in the bag to ship it off. Correcting THEIR mistake is also a hassle just for a store credit, not even a refund. Product quality, you get what you pay for. Overall it's hit or miss with them. Order if you're fine waiting a month for the package that may also contain missing/incorrect items.

I paid for, and ordered the purple eyeshadow duo and blush combo and when I got my parcel it was circled on the packing slip but not in the bag. I want my item! There are other people not getting items on this forum. Either you do something about your packaging, and find out what's going on, or you guys can be in big trouble for faulty packaging (not sealed properly) or internal theft. I paid for an item and never got it. There are others out here that have experienced the same. So either someone is stealing from your end or your packaging is faulty, in which case I expect the item I paid for! I want my eyeshadow that I paid for sku-COS-0494 #6(purple)
Okay, So... I put in my order on February 11,2016 and today is March 4,2016 and still haven't received my package yet. I ordered standard shipping which is 6 to 8 business days but now it has been nearly a month and I haven't heard anything from anyone. (FYI: Icontacted consumer service about this and no one a contacted me back.)
I am so glad and mad ive found this site! I found a youtuber who turned me on to this site and lets say i wad up to $30 the first 5 minutes! Now i have to limit myself to $20 a month. I've ordered polishes, charms, brushes, files, rings, jewelry and so much more. My items look like the images and quality is excellent! I love doing my nails and ive found my go to place. Shipping is great. I got my items within a week.
I have placed at least 10 small orders with Shopmissa and I am a big fan. I find some of their products at local chain stores but for much more money. I have even felt comfortable with Shopmissa to let my daughter's shop on the website. I have purchased several different types of items. I have never had anything break due to it being a low price. I had one small problem with Shipmissa order where they sent me a wrong item. Within 48 hours of emailing the Company they worked with me and gave me a store credit. No Company is perfect. I really like this site.
I bought some lip gloss and a few pairs of earrings and everything was delivered within 2 weeks and the quality was amazing (considering i only paid a couple dollars). I will definitely shop there again!
Missing items from my order. Broken items in my order.
Tried to email them. I get ignored. Email them again! Finally a reply! They request copies and pictures of everything. I comply. Then again no reply for days. SO I emailed them again, and posted on their Facebook page. Then finally another email from a different "customer service" rep asking me for more proof! I comply and send them more proof. Again, no reply for days! Then they say "even though our items are only a dollar"... like trying to make me feel bad I'm angry about $3. I told them... at this point it's not even about the money it's about the integrity of a company. If you are going to price things $1 that is not my fault. I don't care if it is $1 or $1000. Nobody pays for a broken item! Nobody pays for missing items. This company is shady! DO NOT DO BUSINESS! You will regret it. Look at all the other complaints as well. This is not an isolated incident.

I read a lot of reviews before ordering from Miss A. Most issues were with the delivery. I had absolutely no problem. The ordered shipped the day after I placed it and I received the package in just over a week.
I have been ordering makeup from miss a for years now and love everything about it! Some may be cheap like from the $tree but it's only a dollar and the dollar tree is now a $1.25 so cheaper ordering it from miss a. I ha e never received anything that I do not like! I will always order from them! Everything is great

Ordered on May 17 with standard delivery. May 27 stayed dhl deliver the package to country where the order came from. Till now i have not receive my package. They gave me international tracking info but check and call canada post but tracking not valid. Ask for refund but they refuse. They said once the package reached to country where the order coming from they are not responsible about it. What?! So basically after they took your money they dont care if their customer receive the package or not. First time experience this. We are neighbors country and yet the delivery it takes so long?! O did order online from other countries but i dont have issue at all. I regret that i have order from them. Actually i already prepare my 2nd batch to order but since this is happening I don't think i will order again. I am really disappointed.

First time ordering from shopmissa, wont do it again. It has been around 40 days, my order has still not arrived. I do understand that international shipping may take some time, especially because of covid. But, the website stage up til 27 days. And the tracking of where the parcel is supposed to be has not moved in a month. It has supposedly not even left the us yet. When reaching out to their customer service they say they can't do anything until 90 days has expired. 90 DAYS?! So I have to wait until august, even though I placed my order months ago. And then I might get my money back if the parcel hasn't arrived. When asked if they can offer any discount due to this delay, they stop responding. This is ridiculous.
