I've been shopping from this site for years and I've never had a bad experience. Products can be hit or miss but the reviews that other shoppers are able to leave on each product are extremely helpful. It's very easy to weed out the good products from the bad. My orders have always been fulfilled surprisingly quick, and products are full size and good quality. I've found a few of my favorite go-to items on here, including a liquid eyeliner that is to DIE for. I even bought 2 extra as a backup in case they run out of stock (:

Refused to take my tax exemption card. I guess because their corporate office is texas they don't think they have to follow oklahoma tax laws

I ordered something from their shop but immediately tried to cancel before they even shipped it. I wrote them a email with my order and name. They haven't replied. Guess what today I look at my email and they have shipped my order when I specifically told them to cancel it and give me a refund. I'm SO MAD. Never buy from them. $#*! THEM

I made the order march 30 and it shipped april 6, i knew it would take a bit longer seeing as I'm an international buyer, but it is now may 8th and i have received nothing. I contacted the shipping company and they said if my order didn't come by today to contact miss a. I haven't received an update about my order since april 17th.

It is very beautiful and shipped to Canada in 15 days on standard shipping! It was well packaged and was not broken or damaged. Although I ordered the "Toffee" concealer but it did not come as i expected, but was worth it. I bought these cute hoops and stud 6 pair earrings and they are fire LOVED IT.

Tip for consumers:
You will love this. It is AMAZING!!

I used all of it, it was amazing. The shipping was 15 days to ship to Canada on standard.

Absolute scam
Took my money and my items are no where to be seen after 3 $#*!ing months,
Every time I email them I get the same $#*!ty automatic email response saying it's down the covid19, I think the $#*! not your just a $#*! scam that want to take peoples money, I've demanded a refund twice and they are ignoring me! Save your money and shop somewhere else.

I ordered my items sunday morning (june 26) and they didn't ship out until july 1. Now it's saying they will be delivered july 8. I paid for faster shipping. I live in two states (the place i shipped it to is only three hours from their warehouse) and shipped it to the house i would be at until july 6. DO NOT PAY FOR FAST SHIPPING. This feels like normal shipping and isn't worth the extra money. I'll leave another review once i get my items

DO NOT ORDER. I thought I'd give $1 makeup a try however I placed an order THREE weeks ago and they just took my money and haven't sent anything. I have tried to contact support FIVE times and I get an automated email back saying they will reply within 24 hours. Still no email back. They stole my money, sent me no products, and now ignoring my messages. This place is a scam. Do not order if you don't want your money taken.

I have made about 7 orders and the first 3 orders came fast no problem but then the shipping and handling started taking longer and longer. And I have been unable to track numerous orders and the expected delivery dates was completely off so I will no longer be ordering from this site!

I ordered 7 things and they were all in great condition, the quality awesome, the shipping was great. I saw the comments about bugs and i honestly think they would be noticeable out of the package. But i wasn't there i can't say much.

My order arrived in sydney on the 26th of april, i am moving this weekend and have been told that the parcel should be here either today or Monday, getting very annoyed how long its taking, i have emailed shopmossa and the delivery company, i have phoned customs and Australian post no one knows where this parcel is

Shop Miss A is cheap products and thus provides cheap service.

I ordered my parcel on the 26th of May. It is still not here, do not have any idea when or if it will arrive. The Customer service person I was dealing with was not helpful at all. Abosolutely vapid.

Ignore all of the 'good reviews' they are liars and time wasters. Read the poor reviews, this is an accurate measure of what Shop Miss A is like.

Con artists and thieves. Save your money

Shopped from here the other day and its pretty fun to shop on here. Yeah they might be cheap and shipping might take a little longer then expected. But its great enough to still and keep shopping from here.

Horrible! I have ordered from shopmissa three times and I have only received 2 of my 3 orders. One of my order clearly got lost because I had ordered it on September 1st and it is now October 21st. This is absolutely ridiculous because I've emailed them so many times concerning this yet their response is either they advise customers to wait at least 27 days or maybe it is stuck at customs. It has been way to long nonetheless. The problem with their tracking is that it is limited within the US. What I mean is that the last time that the shipment tracking is updated is in a city in the US so I never know whether or not my package has crossed the border. I live in Canada.The 2 times I received my package, I was delighted with my order. But this third time, I never received it and when I send a request to the website their response is far from helpful. I don't recommend it!

I ordered on September 1st and it is now October 4th. No package received! They claim that because I am from Hawaii that it may take longer to come but it has been over a month and I ordered $143 worth of items and received nothing. The tracking number that they gave me says that my items is in transit but it has been in transite since September 20th! Where the heck are they shipping their items from for it to still be in transit this long! Very disappointed, too good to be true... everything is a $1 that they get to KEEP from you and honor your orders! I didn't even think about looking up reviews from them because from the looks on instagram, it appears and the post appears that this company is on top of it's game... NOT! I did not expect this level of bad customer service! NEVER EVER will I want to order from this company again! Buyers beware! Horrible 1st and LAST experience! This could be a scam for sure, I agree with all the reviewers!

It came quickly and nothing was damaged when it came. The shipping was at a cheap price, But the quality of the items were very good. After months of not getting my package I asked for a refund when I found out form the shipping company my package was never sent out that was after a month and a half ago they have yet to reply when i asked for a refund.

It has been nearly 2 months since I ordered from them and I still have not received my parcel. I will not be ordering from them again. The shipment updates are quite frankly misleading, and have not received any shipment. I would not recommend

I have ordered from shop miss a. I am not impressed you can not track your order. I live in canada and there has been no update since the 18th of march. This is rediculous I have ordered from the states for years never has taken this long for a order to get hear since where it last was is only less than 7 hrs from where I live driving time. I have ordered things from over seas that comes faster. I would avoid this company

I haven't bought anything from this website and I can already tell I won't ever. I tried making a purchase this morning and it kept telling me that the order won't go through at this time and to try again later. I tried 3 times later and got the same response. By that time I gave up on trying any further. Later at night I made a purchase on a different site and decided to look at my bank account and I noticed 3 transactions from ShopMissA. Each time my order didn't come through but I'm still being charged? That's not right! I'm currently waiting for a response from them.

Guys im not going to lie people on this site lie and say it was horrible and stuff like that just to make you scared im going to tell you the truth this site is fine i ordered from it and i got my stuff in 2 weeks so calm down this site is a great site, and sometimes when I read the stuff on here it makes me scared when i ordered from pinkqueen.com i was scared because people said it was one of the wrost sites but you know what those are all lies because i looked up missa.com because it's not that popular and all the stuff were 1 star people just do that to freak you out so don't worry

I love this site! I love the professional products! The place I was getting some of my makeup was going out of business, so when I seen them on here, I'm like yay! And they're cheaper on here than the store! :)

I ordered some things and have gotten 2 emails. 1st was that my order was in transit. 2nd was that it was delayed. When I checked my status... the label was created and never sent to the post office. It's been sitting there over a week.

I ordered 2 weeks ago and have not received any emails from them at all. I decided to leave them a message asking for an update about my order, and couple hours later i received an email saying "your order has shipped". I think you have to email them, follow up with them about your order for them to send it to you. IDK. And then 3 days later i received another email saying my order has been delayed and they can't provide any tracking.

I ordered products worth around $65. Im an international customer and my order number is *******. My order was shipped on 8th February and i havent recieved it yet. To be honest i really looked forward to the products but i guess ill most probably not get it. I email them often and track my parcel on a weekly basis but i feel like everytime i do so, i lose hope.

I placed my order on the 5th of may, these people delivered my package to the warehouse at night, which obviously will be close, no i can't even get on to them to have my package redelivered and they are telling me that is not their fault, do not order from these people

I ordered $35 worth of items. (I wanted free shipping) and it's been over a week since I've heard anything about my package. My tracking page keeps telling me my items have been "delayed" NEVER AGAIN! It's only a scam when you order Over $20! So I've heard.
