I've been shopping from this site for years and I've never had a bad experience. Products can be hit or miss but the reviews that other shoppers are able to leave on each product are extremely helpful. It's very easy to weed out the good products from the bad. My orders have always been fulfilled surprisingly quick, and products are full size and good quality. I've found a few of my favorite go-to items on here, including a liquid eyeliner that is to DIE for. I even bought 2 extra as a backup in case they run out of stock (:
Refused to take my tax exemption card. I guess because their corporate office is texas they don't think they have to follow oklahoma tax laws
I purchased a lot of stuff like lipsticks, liner, Mascara, glosses, All gone in vain the worst products i have ever recieved some of them are not even work the liners are dry there is no brush in it. Never recomend to anyone Not worth it. N also i recieved them longer. It took very long to recieve the order... bull$#*!
I was highly upset when i found out shopmissa messed up my order and not only sent we one but three of the wrong items
Item #1 long triangle end necklace (received was a pearl necklace)

I was honestly scared to order from here after doing research and seeing so many bad reviews, but I went ahead and ordered last second for a big Christmas gift.
I ordered on Dec 18 at 2:07 AM. 24 items which were $24 plus the $1 shipping... $25 total! At first I was told it would take at least 7-10 days to arrive. So, I figured with it taking at least 7 days, there was no way I would get the gifts in time for Christmas. But I was so wrong!
My order was shipped on Dec 19. (The day after ordering... so fast). I originally saw reviews complaining about the tracking number but it worked fine for me. I was able to see every step that my package was going through. (I'm not an international buyer. I'm buying from Kentucky)
I got my package on Dec 24, just in time for Christmas, and a lot faster than what they told me to expect! (Took only 5 days instead 7-10). I tried a face mask and some hand lotion for myself and they left my skin feeling great. Going to be such a good gift! I'm beyond happy with how everything went, I truly have no idea why there are so many bad reviews. :)

I read tons of the reviews and watched YouTube videos to decide what type of products were the best, if you are wanting to keep it safe, sort by best selling.

I ordered 2 concealers the BB Cream, 2 Matte lipsticks and some other trinkets. I have ordered from this company 2 times and they have arrive on time both times. Most of the products were worth $5 at least except the BB Cream, which should've been called Donald Trump Orange. Besides that a very good experience (Also, I'm in the US)
I got what I wanted in about 2 weeks, it was packaged well in a bag, bubblewrap and foam to make sure nothing was broken upon delivery. They costumer survive was excellent, getting to my question via Facebook in roughly 30min. The only problem I had was that the colors were a bit darker than depicted online, so make sure you order maybe a shade lighter but all I'm all I'm vary pleased with all tge products and the company it self and will order from here again!
I ordered twice with the first set of orders with the jewelries and the second set with the thongs and panties. They all arrived in 2 weeks after I ordered them on the website. I am based in the US by the way. I really love their services.
I haven't tried to order some of their make up but I think I would soon and I will update a review here!
Update: I have received alł items and they are purrfect! Love them XOXO. None so far from my panties and jewelries were non legitimate. I am planning on ordering some of their make up. I will update soon.
Read the reviews on here and had to try shopping for myself yesterday! I contacted someone via Facebook and asked a bunch of questions about the company, someone got back to me within the hour and answered all my questions and I mean ALL of them lol She was super helpful and even suggested products from the website that she loved and when I asked her about some dupes for popular items she happily helped me through that too. Never had a company rep go above and beyond like that for me so it was a HUGE PLUS! Makes me even more excited to get the package with service like that! Already a fan of ShopMissA, can't wait for my goodies :)) )))

I ordered two packages and the second packae i ordered came within 2 weeks. The first package took roughly 3 weeks to ship and and i still havent recieved it and it has been nearly a month. I emailed the site three times before i ever got a response. The long wait is not worth it!

I purchased 2 brush kits and they never arrived to me. Over all I spent about more than 22 dollars and I waited for so long and when they "finally" arrived according to the tracking, they never really did. I have gotten all my other 1$ items before right when the tracking confirmed it arrived but they brushes that I spent 20something dollars on never came and were never delivered. I contacted shop miss a and they said it wasn't their problem. I doubt the company ever sent the brushes and I won't buy anything from them ever again I wish I got a refund or at least they sent the brushes. Waste of money waste of time.

Ordered from Miss A after seeing it on TikTok. After a month I received no order and no follow up so I reached out. After two business days of not hearing anything I asked for a refund and got an immediate response that someone would follow up with me. When someone followed up they had a completely different name, email and order number that wasn't me. I finally asked for a refund again and was told there was a glitch in the system regarding my customer service question and they had emailed me prior telling me my shipping address was incorrect. It was not, and nobody had reached out, I double checked. After finally getting to the bottom of it they finally shipped my things and I waited another two weeks to receive them. I wore the necklace I ordered for 12 hours and it broke. I wouldn't have cared knowing how cheap it was but it just added insult to injury after an already bad experience. I gave two starts instead of one because I do like the earrings I ordered.
After ordering around $30 CAD I read upon some reviews. I was a little scared as the most focused negative reviews were within international orders and waiting months and months to receive items or even an email back... for me, this wasn't the case!
This website is great and cheap.
I placed an order and the next day or 2 already received an email saying my order was shipped. International shipping takes a while as I waited a month (which is fine) I emailed them wondering where my order was around 20 days of waiting, they responded right away and gave me the clarification.

Fulfillment messed up my order and swapped an $8 item I bought with $1 piece of junk. Okay holiday season, mistakes made, no biggie, I thought. Except they don't have a refund policy for THEIR MISTAKES. Nope they just give you store credit. And here's the kicker, not only do they NOT COVER SHIPPING, store credit cannot be used towards shipping AND if that credit zeros out your subtotal, suddenly poor Miss A doesn't recognize your address and can't ship to it. So either I have to spend MORE money to use up the credits owed to me or I've given them free money and I don't get any goods in return. I think I'm just gonna call up my bank and file a dispute with the company. Don't care if they block me from purchasing afterwards because I'm not spending a single cent more on this company. As a small business owner myself I cannot even fathom enacting such an asinine refund policy.
Never previously had a problem with this company until now. According to their website 7-10 business days for shipping yet my order has passed that time and still not shipped. Last order from here.
They have cute accessories, but recently the site underwent major renovations and they have duped their customers in several regards:
1. Everyone with an account is forced to create a new one "for security reasons". This is obviously a cover for the fact that either they somehow lost or deleted all customer info or that they don't want people already having previous orders counted towards the new "reward" program. Incredibly dishonest
2. Their email does not work, and so we have to resort to complaining on Facebook and twitter, where they still take a while to respond. Why would you close your email when you KNOW that huge changes are going to result in lots of questions?
3. They lie about how long it takes for delivery. The website says 3-7 days within the US, but it is actually more like 2 weeks or longer.
4. They NEVER informed customers about upcoming website changes or potential problems. The new website is a mess, and most products are no longer up.
Overall, I do not trust this company because of dishonest business practices. There are other inexpensive websites that offer jewelry and accessories AS WELL AS clothing. Go with one of them!
Everything was wrapped, quality was very good, received within 7 days. I have made purchases from them for more than 4 months and I haven't had a single issue.
Basically they spend forever to ship items, the quality is terrible upon arrival and then the only refund you can get is store credit. Never shopping here again.
I got about 30 pieces of merchandise. It took a few days to process but once it shipped it got delivered quickly. The jewelry is ALOT bigger than the picture you see. I thought the earrings were going to be dainty but they werent lol. But that isnt a problem. They were still beautiful. Everything i recieved looked exactly how it looks in the picture. Just because its $1 doesnt mean the quality was bad. Their eyelashes are so much prettier than the pictures they have for you to see. Will definitely purchase again.
Shop Miss A can really be a hit or miss type of shop. Again, as always, make sure to read reviews from other buyers before you purchase a product. The products sometimes have the ingredients listed, so make sure to check those too in case you have sensitive skin. I've bought a variety of things from this site: from brushes, to makeup, to accessories and to sum up my experience - the makeup wipes are great, but the foundation I would not recommend. The eye shadow palettes are tricky as they come from different brands. While some are great for a dollar, others contain zero pigment. Shipping wise, it really depends on where you live. For me, I live in Canada and it took around a month to get here on average. If you don't want to wait, I suggest you to check out another store. However, if you are curious to try, you could spend a couple of dollars and decide for yourself whether it's worth it or not.
My opinion: Makeup wipes and eyebrow pencils are good. For the other products, you definitely get what you paid for, but if you want better quality, save a couple of dollars and buy drug store makeup.
Order two weeks ago never received my merchandise but as soon as I ordered no more then 10 mins was a status put out that they shipped my items which was strange being that it normally take a day or two. However after two weeks of my order never being scanned I called the post office and they claimed it never even made it to the center so I emailed the company and they told me it got lost and to weight 20 days to see if it shows up. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Especially after doing research and seeing others with the same complaints a friend told me their warehouse was flooded and merchandise was ruined. So I don't know why they are still accepting orders if this is the case.

Looking at this site it claims it's based in TEXAS but buyer beware IT'S NOT! They have someone here creating the labels. I spent $40 in JUNE 2021 it's July 2021 and my package according to tracking not moving no information. Next week will be one MONTH and I haven't received anything at all. I know that this company is NOT BASED IN TEXAS IT'S CHINA! They send cheap stuff from there to who ever is here in the USA and then they ship it to you MAYBE! I SAY MAYBE BECAUSE I STILL DON'T HAVE A UPDATE. Customer service is none existing because no one answers you! I will never ever shop there ever again. Buyer beware some of these positive reviews it's the company lying saying they loved it. Don't get scammed...
A few years ago when Shopmissa.com came on the scene I ordered to try it out. Their shipping takes FOREVER. In this day and age I hate to say it but it's gonna be a dealbreaker for so many. There really isn't an excuse to take 2 -3 FULL weeks (or more!) to get things delivered -- ESPECIALLY because they're aren't located in China. They have a huge array of products, many of them very good. I waited close to a year to give them a try again. Same result. Shipping/handling times that are HORRIBLE. Fast forward to 11 days ago. This was their last chance -- I places an order for a few things and guess what? It's now been 11 DAYS and my order hasn't even PROCESSED yet. I would stay away. They do have insane prices, SOME really good products althoug it is hit or miss -- But the shipping? I'm done with them, I've given them several attempts spaced out to see if they ever got their act together. The answer? NO.
The shipping is quick (which is saying a lot since I live in Seattle, Washington and the stuff is coming from Texas), the overall quality of most of the products is definitely over $1, and the website is really easy to use. Overall, Shop Miss A is a unique online dollar store I would definitely recommend trying out.
