I've been shopping from this site for years and I've never had a bad experience. Products can be hit or miss but the reviews that other shoppers are able to leave on each product are extremely helpful. It's very easy to weed out the good products from the bad. My orders have always been fulfilled surprisingly quick, and products are full size and good quality. I've found a few of my favorite go-to items on here, including a liquid eyeliner that is to DIE for. I even bought 2 extra as a backup in case they run out of stock (:

I ordered on this "Miss A" site and everything came all packaged upand nothing was wrong with it at first. After I opened my package I put everything on my dresser. Then 3 days later I went to the doctor with bug bites all over my body I had like 20 bites and more kept on poppin up, the doctor could not conclude where they came from. 3 or 4 days later I found a baby roach infestation with the egg sac in my 12 AM $10 brush set on my dresser they were crawling everywhere but luckly I had bug spray and that killed them but Imma call my manager to come and do a treatment for roaches. All I have to say is DO NOT ORDER FROM MISS A AND BEGIN A CCHEAPSCAPE HAS CONSQUENCES ---->GO AND ORDER MAKEUP OFFICALLY FROM MAC© or SEPHORA© OR SOME OTHER OFFICAL SITE THAT IS LEGIT AND YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT NO MATTER HOW MUCHI AM WARNING YOU DO NOT ORDER FROM MISS A

First experience with this company. But I see several BAD REVIEWS Shipping, Products, Payment.
1. PAID FOR ITEMS SEPTEMBER 8,2017 - NEVER RECEIVED ITEM AND ITS OCTOBER 10,2017. I RESIDE ON GUAM AND WE ARE A US GROUND MAIL COMES IN 7 TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS.
2. KEEP FOLLOWING UP WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE BACK AND FORTH WITH NO SOLUTION TO MY ISSUE. CUSTOMER SERVICE SAYS I GOT TO WAIT TIL OCTOBER 6 AND THEN THEY WILL REFUND ME. CUSTOMER SERVICE REP REPLIES WITH THE SAME ANSWERS... "SORRY FOR THE INCONVIENCE"
WHY SHOULD I WAIT FOR MY REFUND I PAID IT IN FULL AND NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE.
3. AS OF TODAY I RECEIVE AN EMAIL THAT I HAVE 2 OPITIONS - ONE IS TO HAVE STORE CREDIT. (LOL) SERIOULSY... AFTER I NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE OR CREDIT BACK OF $19.00 WITH OUT THE SHIPPING FEE I PAID. I DONT THINK SO. IF I PAID IT IN FULL REFUND IT IN FULL. I HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE SHIPPER!
I have made a complaint to the Better Business Bureau in their area and my Bank. This company is a FRAUD. I suggest you as a customer who has experience a bad transaction with this company should reach out to BBB.
I have ordered from this site many times and I haven't had any problems with shipping or receiving everything I ordered I do find that the free shipping option can take a little longer but I find that to be true to almost all the site I shop so I either choose the expedited option if I have larger orders and have always received my package with 3-5 days depending on the day of the week I placed my order or standard shipping if I'm not in a hurry to get my package and this option has never taken over a week so far but because this option ships through DHL I have been lucky because they can take forever sometimes I know this from shopping at other sites in the past Ive had packages that were sent from North Carolina go to Maryland bypassing Virginia where I live then come back down to Va go figure Shop Miss A does let you know to check the beginning of your tracking number to tell if your package shipped usps or dhl for us shipping needless to say with mostly everything on the site priced a dollar there are some hit and misses I'm glad to say mostly hits when choosing wisely I have not received any damaged items but I have broken a few items before getting the chance to enjoy them (this happened to a just couple of the jewelry pieces and a fan) and I can say that I could've handled them with a little more care but some super glue or my flat nose pliers remedied this problem I have only had to throw away a pair of earrings that I broke being rough but I have the same issue with other items I've purchased with the same quality at other places the scarfs are one of my favorite items to purchase from this site because I wear head wraps to cover my hair and I have been very pleased with the ones I have and the size overall I am happy with my experience thus far I can't comment on the customer service because I haven't had to contact them yet (crossing fingers to not jinx myself) but I'm hoping that they have read the reviews and made appropriate changes to satisfy all because this day in time every dollar you spend counts inexpensive don't have to be cheaply done so for now I will continue to shop Miss A
I've Been ordering from Shop Miss A Since February this year. I have had maybe one or two items that i never received but was charged for, and one E. L. F. Mascara/Eyeliner that was dried up, but i never minded it since it's only a dollar and they have pretty nice things on their site. HOWEVER, I'm EXTREMELY UPSET about their A-LIST membership where if you spend more than 300 bucks within one calendar year you SUPPOSEDLY get access to their exclusive products for still $1. The reason i am upset is because after reaching the 300 mark i still could not see the alist items. So i Msgd a Miss A Rep named Natalie. Her Exact reply to me was

***You can see why I'm upset. I've been doing my best to get to the 300 mark. The last order i made that made me reach 300 was about 2 weeks ago.(They told me that it takes one week to get in because they update the list weekly. WELL after reading this i was so disheartened. I've recommended their site to A LOT OF FRIENDS AND FAMILY MEMBERS and told them about the A-list. I've said nothing but nice things about them. BUT TODAY was just something else... We'll see if they have decided to "discontinue" the A-list membership within "the next few weeks" i guess. Now i'm second guessing everything... I just hope to God that this wasn't a scam to begin with just to get people to buy more things... because I've searched long and hard trying to find people who got into the A-list but have yet to find one person/one review.
I'll probably still get stuff from them. But I'm still super disappointed.( Unless they decide to stop shipping to me because I made a bad review.) Which i hope is not the Case! But i'll be prepared for it.
I order items from this company on DEC 04 2015 and i have not received my order yet
They said they shipped my order but when i contact the shipping companies that they shipped the package with DHL said they do not have my package the USPS said they never received
A package only notification that the package was going to be tendered to them but they never received the package and the post office also said the package was never sent because they would have it by now now it's Dec 23 and i still have not received my items so i contacted customer service they keep telling me 7-10 days when DHL and the USPS telling me they do not have my package now i believe i was giving a false tracking number because the items was never shipped in the first place and the company is not trying to find out what happen to my package either because i email them telling them they need to file a claim to find out were the package is so i can get my items and all they keep saying i know your excited to get your package wait 7-10 it's in transit but how is it in transit when the delivery companies don't have the package which lead me to believe they never sent my package in the first place other wise why not try to find out were the package is so i want and refund because i was already charged they had no problem taking my money so i as a customer should have no problem getting my items if i can't get my package i should be refunded after all of this i will not be ordering from this company again to the company you keep a customer by making things right with your customer other wise you will lose customer and you guy should have a phone number were customer can reach you not just an email.

Lo pongo en español para que quede clarito, es una puta estafa, los pedidos tardan mucho en llegar (si llegan, yo sigo esperando), al inicio sí te contestan los correos y son majísimos pero ya cuando les empiezas a reclamar por el pedido se quedan puntito en boca. Los precios son tan baratos porque luego te la clavan con los gastos de envío (con lo que cuesta ya te podía llegar en unicornio pero eso no pasa).
Hice el pedido el 25 de abril y lleva parado en estados unidos desde el 14 de mayo.
