I've been shopping from this site for years and I've never had a bad experience. Products can be hit or miss but the reviews that other shoppers are able to leave on each product are extremely helpful. It's very easy to weed out the good products from the bad. My orders have always been fulfilled surprisingly quick, and products are full size and good quality. I've found a few of my favorite go-to items on here, including a liquid eyeliner that is to DIE for. I even bought 2 extra as a backup in case they run out of stock (:

Okay so everything on this site is a dollar! It's like an online dollar store for accessories, but with cuter items and way better quality. I was so surprised that the products weren't really junky. The shipping is cheap and fairly quick. The items I received were packaged very nicely and my entire order was accurate. I will be shopping on this site again for sure.

Most of Miss A's Jewelry pieces are not in stock. Hardly ever come back in stock. Its hard to find my style when you guys never are in stock. Not hating on shopmissa but its sort of lagging it. Please fix this

I have always ordered from this site. I don't recommend the makeup at all but the jewrly is just fine for the price but they tend to make "mistakes" when sending out the jewrly. They will send you stuff that you didn't order im assuming in the place of the stuff that you did order and then when you try to contact them about not getting what you paid for they DONT reply. I understand youre selling cheap crap so you could say its only a dollar but when 8 dollars of my order is wrong and i spent 17 plus shipping that's almost half thats wrong with my order and this company is doing absolutely nothing to try and make it right and that is the issue i have!

I placed an order three weeks ago and my order is still not "fulfilled" when I check on it. I have emailed twice over the past two weeks and just today received an email stating that I will receive an email when my order is being processed but due to Covid, it is taking a little longer to process orders. I get that it might take a "little longer" but it has been three weeks and my order still has not processed. Who knows if I will even receive this order. I replied to the email they sent me this morning asking to cancel order but have not received an email back. I'm not holding my breath.

Okay. It's a defiante hit or miss with the products. I'm most fond of the brushes from this cite. I made an order from here a few days ago and only now notice all the reviews saying how lots of people didnt get their order. This makes me kind of nervous about my recent order. My recent order is 35$ and to reassure myself, I keep telling myself that people are more likely to notice or say something if they've had a negative experience. Hopefully there's more positivety out there about this cite, but they haven't said anything.

This is the THIRD time buying with this company. I specifically asked for #600 in eyelashes and that number ONLY. I EVEN EMAILED them telling them I do NOT want any replacements & to refund my money if it's not available. Yesterday I received my package and AGAIN they sent me multiple eyelashes that were not #600. Please becareful when buying with this company. Not only did my item arrive wrong, it took 9 days for them to even begin to ship my item. I'd rather pay a little more with a company who respects their buyers. Never will shop with them again!

Im on my second order from them. I haven't really had any problems I did send them back some returns in my first order though. I sent back some eyelash because they were to big for me. I wanted a more natural look, emailed them and they agreed. Sent them back got a gift code and I ordered some more stuff. As far as makeup, I love there lipstick! I will be getting coutur from them to see how i like. But like stick and eyebrow powder is great to me.

I have ordered from shop Miss A twice now and I sincerely love it! It's a steal for your buck and if you want to try out a new makeup color why not try it for a dollor? Miss A has good quality for the price and I have always revived what I have ordered. I can't wait until I can buy more! Thank you miss A! I highly recommend this, I have told all my friends about it!

At first I was a little worried about it being fake but once my stuff came it was amazing me and my sister was so surprised and they wrapped everything perfect I will definitely be ordering again and I love that is gives u a tracking number

I love Shop MissA. The only real problem is as I am an international (Canada) customer, shipping is a nightmare. I've placed an order March 31st, it's been in Canada since April 25th. This is not the fault of MissA. I know it will eventually get here. I also have 5 more orders, hoping to see all of them by summer. Ppl have to realize that they are running on a limited amount of staff. It will get better when eventually this pandemic is over. Coutoos to Shop MissA

I've ordered from ShopMissA twice so far, and both times I've been very happy. The products seem to be good quality (I love the Bb cream I got from there. It's now my go to, even over my more expensive one from The Balm). The shipping can take a couple weeks after you place your order, but so far I've always gotten my orders just fine (I'm in the US).

Today I finally received my order from Shopmissa. I ordered 13 of there AOA faux mink lashes plus a few other items. $35 worth. I received the other items but instead of the AOA lashes I got eye shadows. Was this a mistake or intentional? I'm not sure but I'm scared I will never get my correct order or get it resolved after reading all these negative reviews. I emailed them right away but it's saying someone will get back to me within 24-48 hrs. Super disappointed on shopmissa. Why couldn't they just get it right the first time. I would only order from them again if I get this issue fixed. :(

I have been looking to contact this company for about five days about my recent orders. Both my orders are said to have been shipped, but the DHL tracking numbers aren't working! I gave it 72 hours and it still hasn't worked for either this is a shame! If I can't see the tracking information I will be canceling both orders! The customer service is sub-par and I'm tired of the unorganized service!

Save your money. I ordered, never received a tracking number, when I enquired as to where my tracking number was, I received an email with a tracking number and was informed that the package had been delivered that morning. I was home all morning and know for a fact that it wasn't. When I contacted them, I was basically told that it was not their problem and to contact usps. So, here I am, an hour into being on hold. Never again.

I just received my order today. Other than the other things that went wrong with my package, like things being out of the package and my product being bent. My main problem is I ordered a specific pair of Green Ombré Glasses that were big enough for my face. I received a Pink Ombré one that was also too small, I checked my receipt that I received and it did say "Green Ombré Glasses." I would like to know as to why I received the pink one rather than the initial green one I ordered?

Tip for consumers:
Be mindful, that the what you order will not come as you they look in the images.

Don't accidentally fall asleep with their eyeshadow! I used the over the rainbow palette and accidentally fell asleep & when I woke up my eyes were scorching and I realized they were burned! Literally burned! I shouldn't of fell asleep with it but it shouldn't of caused my skin to have burn marks like that. Cheap but not worth it :( They're probably best for things like brushes and lashes and not makeup that goes on your skin.

They charged my credit card but didn't send me my items, and when I called them, they said that they haven't charged my bank account. But my bank says that there was a charge from shopmissa. Yet my items have not shown up.

So I do not recommend shopping at shopmissa.

I disappointed because kleanrista cream lipstick is not chocolate has another color not chocolate. I love the shipping it came very nice. And the face mask I brought five feel good on the face and smell good too.

Miss A/Shop Miss A is a make up, and beauty store and website which advertises low cost and affordable shipping. Many items are $1, while others vary between $1.33 to $1.77. I love their facial wipes, hand spray, and facial moisturizer. I've been a customer since 2018. I like several aspects of their business - the items and the price point. If you become a rewards member with them, you'll get emails about their special sales. They will offer discounts, or $1 shipping. You can use your rewards to get discounts or free items. Once you place an order you will get it around 7 to 10 business days. There are times when they have delays so it could be longer.

That takes us into the negatives. It takes awhile to get your order so you have to be patient. Most of my orders I do get in the 7 to 10 business day time frame. Another thing, in order to get a refund for a lost, stolen or damaged product(s) you have to buy their shipping protection which currently costs $1.49.

Pros:
- Affordable products, most items are $1 to $1.77 each.
- Promotions throughout the year - percentage off order or $1 shipping.
- Rewards program: you can earn points to get discounts or free products.

Cons:
- Shipping can be long (7 to 10 business days)
- You must purchase their shipping protection if you have any problems with the order

In general, I like them. They sell pretty good products, but they would have a better score in my opinion if they worked on their shipping time and if they didn't make you buy their shipping protection.

I never received my package they sent it to my old address despite the fact of me putting my new address I even paid for the insurance and they told me that it was not their responsibility and there was nothing they could do so I literally wasted my money even though I bought the insurance that covers lost and damage items do not shop from them

I ordered some stuff on december 2nd. On their website they have that it would shipp out with 2-5 business days. It has been ar least 7 business days yet I have received no email from them stating my items have been shipped.

I would love to review ALL the item in my purchase. However, I have not received them yet. This will be the 2nd time that I would have to email and call in regards to my packages been delivered. The 1st I just thought it was due to shipping. I was constantly emailing the shipping department. Finally received the items. But NOW AGAIN! The products that I did received the first time were great but the Shipping process is HORRIBLE! And from that alone I will not be purchasing any else from Miss A. I really don't like throwing money away and it seem as though I have done just that. * And the funny part is this company is Dallas base. And I live in the Dallas area! For the products you received all the stars BUT, for shipping you receive NO stars... and I notice on the site it stated that you are not responsible for shipping. So, that tell me that you have had numerous complaint on shipping as well.

Have bought items like, earrings, color corrector, socks, cosmetics. I am sure every girl is gonna love this site. The earrings that I got here are way too good for $1.
