I've been shopping from this site for years and I've never had a bad experience. Products can be hit or miss but the reviews that other shoppers are able to leave on each product are extremely helpful. It's very easy to weed out the good products from the bad. My orders have always been fulfilled surprisingly quick, and products are full size and good quality. I've found a few of my favorite go-to items on here, including a liquid eyeliner that is to DIE for. I even bought 2 extra as a backup in case they run out of stock (:

Two and half months since I my order was placed. I tried on three separate occasions to find out of the delay but to no avail. I trying through my credit card now to get my money back. Advised: KEEP AWAY FROM THIS PEOPLE
I placed an order on the 26th of June it's now the 3rd of August, I checked my tracking number and it said it will arrive on the 9th of August! Shmm... On the site it says you will receive package 7-10 days from order! I also bought from BH cosmetics on the same day and received that package last week! So why does shop miss a take so long?... Because they SUCK!
I made an order that came up to $34. Later when I checked my credit balance they took out $49. I tried emailing them but they brushed me off. On every confirmation email, and order pages it says $34. No where does it say "prices may change"

The products are a hit or a miss, but I always research before buying anything, so I USUALLY get the hit items. I will say this, the colors are WAY different on the website then real life, and idk if they Photoshop and brighten it or something. The thing I hate the most is the shipping. From the three times I ordered from this site I always had probs with the shipping! The first time was great, it came in two days, the second I got it in two weeks because it "delayed", the third time I didn't get a tracking number (they sent me an email it has been shipped)so I can't keep track of when its coming and I asked them for it two days ago and they still haven't replied! I need it because if it gets delayed again I know exactly where it is!
I've ordered from the several times & have never had any issues... i love the products some of them are quality some aren't but what do u expect for items that only cost a dollar.
Very poor customer service! My grand daughter ordered lipstick & recvd nail buffer. Sure they credited her $1 but she still has to pay for shipping. Very disappointing
I ordered my stuff on February 8th & received today. Nothing was damaged or lost. Everything was there & very good quality. So nice to get tons of makeup for $15. Will more than likely order again.

Ive read so many bad reviews on here and I have absolutely no idea why? Dont listen to them, try it out for yourself first. Ive been using shop miss a for a few months now and Ive ordered 8-10 packages and every single one has come on time with all my items nothing broken, chipped, or Anything missing. They always charge my card the right amount and the shipping rate is so fast! My larger hauls take a little longer than my smaller hauls. Example; I ordered one pair of sunglasses and it got here 3 days later. But with my bigger hauls like $40 ish it takes 5-7 days max. This store has wonderful quality things especially their bags and brushes. For a cheaper price, its much better than wish, what you see is what you get. The only complaint I have is sometimes the lipstick swatches arent quite the same color but through a screen its hard to tell and the reviews on there let you know if its a product to stay away from. Shipping charge is cheap and I love that and you cAn get free shipping over $35. All in all I love Love Love this site and will never stop shopping here. Best beauty site ever.
I was kind of nervous ordering since I saw so many negative reviews, but I decided to do it anyways because I know a few people who have purchased eyelashes from this website. I got my order in a little over a week. I live in Nova Scotia so tracking wasn't available once my package had left the US. My stuff was double wrapped to make sure nothing broke, and well packed (they grouped similar items together and didn't just throw it all in a bag). I got 28 items, and none were missing. I got some charms for my pandora bracelet, some eyelashes, and some makeup. All of it was unopened and exactly what I ordered. Some of the makeup items looked extremely different (shades/colours) than they did online, but that's not their fault, I should have done more research. Overall, I'm super happy, I'll definitely place more orders in the future because even with the USD to CAD conversion, their prices + shipping/handling are really good. I never leave reviews but I felt like it was a good idea to put it out there that not everyone will have a bad experience with this website.
If you are shipping outside the U.S., they do not show tracking information to the final destination. And the company says "it's not our problem or responsibility" for delivery once it's left us.
I ordered 6 items from miss a5 canvas makeup bags (as a little gift for each of my friends) and a printed scarf as a birthday present. I was a little skeptical as everything is $1 i was thinking that maybe the makeup bags would be very cheap or not look like their pictures, but i received my order today and everything is exactly how it looked! The makeup bags hold basic makeup products (foundation, concealer, mascara, a few brushes, setting spray) and are made of a very nice material. The scarf is very soft and the print is colorful and cute! I would not expect any of this to cost only $1 at another store. The shipping was reasonable, $3.95 (i do live within the continental US) and my order arrived 2 days earlier than the estimated date. The packaging was very thorough, with a layer of bubble wrap and tissue paper, which makes me feel better about possibly ordering makeup or other delicate items. All in all, i am extremely happy with my order from miss a and will definitely be ordering again!
Reading all the reviews after I have bought from this website as my first time I was horrified, I was expecting the worst and about to disbute the whole order to my bank. But I'm so happy I waited and received ALL my products in great condition, earlier than I expected even with a shipping delay because of snow in my area (For reference I'm from New Jersey too so I'm kinda far), And pretty good quality for 1 dollar makeup. The only complaints I have is some of the items I bought colors look different from the website and really small but I'm very greatful and satisfied.
So I ordered from shop miss a about 3 times before, I live in Australia and was nervous when I read the reviews about the shipping, imagine my surprise when I recieves my packages 7-10 business days on average, one time I had a few wrong items in my box so I sent a Email to customer service, they were so kind and replied within a day, we exchanged emails back and forth and I never needed to wait for more than a day to receive an email back, at the end I got a coupon code for the wrong items in my cart, would highly recommend, I have orders 2 boxes worth of stuff recently and tracking says it will arrive soon (max 10 business days)

I placed my order on a Saturday then 2 days later my Items got shipped and recieved tracking number and Tracked my order and it's in New York and my estimated delivery is 4 days until it arrives at my Parcel. So far so good hopefully it arrives in 3 days so i get them this Sunday June 26
Ordered my items(33 of them) feb1st recieved tracking number feb5th items were to be delivered feb 11th items never came looked on the internet to track my items only to find out the new date of feb17th items are still in the same spot since ive last checked!

On April 9th I placed my order and they took the money out of my account. It was $40 worth of stuff which may not sound like much but I barely get $60 a week from my job and I wish I had never wasted my money on this useless scam of a website. Today it is 14th May and the last update is telling me my package is somewhere overseas in a random warehouse and that was the last update I got which has been the same since May 1st. I'm really disspointed that they scammed me for my money and took it and never bothered to actually send the package. I knew the shipping process would be ahwile but this is ridiculuous they're American based and I've actually managed to order products weeks after the order from Miss A, from stores that are also American based and they came before this package and i'm just thinking that it's never actually gonna show up. Waste of time should have gone to a more reliable place that actually gives you something when you purchase it.
I placed an order on the 17th of June and everything seemed fine. I got my tracking number and awaited delivery of my purchase. My tracking number stated that on the 28th of June my order was placed in my mailbox but when I checked the mail it was not there. I was then told that sometimes packages get marked on delivered as they get put on the truck to go out for delivery but could actually be delivered up to 2 days after the fact. I did not question this as it has happened before. Unfortunately a month has gone by and I still have not received my package. I contacted Shop Miss A through their website messaging system which always appears to be offline and I sent them an email from my email address Sunday evening. They said I would have a response within 24-48 hrs Mon-Fri. Thursday still not having heard anything and unable to locate a contact number I reached out to them on Facebook. This is the only response I received.
"According to USPS your package was delivered on June 28!
You will need to speak with your postal service and have them help you locate your package! "
They sent me a &$#@*&! Sad emoji and exclamation points. I had such high hopes for this website and had already had future orders planned. But I will never ever order anything from this site even if my package shows up sometime this year because of the quality, excuse me I mean lack of quality customer service.

$200 order placed on 27 May and still not received. I've contacted the shippers (USPS and DHL) and both stated they didn't have the package it was with a 3rd party and requested that I contact the Shop Miss A. I have gone back and forth with Shop Miss A since 12 Jun and they keep telling me I need to wait and refuse to either resend the order or work to locate my package. Don't waste your time with them I will be disputing the order with the bank. Their shipping methods have steadily gone down hill and their lackluster customer service isn't helpful to the customer.
I got my order, and everything is perfect, on time, all the merchandise wad in perfect condition I love it, and so happy with you Shop Miss A. Thank you Guys. The best product
UPDATE: June 8th, 2022 marked five months exactly since i placed my order. I still have not received my order. I contacted Miss A once again and was told there is absolutely nothing that they can do for me. They won't replace what I didn't receive and i presume is now lost, and they told me that I would have to track it down myaelf because it has left the US. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I've ordered twice from them before. First time was a breeze but both times they missed items and gave me back store credit when I'd contacted them about it.
This is my third time because you cant beat their prices and the quality of their cheap items are quite decent. Ordered March 13, just got confirmation on March 24 that I'll be receiving April 4.
Um... I'm in the same state as y'alls head quarters. I'm way too far from Dallas otherwise I'd go to the shop in person. I had better service from y'all when I ordered both times while visiting family in California.
Also what's the point of getting store credit? I literally paid for the items that weren't put in my order and I'd rather have them in since they said available on the site AT THE TIME that I bought it. If said items weren't please advise the customer. Lastly, since they seem to miss items in my orders and, hopefully third times a charm, I dont see a point of store credit anyway. For what? To have THAT order only be half completed?

I've placed 7 ordered with this company, and my opinion of them has gotten worse with each one. The first 3 ordered were perfect. Got all the items in the correct colors and sizes I wanted. By the 4th order, wrong items were getting sent. If I ordered an item in a specific shade, they'd send me a totally different color. My last three ordered has broken items that I had to send in proof to get reimbursement for. They offer a full refund or store credit. It does take a while for customer service to get back with you, they say to allow 48 hours between responses and they don't reply on weekends. Then wait 24-48 hours for the store credit code to become active. My last order I placed on the 6th of july, and arrival date is scheduled for the 22nd. It didn't ship til the 14th! And it was a fairly small order. I usually received my shipment from them in less than 10 days, but this one is taking 2 and a half weeks for some reason. The products I've received are good quality when they're not broken or the wrong size.
