Shoprunner was offered free for one year with a purchase from one of my favorite on line stores. I thought this would be a good thing as this on line merchant really takes their time in sending out orders. With Shoprunner, I figured it would cut at least a week or so off the timeline. I bought on a Friday, the shipping estimate said I would get it Wednedsay. Its now Wednesday and my stuff just barely made it out of the warehouse, and the tracking shows no delivery date in sight. Total crap, makes me hate them and the merchant who gave me this crap too. I can wait to have my stuff but I really really hate being lied to and that is what this is- a huge lie. I was ok with Wednesday, after all, it was going into a weekend, but waiting 5 days to ship my stuff when it should have been rolling up to my door is crap. I got this for free but I really feel bad for those who were conned into paying for it.

Stay AWAY!

Placed an order from Kate Spade on 08/03/17. Should have shipped out on FRIDAY (08/04) and arrive on MONDAY (08/07, TWO business days!) Instead I get an e-mail on Friday (08/04) saying that they had "inventory issues" and that my order will ship on MONDAY with "complimentary" overnight shipping. Well guess what? It's Monday and my order has no tracking number, meaning it HASN'T been shipped! "Complimentary" overnight shipping my arse! I called Kate Spade and they told me it was a problem on ShopRunner's end. Called ShopRunner and was on hold for 45 minutes. Decided to send an email, "We will contact you in 48 hours." Seriously? 2 day wait on customer service for a service that is supposed to provide 2 day shipping? Is this a joke?

Hi Tanya R. ShopRunner 2-Day Shipping kicks in once the order leaves the retailer's warehouse. It does not include weekends. Therefore, it an order shipped on a Friday, it would be delivered on Tuesday. ShopRunner does not process or ship any orders. Orders are processed and shipped by our retail partners. Also, Kate Spade was conducting a physical inventory of their products on August 4th. Orders were not being shipped on this date. Expedited shipping was disabled on their site and ShopRunner was removed from the products,. This is most likely why they contacted you regarding the shipment of your order. Placed an order on Monday with Lord and Taylor for a dress with "2-day free shipping"... Order wasn't shipped til after Wednesday... Got it the following Monday, but the dress was needed for the Saturday before... Guess what? Too late. Had to run to Nordstrom to get a different dress... What a BS...

Our retail partners ship the products from their warehouses directly to you. The ShopRunner free 2-day shipping benefit kicks in once the order is processed and leaves the retailer's warehouse. From what you've written, it appears there may have been some type of order processing delay and this issue would be best handled by the retailer as they have access to your full order information. I was having trouble using Shop Runner shipping on Bloomindales website. I contacted Shop Runner and the response wasn't even relative to my issue. I tried again, no response at all. I then called, the customer service person was rude and said it's a Bloomingdale issue. How would she know that since she didn't even look into it. On another occasion I had a shipping issue with a purchase on the Tory Burch website. Called customer service and again, very rude and told me it was a Tory Burch issue. It seems Shop Runner's customer service does not exist. If you're having a problem they will just refer you to the site your purchasing from without any investigation at all. So what is their purpose? They take your membership and then wash their hands of any issues that may arise. I got this membership for free but I wouldn't pay a dime for this membership otherwise. For those of you thinking of paying, don't waste your money!

This is a really good service.
You get a free 30 day trial, click cancel membership and get free 90 day membership. If you buy three orders within those 90 days you get a year free! It's a great deal.
I only use the service for dominos pizza and petsmart.com and never had any problems,

Made an order with RalphLauren.com at check out they offered ShopRunner.com service with Two-Day UPS free deliver... on the day of delivery no tracking info with UPS no delivery. Called RalphLauren a sender, that have no idea what is going on. I think shop runner just didn't pay for shipping so my order with RL was charged but not shipped. That is after ShopRunner issued an email that package sent.

Big name companies use them for marketing, its a corporate SCAM, can not believe BrooksBrothers and RalphLauren would deal with them.

Ordered a belt for my nephew's prom. Was told it would be delivered 5/10. It's now 5/12 and still no package. My nephew's prom is tomorrow. FedEx cannot tell me the time of delivery nor what time fedex is in my area which is a lie! NEVER AGAIN SHOPRUNNER!

Cannot cancel
June 24, 2018

I signed up via Chicos website and after reading the terms of service determined that the service was not what I expected. There was no way to cancel. I exited the site and called ShopRunner where a man named Eric agreed to cancel my account. He did not. I went on the ShopRunner site today and the cancel account button doesnt work. Beware of any site with these sketchy practices

They were unwilling to provide return shipping label for Last Call Neiman Marcus. They wanted me to use the free return shipping provided by Last Call but that only gives you store credit, not a refund.

ShopRunner is 3rd party

I use ShopRunner and never has an item arrived late. For those who are confused ShopRunner isn't the merchant, they are a 3rd party shipper like UPS or FedEx. ShopRunner will deliver 2 days after the merchant releases the item. ShopRunner can only get it when the merchant processes the order. I love that I can get 2 day delivery and will continue to use it!

I recently got an AMEX card and was offered free two day shipping via shiprunner on my purchase. However not all of my items were eligible for it so I ended up getting the two day shipping for half my order and regular shipping for the other half. I placed my order on September 30th and the "two day shipping" items are not expected to be delivered until October 5th... the same day as the regular shipping. An absolute joke. Don't actually expect two day shipping.

Yes it avoids shipping fees on some sites, but they are lying when they say "Guaranteed 2 day delivery". I have a package that was shipped on Monday that was delivered a week later (no holiday). When I talked to shop runner they said it was FedEx's fault. So how can they say delivery is GUARANTEED in 2 days?!

Not like Amazon Prime

I signed up for the free shoprunner account through my American express credit card, tried it on March 21,2016 by buying something from Toys r us for my daughter. It stated that I'd get free 2 day shipping by using shoprunner account. I'm thinking great, it'll be here Wednesday the 23th or Thursday the 24th since I placed the order in the afternoon. I got an email notification from toys r us on Tuesday the 22nd that my order had shipped. I checked the fedex link they provided and it shows that my item will arrive between March 29 and April 1st. That is way more than 2 days. This is unacceptable for something that claims to give free 2 day shipping! I will stick to Amazon prime from now on & I'm so glad I didn't actually pay for this service. Although I am satisfied that I got free shipping in general, maybe they should just rephrase it to "free STANDARD 5-7 business days shipping", that would be more accurate!

Worthless

I placed an order through shoprunner for 2 items from J. Jill on May 25th. It's now June 11th and I still haven't received my items. Every time I check tracking the delivery date is later and later. It now says delivery on June 13th. Over 2 WEEKS since I ordered these items! I really can't see ANY point in using shoprunner.

Cross Christopher & Banks off your list of "free two day" shipping with Shoprunner. I placed my order about 1:00 AM on a Wednesday and now I am being told I won't get my delivery until nextTuesday. In what universe is this two day shipping? When I called their customer service center, I was told that the "two day" shipping does not include handling time by the retailer. Say what? Ummm. Maybe you need to work that out with the retailer before you advertise "FREE TWO DAY SHIPPING" If you state on the check out page that my items is being delivered on Friday, but then send an email 10 hours later saying you were just kidding, that is called deceptive advertising my friends. Never again. I smell a class action lawsuit.

The so-called 2 day free shipping from Shop Runner is 2 days from whenever the retailer processes it. And this is not mentioned anywhere on the retailer or American Express websites. It is completely misleading, and has caused me to not have a Christmas present for my son. They do NOTHING. They do not troubleshoot, and they say delays in shipping are the fault of the retailer. So what do they do. Nothing but promise 2 day delivery which never materializes. By the way, they also do not deliver on either Saturday or Sunday, even during the Christmas season. HORRIBLE so-called service that companies like Brooks Brothers and American Express should have nothing to do with.

I've been using ShopRunner for many purchases mostly from high end dept. stores. All of my 20 deliveries have been on time in 2 days! I'm very pleased with this service.

Still waiting on my item on day 5. Should have used Amazon! That's why they are blowing everyone out of the water.

Just so Shoprunner knows. My order was placed in the early afternoon and it took 5 business days to receive my package. Shoddy excuses do not make good business.

The information provided states: "Please allow two full business days for the order to arrive after it has been processed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, typically in the early morning or afternoon. Our retail partners have different cut off times and we recommend visiting their shipping pages for more information on their exact cut off times. Note: If an item is out-of-stock, personalized or customized it may delay delivery time." I hope this information is helpful.

Have you ever thought to your self "man 2 day shipping is just to darn fast!" Then boy oh boy do I have good news for you friend. Shoprunner will make sure your package is strapped to the back of the nearest Sloth and set loose from across the country, ya know when they get around to it. Maybe you will get your package, maybe you wont. Who do you think you are the king or something? The good news is you'll have plenty of time to catch up on all those books you promised you'd read. Exam coming up in college soon? Don't worry your package wont be getting in the way of studying. Worried about a recent felony conviction? Don't fret, your package will still be on route when you're done serving your time. Going to be out of town soon? Again, have no fear shoprunner has probably forgotten you even placed an order to begin with! Now you no longer have an excuse to not call your mother with all the extra free time coming your way waiting for your package. Dont believe me?
