Takes so long that you think you got scammed, just to get a subpar item that's comparable to Wish or temu. Yes it's cost is less then the real deal items but totally not worth the cost.

I found this website for soufeel on facebook, my bosses dog just passed away and saw a dog charm on soufeel. I went ahead and ordered one of them... after a few days I started to worry so I checked out reviews on the website and found a mix of good and bad. The charm arrived about a week and a half later and it was beautiful. I will be buying other thing from this site.

I ordered an item from Soufeel however when it came I was disappointed with the picture I had chosen. It was black and white. I contacted Soufeel and they answered my email straight away and are very kindly replacing it for me with another photo but coloured. Excellent service

I was extremely happy with the customer service provided from soufeel jewellery! The product is so beautiful and it came quite early even though the delivery date was later! I was satisfied and would recommend everyone to purchase something from here!

Received an £18 bead that looked nothing like the picture, emailed to ask for a replacement and was advised I would have to pay over £10 to send this back and receive a replacement!

Lost a lifetime customer, stick to pandora

The items I ordered almost 2 weeks ago were promised to be delivered by Christmas. I ordered Christmas gifts for my 3 daughters, and I found put today ( by calling and speaking to DHL) that my gifts are still in China. I'm furious that there isn't even any way to speak to someone at Soufeel, and no email or notice from the company that my items weren't being shipped. I had to seek out the bad news on my own. When I purchased from this company, they marketed themselves as a California company... but the only part of this company in California is the CEO.

I ordered a personalized wallet on May 14,2019 for a Father's Day gift. It was finally shipped out on June 8,2019 in Fremont, CA at 5:07 am it is June 14,2019 and its still there awaiting item. I have contacted Soufeel several times and they simply tell me to track which I did that's common sense. And they informed me its on its way. Father's Day is in 2 days and I know it will not be here and I am pissed. And when it comes I hope it looks nice. They didn't try and rush it to me or refund me my money or say sorry! There's no contact number to reach them. I should of viewed reviews before ordering. My coworker ordered from here so I thought I would be okay seeing how I ordered a month in advance.

Please be aware of this website as it is worst place you could ever shop from. I order a custom pendant and I was suppose to receive it in 11-15 days. Nothing came. I emailed the CS and I was told to wait 18 business days. So I did and its been 22 business days and I still havent received anything. I have emailed several time to CS and all I ever get is to wait for another week. I have lost hope and this company is not even refunding my money back. This company is a joke and a fraud. Please be aware dont get fooled. Thats my advice.

A few weeks back they sent me a tracking number for DHL and told me my order had shipped. Since it never seemed to move in the tracking system, I contacted DHL and they said Soufeel prints labels but that usually means nothing. Weeks later, they have not sent my package to DHL. They are dishonest. Do not trust them.

The service was good but I questioned the security of their site after my first order when my credit card information was used fraudulently at an international site. Soufeel customer service assured me it was not their site... So, a month later, I decided to order again, but with a different credit card that I seldom use. Again, my credit card information was stolen again from a card I hardly use. Shame on Soufeel for not acknowledging this issue... I am very disappointed in the security of my private information.

I placed my order on January 25th. It shows that it was delivered to a New Jersey address. I have yet to hear back from anyone and this really irritates the crap out of me. No one returns my messages and there is no number to talk to someone.

I ordered a gift for my boyfriend over 3 weeks ago. It has not arrived and I can't get ahold of the company via email or phone call. I paid extra for shipping insurance but I have not received a package even though it says delivered to my address.

The product is advertised to have a scannable code to a favorite song along with a photo you provide. Fair enough! I received the keychain which is cute and when I scanned the song (only with Spotify) an unknown artist instrumental appeared, along with at least a dozen other songs by various Asian artists, not the how it is presented at all. When I emailed customer service this is the reply I received (verbatim!) ""Thanks for contacting us.We made it exactly as you bought it, so where is the problem?
Best regards," So the old saying "Buyer beware" rings so true...

Very unhappy with this company you can get no response to your inquiry, they say my order has been shipped but Canada Post has had it for over two weeks, this is the worse service and experience I have had with an online company

Am so so disappointed with customer service or lack of. I ordered a photo necklace on 10th December for my wife's Christmas present. This had a lot of sentimental value as the image was of her daughter who sadly passed. I only ordered as it stated that I would receive before Christmas and processing was 3 - 5 working days. My order is still showing as processing so know it will be a miracle if I get it. I have sent many emails and chat messages but have received no answers.
This is heart breaking as I knew that this gift would have meant so much to my wife.
I will not be using this company again and will return item and get a refund if it ever actually turns up or in fact this is a credible company and not some scam.
I am so angry and disappointed.

Do not do business with this company. They sent me broken and damaged merchandise, shipped it in a plastic bag and all the items were in crushed boxes, with shabby packaging, and broken glass. They promised to replace, and they lied. Approximately 25 aggravating emails were sent back and forth, as I tried to get this matter properly resolved. I was royally ripped off and you will be to if you do business and have problems with your order. If it was possible to rate them even lower, I would!

I bought two charms and both were very dark and you can barely see the picture. With technology today, the picture should have been edited on their end to try to lighten it. If not, then i should have been contacted to submit a better picture! Very disappointed and now im out $50 and will have to give a crappy gift.

I ordered socks for mothers day 3 weeks early. A week early and they still aren't here! Order isn't even in the system and they won't answer me. Paypal isn't helping get my money back either. They suck. Don't order from there!

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I placed my order on 12.14.2018 and my order still says processing. The website clearly stated 5 to 7 days for processing. I have attempted to contact them by e-mail (auto reply comes back) and by phone (message is left, no call back). If you try to cancel the order it states a 30% charge. What about a 30% refund for order being late or canceling the order for full refund if you are not able to process the order. This company is poorly managed and customer service is the worst!

Their 365 days guarantee is legit! I returned a few items last month and soufeel is sending me back the replacements. Their chat service is awesome. Would have given it 5 stars but I had bad experience thru their email customer service. But all in all they are great! Love my charms and they are still in great shape post 10months. Thank you soufeel!

I am so very pleased not only with the quality of my items but the speedy proffesional customer support
I did not think my item would arrive in time for my granddaughters 21st birthday and sent an email to soufeel customer service, not only did they ask me what I would like them to do but made sure the correct item was sent in fast response.
So very pleased with this company will definitely buy from again I cannot praise them enough

Absolutely love my soufeel jewelry... and yes I placed the orders on Dec 2,2015 and was worried bout the tracking number I hadn't received I dd send them 3 emails and as stated they will reply about 48 hrs depending. So I did receive a reply and a prompt tracking number. And voila got my jewelry on Dec 16,2015 and I'm super happy love the quality. Yes its real sterling silver and yes it fits perfect on any Pandora bracelet! Love it will buy more. You just need a little patience that's all!

I had ordered a personal gift In size medium and received a size xs when I later look it says my whole order was in xs, I said that this was wrong and ask for a return they said they can't do free returns and basically have to buy a new one!
Even if this was a fault from their website.
Costumer service are rude and not helpful this was my first buying experience and was supposed to be a 40 year old gift and now I have to find something else to give!
I'm absolutely not giving it another chance and I will definitely not recommend it to other people.

Dubbel check the sizes becuse their website changes sizes

I placed an order on 12/11 since it states personalized gifts take longer. This was supposed to be a thoughtful personalized Christmas gift for my sons grandmother who lost her son and aunt who lost her brother. I also ordered a necklace for my son to give to his girlfriend. Well here we are now 12/27 and no gift. I received no email letting me know anything about my order. I went online to track my order and it still states in progress since 12/11. I sent out an email to see what is going on with my order. Got a bogus its a busy time of the year because of the holiday email back. No order received but the money already was taken out of my bank. I will be going to my financial institution to get my money back and i will order my items from a more reputable site. I should have read these reviews before ordering from here. I am not a happy customer and will never order from here again.
