Takes so long that you think you got scammed, just to get a subpar item that's comparable to Wish or temu. Yes it's cost is less then the real deal items but totally not worth the cost.

My husband's bubblehead doesn't even resemble 1% of what he looks like.they are asking me how they fix it and i told them but they didn't know how to fix it and it end up changing me 40% of the doll price without receiving it.

I ordered a valentines bobble head and it came broken. I contacted company and they tried only reimbursing me 20%. I wanted a replacement but was told no because it was personalized and they then offered me 30%. I refused. The item came broken and it should have been replaced or I should have been given a full refund. This is poor business on their part and the said item was not cheap. Very disappointed and will not order from them again!

Absolutely awesome jewelry GOOD QUALITY just as Pandora. Yes I too was worried after 1 week no tracking number no update. And I sent them 3 email. I placed my order on Dec 1 n Dec 2 and I received my orders on Wednesday Dec 16 2015 I am happy because its a good company well worth the wait... it takes some days but they did return my emails as stated may take up go 48 hrs for a reply which they did. So suffice to say I had no issues with soufeel love the jewelry will buy again!
My order was shipped quickly, and questions answered quickly. I got the three layer jewelry box. It is well made for the most part-the little tab for opening it hangs a little crookedly-but otherwise it is good. The peacock charm is really cute.
Ordered only one charm. Thank god. The charm I ordered was a crown with the word QUEEN written on it with a clear stone above it. When the charm arrived it was cute, but on the small side. This charm was for a pandora bracelet that I own. It is almost half the size of my pandora charms. It does fit the bracelet but looks off, so I wear it in the back.
Customer service is not what I am used to. You must contact company by e-mail. Tracking the package is a problem since they take forever to get back to you. Delivery is about 15 days but I almost had to wait a month to get my package. Liked the charm but not comparable to pandora since there is a big difference in size of product. Will not buy again from this company. Like the charm but don't love the size.

My card company declined the purchase and I have the money in my account. I went online to search reviews on the website and all I see are negative reviews! Can anyone direct me to another website that can add pictures on accessories such as AirPods. It was weird when my card company states they block certain transactions that look suspicious and the reviews are most on scams. Word of mouth can make or break a company. Get it together Soufeel it is a really image and reputation to have these high number reviews. After looking at there charms, stating the will fit all bracelets, I ordered 2 charms to go on my love link bracelet guess what their to small won't fit, I went on live chat I said very politely they don't fit, the response I got back was yes they do and cut me off.
Avoid I'm now stuck with 2 charms I can't use.

It's been a month and a half since the order was placed. Over a month since the order supposedly shipped and the last tracking update which shows it hasn't left China. They said it's because of the corona virus that it is delayed and that was fine for a while, but I have ordered items from China after this order and have received them. I believe it is just a convenient excuse at this point. I asked at what point they will consider it lost and issue a refund. Customer service stopped responding.

I ordered a blanket and spent an extra $25 to get express shipping, so it be only for 2-4 days. After 2-4 days passing and it never showed, I simply emailed them asking for a refund for on the express delivery and not on anything else, and of course a couple days later I get a long email back basically saying no. And at this point I'm still waiting on my package, because I don't get any updates on my orders like I signed up to, I don't think I'm ever going to get what I ordered. This is my first and last time ordering from this company.

On December 4th I ordered some personalized socks from MyFaceSocks.com. They appear on their website to be operating out of London, but the charge on my bank account said Soufeel Hong Kong! I became nervous I would not receive my order in time for Christmas since I reside in the United States and sent them an email (note: there is no customer service #). Since then, all I have received back are vague emails saying the items will be shipped once they are done. I even demanded their CEO's name and contact details and they completely ignored my request. Needless to say no items have shipped and I'm sure they never will. I filed a claim with my bank and am now researching how to put this SHAM of a website out of business.
