After receiving Customized items with upside down name on it. They were able to answer my email very quick and sending me new item as replacement! They also give me 10% off back from the order payment. Great service. Perfect quality! I recommend buying from soufeel.
Takes so long that you think you got scammed, just to get a subpar item that's comparable to Wish or temu. Yes it's cost is less then the real deal items but totally not worth the cost.

Very, very disappointed with this company. I placed an order at Thanksgiving that I have not yet received. I have requested an order status many times. I have received two very rude replies stating that they are too busy to respond so they created a generic reply. Very, very, very unhappy. They charged my credit card right away.

Good morning. I saw your ad on Facebook and loved the photo charm idea. The price was amazing so I did some real search online about the company. I have to admit I was skeptical. The results were 50/50. Some people stated the product was perfect others the total opposite. For the price I decided to try anyway. I just wanted to say thank you. Definitely will NEVER be ordering from this company again. I ordered a custom wallet card. I placed my order on 2/1/2021, money was taken IMMEDIATELY, order was "Confirmed" on 2/2/2021 and no other progress/notes/notification has been made since. Site states processing/Shipping time to be 7-10 business days; Here we are 14 business days later and NOTHING! I contacted customer services where I had to get a run around the automated responses before I could finally send an email to the "Live Customer Service Agents" that had to respond to my email at a later time? When I finally did get a response they said the same thing the site said, "Your order is currently in production and monitoring process.". With no other explanation as to why it was taking so long. Then when I went to cancel the order, they still want you to pay 30% of the cost. This place is a joke with very horrible customer service. Would not recommend this company to ANYONE! If I could give zero stars I absolutely would!

Ordered a necklace for a friend on Dec 20th, I knew it was cutting it close to hope to get it by Christmas, but tracking my order and its still showing "processing" I think this is a scam and I plan on reporting this company and finding a way to get my money back. I ordered 5 rose gold rings. They were worn on a daily basis and after 3 days, the color began to fade from a rose gold to a pale yellow. After another week of it being worn, the band was completely silver. I talked to Soufeel's customer service over ten different times about the issues I was having with the items, but each time, I was told that they were unable to compensate me. They also requested additional photos of all the defective products, to which I complied. Even after that, I was denied compensation. Fed up with the
Terrible service and products, I requested for a refund, but was met with refusal and was asked to return the items. Keep in mind, I would NOT receive compensation nor a refund, so I complained until they agreed to give me a refund. It took two weeks for me to get my money back, but even then I did not get allmy money back. Overall, my experience was terrible and if there was an option for 0 stars, I would choose it in a heartbeat.
I received my order after 2 weeks. One charm is really nice, but I don't really like the personalized charm. You can barely see the engraving (and I payed extra for it), and the picture is not like it was when I ordered it.

I recently purchased charms for my Pandora bracelet which were unlike any I have seen elsewhere. I sent them the wrong photos which they corrected for me at no expense. They were quick to answer questions, quick to reprocess my order and quick to ship them to me. I recommend them for a good customer service attitude and a unique product.
Just got my order and it is quite pretty. After I wear it a while and see how it stays shiny I am sure I would order again. I have placed a few orders now and all come in good time and the wait is worth it. It comes all packaged so nice that i have ordered some for gifts for Christmas and i can't wait to see the Christmas charms I ordered a few days ago!
Finally received my order January 7th! The nice wood box it was in was damaged, I'm still in the process of putting the puzzle together but one piece that fit together with another piece wasn't complete so there was small hole in the puzzle. The pieces are nice and the quality is good just kinda sloppy.

I ordered a Christmas gift on November 23rd and on their site it says they would ship out between 10-15 business days, so I thought it would get here in time cause shipping is fairly quick. I have been checking everyday for the past two weeks and it still says they are "waiting shipment" I emailed because that is the only way to get ahold of anyone and they keep saying be patient and my item is custom and its a popular time of year, etc. They won't refund me and they won't ship out my product. My daughter bought me a bracelet for Christmas with photo hearts of my grandsons. The pictures in the hearts have edges and the one has a line in the clear covering. The last bead that was just a plain bead had a rubber type thing in it and that came out of the center of the bead and it looks ugly now. The beads are extremely heavy too!

I ordered 2 personalized silver medallions with the picture. I received them with difficulty; it took longer than it is said on the site. However, one of the medallions is not what I ordered. It had a different design. Different from the one I chose and paid for.

You can upload a picture and have it on a charm.
When you receive your charms they are so small you can barely see the photo. Disappointing.
I ordered quite a few too.
If you do order be sure the photo is one with a light background and not more than 2 people in the photo.
There was a problem with one of my charms where it seemed the epoxy or covering was not set and had lumps in it. Customer Service was very attentive and was able to send another without a problem.
When I ordered a mug I was prompted to select a photo, then crop it to fit inside the shape that would show up on the mug. There was a white line in the middle so I used a photo with 3 pictures in it, and cropped it so that 2 of the photos fit inside the boxes, 1 on each side of the white line. I received a mug with all 3 pictures uncropped on the front side and back side of the mug. I ordered a second item at the same time, went through the same process, and got the correct item with my photo cropped and positions how I submitted it, so I know that the mug is the result of an error. I contacted the support team and they told me that they are refusing to send me a corrected mug that looks like what I actually ordered. Give me a refund or give me what I ordered.

ATTN ALL: please save your time and your money and do not purchase from this company. If you order for special occasion, you won't receive it on time. I placed an order on 4/29 and have not received my order- tracking number has not been updated since 5/12. Customer service has been unhelpful and sending very generic responses. After a week of correspondence, the final answer a representative was able to give me was the number to the post office. If you read the comments on review sites and their social media (even though they try to delete negative comments), you will see that many customers have been lied to. This entire experience has been awful and these advertisements are shamefully deceitful. DO NOT BE SCAMMED

I didn't give them 5 stars because their shipping is sucks you need to wait 2 to 3 weeks and if you order in a holliday like february 14 or mothers day you can wait a month or more to get your charms...

I am done with them. They swapped items in my cart for other items I did not order. I ordered two spacers; they sent me one. I ordered two of the Ice bead, they sent me one. They added two other beads that I did not order to replace the two I did not get. I think they do this so you will have to go back and order again. The prices also change from what was on their site, to a higher number. You will not see this, until you get your confirmation email. Not a trustworthy company.

The delivery time promised is a joke! I ordered my product on December 8th 2020. After submitting the order I realized I entered the wrong zip code. I emailed the company and received a reply the following day assuring me the error had been corrected. I was told that the custom product took 5-8 days to process and the USPS would take approximately 8 days to ship. That was fine because I needed it by Christmas. Fast forward to January 8th and I still don't have it. Why? Because they never corrected the zip code as they promised. I had to end up driving 45 minutes to the post office who had the package due to the incorrect zip code. I don't understand why that wasn't changed when I got an email saying it had been. The product I received (custom guitar picks) was really good and I wish I could give them a good review but I cannot based on the lies they told when saying they corrected the zip code and the ridiculous amount of time it took to get to me.

I ordered my photo charm about a week ago. I read bad reviews for the most part, after placing my order then i figured i wasted my money. Not the case! I got a confirmation mins after placing my order. Days later i got tracking info. Days later i received my charm. I had my charm in less than one week. The charm looks great. It fits slightly big on my pandora bracelet but thats okay. The picture was a little dark but i think that was just my gray color background. Overall i am so happy to have a charm with my baby's picture on it. I love it! Will I order more picture charms! Definitely recommend it!
The bracelet I received as a Christmas gift had a clasp that would not snap shut. After almost loosing my charms, I wrote customer service to get an address to return the bracelet for an even exchange. I received an automated response saying my email will be reviewed. 2 days later I received an email from them asking for the invoice # and email address. Again I told them it was a gift so I have no invoice #, I had to get my friends email address to send to them. Another automated response saying it will be reviewed. 2 days later I get an email with a return address wher to send the defective product, along with a list of procedures. Return must be in original packaging, they are not responsible for damage in shipment. Include invoice #(here we go again) and name and any other info pertaining. Send to given address, get a tracking #, email them the tracking # along with the location you mailed it from. Of course, you are responsible for the return cost. I think you get the picture.
Soufeel has best quality with their products, their products are as nice as their appearance in the website. Maybe the delayed of the delivery is due to the Christmas season but indeed, it's all worth waiting. More power to Soufeel.
