Takes so long that you think you got scammed, just to get a subpar item that's comparable to Wish or temu. Yes it's cost is less then the real deal items but totally not worth the cost.
I have ordered many items from Soufeel and have been nothing but pleased with the quality of the product, customer service and comments I have received while wearing the beads. I have lost one of my beads due to the design of the bead, wrote Soufeel and they credited my account for the price of the bead. They have been wonderful to work with.
I decided the best present I could possible give my daughter on her 21st birthday was a picture of her and her dad the very last time they were together I choose this particular picture because the following day after his birthday he went to work as normal and collapsed at work and was admitted to hospital while after sometime weeks had passed they finally turned off the machines that was keeping him alive. My daughter was only 19 years young and she lost her papa her best friend and I no that I as her mam can never fill that void and her step dad can never fill her dads shoes so having this necklace she will always have her dad close to her heart inside and out. On recieving the item even tho arrived two days after her birthday it was a very unique special present which my daughter will cherish for always I can't thank you all for the brilliant work you did in turning a photo into a necklace well done from a very happy customer and a very happy daughter

It took almost 3 mths for one to arrive and the second was never delivered but a card was left asking for me to pay just under £15 for postage not added?

As other reviewers, I have been told that shipping issues are because of COVID, that if I want a refund, I have to pay a ‘restocking fee' and as compensation I can have my shipping fee refunded. No thank you!
Moral of the story is to just check reviews on any company you are buying from before any purchase! Also, I purchased through PayPal, so will get a full refund. Hope PayPal close them down for good, after all the poor reviews.

I've ordered a picture watch for my husband for his birthday which is Sunday the 24th. I know it will not be here by this week. I should have read the reviews before I ordered their product. I purchased a charrm on December 5th and the company has charged my card yet it is the 12th and I've heard nothing at all. I email customer service stating cancel order and refund money as I will not tolerate a runaround and obviously order hasn't shipped but I received auto reply they are so busy. (Bull) anyways it gave option to type in order number and email and it returned order not found! Yet they have charged my card.
I placed an order for custom boxer briefs for my boyfriend on January 19,2021 and my card was charged immediately but I still have received no confirmation email, no tracking information, and cannot contact ANYONE for customer service help. I ordered a box puzzle picture, but it shows you what you will get and how the box looks like, but what they don't tell you, is you have to put it together, which means it may not turn out perfect and they do nothing to rectify the mis selling of their product. It is not worth the money or time to try to put it together yourself. Don't get ripped off, I will report this to the BBB

I ordered photo charms for mothers day for my mom and grandma. I was nervous after reading reviews, but couldn't be more happy! Received them today, less than a week after i ordered them and they are beautiful. Some reviews said that they were rough around the edges but mine were not. I am happy that I not only ordered these two charms but placed another order for 4 more charms!

I placed my order Dec 2nd of 2019. It was suppose to be a Christmas gift for my boyfriend. Sadly to say today is now the 28th of Dec almost into the new year and haven't received any update on where my package is at. I try to leave messages on Facebook and email them but no one replies. I hate how I paid for the product and get nothing in return. I look on "track my package" but nothing has been updated since the 11th... Just sad how people can treat other human beings like this. I ordered a heart picture engrave with WE LOVE YOU in the back of it for mother's day. I uploaded a picture of my kids and dogs and asked if it would fit. They said yes and then I receive the heart with just the face of one of my dogs. So I reached out to see if I could get it redone or get my money back. Well they said no because that was the picture I uploaded. I know I did not upload it that way. Went on Etsy a week before mothers day, uploaded the same picture and asked if there was anyway I could get it before mothers day. I did and came out very nice. It was a little more, but worth paying more and getting what you ordered. I did receive a email back from Soufeel offering me 10% refund to use in another order. They can keep it! Not worth it!

Total scam, they say they are out of New York and my credit card was changed from Hong Kong. When I emailed asking where my order was, 12 days later they said it will still be 4-5 business days my order hasn't been processed. That was the lead time when I ordered. Fine, emailed back that I want to cancel and FULL refund. Can't get anyone to cancel or email me back now. Have to stop payment with bank and report to BBB. Again, DO NOT USE this company!

I ordered a case for my ipods. Received the first time and the picture was so dark and they sent wrong case. It was way too small! I got a run around and they finally said they would send the correct case and re do the pic. I received the second one and it was the same exact thing! Giving a run around again and they don't wanna give a refund! Now I'm stuck with TWO cases that are way too small and the picture on them looks awful!

I ordered a personalised keyring and paid £30 for it to ensure it arrived within the 4-6 day timeframe. I have emailed them and they have given me a tracking number which does not work. I should have read the reviews, hope she likes Millie's personalised cookies as that is now all i can afford in the timeframe of 12 hours to quickly get something. This company is disgusting and the fact the replies to most poor reviews says "have a happy life" is a sarcastic kick in the face! Give it a few years and the company will be bust due to them having no idea how to run a business... then have a happy life soufeel... and shouldn't it be soulfeel or something that actually makes sense, think they missed out an L! Evidently very annoyed customer here.

I placed the order and my credit card company called me and told me they are in CHINA! They had put a freeze on the order. THANK GOD. I allowed my credit card company to decline it!
