After receiving Customized items with upside down name on it. They were able to answer my email very quick and sending me new item as replacement! They also give me 10% off back from the order payment. Great service. Perfect quality! I recommend buying from soufeel.
Takes so long that you think you got scammed, just to get a subpar item that's comparable to Wish or temu. Yes it's cost is less then the real deal items but totally not worth the cost.

My order seems to be stuck in New Jersey for several days now and it was received by a Zhang.
When I contacted DHL they informed me several people called about the same order with the same tracking number.
When I checked other reviews it seems ZHANG is the person signing for all of the orders which never reach customers.
I purchased an item for Christmas on November 26,2018. I was notified on December 16,2018 that my order had been lost! They were not replying to my emails I sent before this issue came up and when I emailed them after I found out my order had been lost Tracy was extremely rude to me! They said I will receive my money back but can take up to ten days, funny how they lose my item but it will now take forever just to get the money back. NEVER BUY FROM HERE!

Do not! Do not! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I ordered the personalized wallet on MAY 19 2019. At first the website said 5-7 business days for processing. After 2 weeks I noticed it was still processing. Reached out to customer service. They said the wallet takes 11-14 business days to process. It would be shipped out on JUNE 4,2019, then 4 more days to reach the shipping portal then 7-10 more days to ship to me. Guess what? Its JUNE 14 2019 and my order is still processing. Your site should not offer on time arrivals for the holidays if it can not come through as expected.
I have gotten 100 different answers from Soufeel reps and from your site.
FIRST - I PAID for the order on the 13th - I am not sure why in the world or what kind of system takes 2 full days to put through an order.
SECOND - if it is shipped on the 19th, then it means that it is ready, and what would take so long after it is READY.
Your site, says 2-4 days - your previous email days 3-5 days and now you're telling me 6-10 days.
I HAVE THIS order to be shipped to my JOB! So i need it here as soon as possible. I HAVE NEVER placed any order, even a custom order that has taken more than 5 days.
This is beyond outrageous, it has been damn near 2 weeks and you can't even provide a tracking number?

I ordered an item from this website. It was supposed to be processed and shipped within a certain amount of time. No response for a good bit of time. Then I got an email stating there was a problem with the shipping address, namely the town since it was in capitalization. II responded to the company stating that this town, in fact, exists for some time now, and that this is where my wife works, and we live. I got another email stating that it is still incorrect. So, I sent the company an address to my son. He could, in turn, send it to the original address. I am sure that I will be told this address is incorrect as well. I am thinking this company has never shipped to the USA? I have ordered items from many a country and had no issue shipping them to the address.
This was ordered 24 Feb, 2021 with a 6-10 shipment. Since the company can't ship this to my wife's address in the US, it has not been shipped as of yet.
In fact, The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia there is no issues. I ordered the same item from another company, and they told me that they can confirm the address. Plus, they have shipped there before. I will just have to remember never to order from this place again.

My order was placed "guaranteed before Christmas" and here I am still waiting without any response to my emails or phone calls to the company. The personalized necklace was for my mother, with a picture of my father (deceased 3 years now) for her to hold on to and look at. Soufeel Jewelry has got to be the worst online experience I had to deal with for an online purchase. Not only did I not get acknowledgement when i placed the order, I had to go online and find out what i ordered was out of stock. It took me to send them a message to inquire about my order to NOW get an email saying their website doesn't update the supply of merchandise they have on hand and so what i ordered was out of stock. Then on top of everything they have the audacity to charge my card before confirming my order and before even knowing they can fulfill the order. This is UNACCEPTABLE!
Save me the reply back with your generic message saying customer service will handle my order. If anything not only should i be reimbursed but should be due some type of compensation especially due to the fact that what i ordered was for my daughters birthday.

Ordered a photo desk mat for my husbands birthday, when it arrived the quality was poor; a crucial part of the image had been cut off and I was too embarrassed to give this as a gift. Having paid over £30 for the item and having checked the policy on their website, I emailed requesting a return due to poor quality and having not received what I had ordered. Their policy states that if this is the case they will cover all shipping and fees. I contacted customer support to be offered a 20% refund or replacement. At which point I had been on here and read some of their reviews, people stating replacements were equally as poor as the original item, plus by the time any replacement would arrive my husbands birthday would have passed. I requested a full refund for the 2nd time to be told to send it to an address in France at my own expense and that I would receive a refund when they receive the item. I challenged them on their policy for returns and asked for them to send me a postal label for the return, to which the return emails ceased with a final email stating ‘Chatty Reyes' had escalated it and it would be resolved within 24-48 hours, after which point I emailed again to be told he was still communicating with the team. Thought I was paying for a quality item just to be ripped off and refusal to return my money or to uphold their own policies. I will be seeking a refund via my Credit Card company. Disgusted.

Be aware of this company; they look like they make beautiful jewelry, however, they are frauds. I ordered a heart necklace with a picture of my mom and I (chain included) for her birthday on Saturday, February 18,2017. Obviously I was going to have to wait until that following Monday for them to start making it (which they said would take up to 3 days). It is March 8,2017 and she has still NOT received the necklace.
I called USPS because Soufeel bought a shipping label, however, it was never sent. I contacted them and they told me it was sent and gave me a fake tracking #. Another representative reached out to me after I was persistent that USPS said they haven't gotten a package to deliver. She then proceeded to tell me she checked and they had to remake it; so basically they NEVER sent it. And offered a raggedy $5 to be credited back to the account.
I will go to another jewelry company. EVERYBODY please be aware of this company. Go somewhere else where they will appreciate your money and actually treat you like a valued customer. And make sure you look at all of the bad reviews, because they are all being truthful. Horrible experience Soufeel

Placed a custom order 4/16/21 still no product says that it was signed for & delivered to my post office box on 5/6/21. Post office representatives say that no package was delivered signed for or scanned as an incoming package. Reached out two weeks ago through the Soufeel email STILL NO RESPONSE OR PRODUCT. Money down the drain.

They have the WORST customer service and they tell you 5-8 business days for shipping that is a lie. I have been waiting over a MONTH and they took my money and the shipping says my items are not found. I will be putting other websites to shop with for gifts. DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE! Emailed them to ask why i hadnt received a confirmation of the order and shipping, yet theyd taken the money out of my bank account and they replied saying that as its a memorable charm and its perosnlaised it will take 5-7 days till theyll send the email. 10 days later the email was still not sent and they haven't replied to any of my emails which i frequently send as i want my order! Absolute rip off! If i dont get my order soon or a reply soon i will be filing a fraud complaint and contacting my bank!

The quality of these bubble heads exceeded my expectation. There was a tremendous amount of detail from the photo. They are nice quality. It's a very unique and fun gift.

I ordered a Mother's ring for my wife last night. The website was very poor in determining the proper color of stones for my children and the month they were born in. Since I am color blind I also asked a friend to help with picking the right colors. We did the best we could and placed the order. I also left a request for a call and an email ticket to make sure the colors were correct before the order was completed so the ring would arrive properly and by Christmas. 45 minutes later a rep. Called my friends phone back (the number we left), I had not even received a confirmation email. She basically explained that the colors of the stones were not what I wanted do to the poor quality of the images on the web page. I asked if they could be changed over the phone. She informed me that because production has already started there was absolutely no way of making any changes to the product. I then inquired about the 90 day return policy advertised on the web page. I was then told to return the ring, have a correct one made would be a 30% restocking charge. I tried to cancel the order at that time and requested for a supervisor as the rep. Was now just talking over me and getting nowhere. I was told cancelling the order would also include the same restocking fee. I am waiting for the charges to clear so I can dispute them. My friend also just called to say that called her back in regards to the cancellation, she gave them my number and I have yet to hear back from them. I will be giving them 1 star below, only because I cannot give 0!

Great service. Love the product just wish I got it sooner. Australia Post lost my first order, but Soufeel reordered and kept intouch with me when I followed it up.
I ordered a charm on the 17th of November, and as stated on their site, production is 3-5 days plus up to 6 days for shipping. The order says it was shipped on the 18th, and was last scanned in China on the 21st of November. Since then there's been no updates, no scans at all. I've contacted customer service a couple of times to see if they can contact the shipping company to investigate why it's fallen off the radar, and they've just fed me the same BS line about it being in Australia, but due to the high volume of deliveries Australia post may take a while to get them out. Which is complete BS considering I've ordered plenty of things from overseas for Christmas and tracking has never gone without being updated for almost a month. I've also asked for proof of their knowledge of it's arrival in Australia multiple times and they've yet to provide any.
So they've just asked me to wait until Christmas to see if it arrives, but obviously that's too late if I have to arrange another gift.
I get the shipping is out of their control, but I don't like being lied to in order to buy themselves more time. Just issue a refund or send a replacement and have a happy customer.
Thankfully I ordered via Paypal, so will be opening up a case in order to get my money back.
