After receiving Customized items with upside down name on it. They were able to answer my email very quick and sending me new item as replacement! They also give me 10% off back from the order payment. Great service. Perfect quality! I recommend buying from soufeel.
Takes so long that you think you got scammed, just to get a subpar item that's comparable to Wish or temu. Yes it's cost is less then the real deal items but totally not worth the cost.
SCAM COMPANY. Items arrived not as described. After paying 200 dollars and opening dispute. Seller offered me change for a refund. Company is disrespectful and I am disgusted with how they treated me. Order was "personalized" and look nothing like intended!
Had I known theses are produced in some remote location in Singapore, I would probably not have ordered from them. We paid for expedited shipping with a projected delivery date around 12/22 based on their stated production and shipping times. They still have not arrived and are now projecting arrival 12/29.

Received my charm today about 3 weeks after it was ordered. I was so disappointed in the quality, you could barely make out the picture. Since it was handcrafted why didn't someone from Customer Service email or call and ask for another picture rather than sending out something that looks like a black blob in the middle of a heart. Of course the only way to contact them is by email and of course I received an automated response that they had too many emails to deal with this time of year... amazing they had time to immediately process a credit card.
I ordered two name necklaces 3 weeks ago and haven received anything in the mail, said it would be her before Christmas and now I have no gifts to give to anyone today. Starting to wonder if this website is a scam, I for sure would love a refund but they are never available.

I paid quite a bit for a silicone ring from them, even springing for the extra engraving. When I received the ring it was immediately apparent that the engraving was crooked. Despite Soufeel's claims that they stand behind their products, they refused to refund my money for this defective product. Their customer service throughout the process was terrible and in the end, I am left having wasted money on an ugly, defective ring.

Do not buy from this company the jewelry is cheap and turns colour after wearing it no more than 3 times. I bought it for my mum as a birthday present engraved. She has had it less than 6 months and its useless now. Waste of money! Don't waste your money or time on this company. I did reach out to them but again they wasn't interested in sorting the issue just happy to take my money. I certainly will not be ordering from that cheap place again. Check the photos. Terrible Terrible Terrible My 15 year old daughter bought a puzzle for me for mothers day on May 5,2020. Her card was charged immediately, but the item was never shipped. After several unsuccessful attempts to contact their customer service department, we have only received some generic emails that we should just keep waiting for the item and eventually we should get it. This company ripped off a 15 year old during a pandemic! Dont ever order from them!

This necklace is a piece of junk. It looks like it came from a candy machine. The pieces do not match together or open/close easily. The writing inside is barely legible. It is very cheaply made. This company is so difficult to work with, don't even think about customer service. I had to mail it back at my expense and it has taken weeks for them to refund part of my purchase. They will not refund the shipping, which was completely over-inflated. I have given them multiple opportunities to resolve.

You buy a product, it takes them around 8 business days to even get started. In less than 24 hours I messaged them and told them if I could please cancel. They charge a 30% "restock" fee even though supplies haven't been pulled. I do not recommend this company.

Just want to say how great soufeel is, they offer Beautiful Beads for your soufeel brackets at a very affordable price that I think are better than pandora by far! I bought a gorgeous ring called the Primrose and it broke on me, they immediately took action and sent me out another one, what does that tell you about this company. I ordered a black photo wallet from them. When it came (2 months later) it was almost cardboard like and purple. The photo was cut off top and bottom. Ugliest piece of crap I've ever seen. I've been trying to get a refund (I'd be happy to send it back) but after a few emails, they only offered me 30%. I want 100%!

This site promotes fast processing, fast delivery, 365-day-no-questions-asked return policy (when in fact their confirmation email says ''60-day money back guarantee'' provided you give a reason) and it just does not live up to these promises. Orders show as processing when they should have been shipped and many complain about not receiving their orders. When you complain about it, they give you every excuse under the sun as to why they did not do this or that. The only fast things that they do is immediately charge your order (credit card, PayPal, debit etc) and fast-talk you with excuses when they don't ''deliver'' on what they promote. A lot of unhappy customers who had many different complaints posted very negative comments on their Facebook page only to have them removed! NEVER AGAIN!
I ordered twice from this company this year, both times the ad I saw said order today and receive your free bracelet... both times I received my charms but no bracelet... I just think if you are going to advertise something, then you should follow through on it. Otherwise I am very happy with my charms, a bit pricey compared to to others have ordered from, if 30$ is 90% off ( also as advertised) then it is a total rip off at the regular price, even jewelry stores don't charge that much for their charms

Stay away from this company. I ordered a personalised bobble head of my girlfriend as an inside joke. Her eyes are hazel the eyes on this were blue. Her hair is light brown the hair on the bobble head looked black as night. The sculpting was messy and like it could have just been made for anyone. Upon trying to return or switch the item customer service was rude and abrupt and said it could not be done. There is a reason why this company is so low rated online. They are terrible. Do not use them.

I made a order on January10,2022 I waited a week before getting a hold of anyone about the shipping information and someone responded a week later. I still haven't seen the package ups said it was shipped back to sender I tried to get a hold of them they will not do a refund but want to charge me all over again. It's now 02/09/2022 and I'm having to call the bank and do a hole dispute. Please don't waste your money or time with these guys!

Please don't buy anything from this business. I purchased their Spotify plaque and the express shipping and it still took a month to be shipped. Then when it arrived the entire plaque was covered in scratches and the quality was crap. It's not glass it's plastic and all they do is stick your picture behind it (you can feel it with your fingers). The lights I purchased with it are really low quality. I paid $60 for my whole order and it probably cost them $2 to make this garbage. I have demanded a refund but they absolutely refuse. This company needs to be stopped.

I had bracelet for y self and 25 charms brought one for my my who is 86 charms of her grandchildren the hole 5 charms have gone completely discoloured u could never where this bracelet my mum is heartbroken I complained they said there sorry but could offer me a discount why would u won't more charms when these have all changed colour il stick with pandora

Made an order last April 1,2017 from Soufeel.com and had a conversation with a representative over live chat to clarify about shipping details that my items will arrive from 6-12 days to my location (Cebu, Philippines) before I placed an order. Now it worries me reading those reviews especially my orders are still in processing status yet the charges are already debited to my account and it's over 2 days since my purchase. Live chat seem always unavailable after I purchased. I am in constant check with my account to see my order's progress and awaiting for the tracking number to be provided but it appeared to be slow. I was hoping to do another purchase but with what I'm seeing with my first, I am doubtful to make my 2nd. Maybe not anymore. I probably go Amazon.com next time where service is highly reliable with high level of response. Thank you.

I ordered a zippo lighter for my husbands Birthday 2 months before so it would get here in time. Here it is over 8 weeks later and I still have not got it and his Birthday has passed. They offered to give me 20% back but still charged me shipping and everything. Sent me an email almost 3 weeks ago saying it was shipped and would be here within 8 days. Still haven't got it. Ordered on 1/6/16 and never received my order! Tracking says out for delivery since 1/23/16... I have emailed soufeel and posted in Facebook and they keep giving he same answer... be patient the storm caused delays! How can something be out for delivery for a week? Post office and fedex confirmed package is lost but soufeel keeps giving me the same answer to check the tracking. At this point it's not about the money it is about the horrible customer service! First thing in the morning I will file a dispute/fraud with my bank to get a refund. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!
I tried Soufeel because my mom got me a Pandora, but the charms are expensive! Then I found Soufeel online as an affordable alternative. I browsed through the website and I like the designs. Also the freebies and free shipping.
The customer service is great, constantly getting in touch with me. My order arrived quickly, less than 2 weeks! I was thrilled when I got the delivery. The paper bag, box and the pouch are pretty. The jewellery are in good condition. Shiny, white and sparkly silver. The charms are detailed. I'm thinking of orde ring again. I hope I get the same experience. Thank you Soufeel!
