Takes so long that you think you got scammed, just to get a subpar item that's comparable to Wish or temu. Yes it's cost is less then the real deal items but totally not worth the cost.

My boyfriend ordered me a bracelet and photo charm. It took about 2-3 weeks to arrive, but that's to be expected on something that is personalized with a photo. I love it! I can't wait to purchase more charms!

I ordered my husband's Fathers day gift. A "photo engraved" key chain. It arrives I open it up the photo is not engraved. It's a print slapped on a key chain. They won't send me what I ordered. I was told I can't send it back just because I don't like it. It's not that I don't like it. The problem is it is not what I ordered. They FALSE ADVERTISED an item and won't make it right. I have called- no response. Emailed that is where they told me basically I was out of luck. Tried messaging them on Facebook and got the same person from the email. They did offer me $5 refund. I'm not looking for a refund. I'm just trying to get what I ordered. This was not right. Bait and switch then tell you that you are out of luck.

I am very pleased and satisfied with my experience.
It's such a great product. I compared the original photo of my dog and the blanket that I ordered and got from Soufeel and I literally burst into tears! It's amazing!

Do not use Soufeel as they have taken my money and will not reply to any of my emails.
I ordered a ring for Valentine's Day for my partner nearly a month ago and Soufeel won't reply to any emails after taking my money.
Soufeel is a scam and I'm taking them to the police.
Warning do not deal with Soufeel Jewelry.

I chose to deliver my jewelry in 2-4 days to expedite it and I got an alert a week later and said it wont be delivered until the following week totally 2 weeks to receive. I called customer service to cancel since I paid for service that I would receive in the time frame. The rep argues with me about my order. Horrible customer service. She stated although I paid to expedite it, there is no guarantee the jewelry will be received in that time frame since they have to make the jewelry. So missed leading and why pay the expedite cost if its not going to expedited. Will NEVER order from them again.

I have not got a update about anything. Its been saying its at the post office talked to the post office people they say it isn't. They said I have to call soufeel and No one has got back to me it three days already if not longer this will be my first and last time ordering.

A substantial amount of money was siphoned from my bank account while doing business with Soufeel. My computer itself was not compromised because other more important targets could have been hit, but were left alone. Only the account I used to pay Soufeel was hit and only while I was online with them. My bank is currently investigating them.

I ordered a necklace for my girlfriend on February 7th and I knew there was a possibility it would not come in time for Valentines day because it said 2-4 business days (I purchased the fast shipping). But it still has not gotten here! I emailed them, no reply. I called them, voice mail. Never ordering from here again.

Processing of my order was going to take about a week, so in two weeks I tried getting in touch with the because it still wasn't shipped. No one called me back or responded to my messages. I waited another week and still nothing. Now I have to pay 30% for an order that I believe was never made.

I ordered 5 custom picture charms promised to be here by mother's day. I have contacted the company and they're now saying it won't be here. Then tryna keep 30% of my money to cancel. These ppl are rip offs and liars so beware of shopping here

Ordered picture puzzles for my granddaughters May 1st 2020. Have not received my order. I contacted 3 times and they keep saying because of Coronavirus it is delayed. Don't order from them. Has anyone received their orders? I wish I saw the reviews before I ordered anything.

I fell for this site and ordered 4 charms. 2 are not even mine! If anyone is missing one of a boy swimming and a dog let me know. Of the two that were mine one is barely visible. So disappointed. These are gifts for the holidays.

I order a Valentines present for my wife. Gave it to her and nothing was in the box. You can't speak directly to anyone. It must be done thorough a chat program. So I did. Was told I needed to submit a photograph of the empty box. Buyer beware this a scam!

I ordered a personalized photo charm. I received updates va text and email regarding the shipping pocess. The charm arrived before the estimated date. It came in a soft bag with a cleaning cloth. They also included a Eiffel Tower charm for free to show support for the recent Paris terrorist attacks. The photo charm is PERFECT. The quality is stunning. I am so very pleased with my purchase and the company. I will definitely buy from them again.

Received someone else's order. Only way to contact them is through instant message and they where very rude on IM. I had to return that order that was not mine before they would even think about returning credit to my credit card. Then they told me the could not return my postage to my card because it had to be for exact amount of my order. The quality of the photo charm "that was not mine" was blurry. Stay AWAY from this company!

They advertise all this beautiful custom stuff. I ordered a custom candle for my daughters college. They charged $32 for a $1 candle and then they slapped a computer printed sticker on it, and even that they couldn't do right. It had bubbles in it. Then they had the audacity to offer me a $6 refund. Horrible disgusting products. Don't waste your money.

Before ordering from this company please do yourself this favor -Run! The absolute worst customer service I have ever received! Their statement of 3-5 days to handcraft and 4-7 business days for shipping is a joke. Each time I contacted the company to find my order I received a different reply and story as to why it was delayed and how they were upgrading their shipping system. This is obviously an overseas company with a US address that doesn't bother to ever try to stand behind their statements. Well over a month before I ever received my order, only reason I gave 1 star was because I don't think I can give zero

I've seen plenty of charms, but this little travel trailer caravan is probably the coolest, most unique I've seen in some time. Both the car and the trailer have great color and detail. I was even able to hitch the trailer to the car. The trailer looks like something right out of the sixties and the car with the surfboard on the top shouts Beach Boys. These charms can be worn either on Pandora or Chamilia bracelets, but not the old-fashioned style of charm bracelet. Simply select your starter bracelet and begin to collect. They can also be worn on a simple sterling chain if desired.
Many people obviously are selecting charms that do have meaning to the wearer. It's so unique and fun that it makes me almost want to start collecting charms again.

Overall rating should be -10 stars.Don't buy anything! Paid for added shipping insurance $2.99, vip service $3.99 then the price of the gift and a gift box. Never came when I call the post office the information me they gave me is it was delivered. Couldn't give me any information. So contact soulfeel they say my address was wrong, that I put it in wrong. I have auto fill on my phone so everything is preset. But it's my fault the address is wrong. So they said they couldn't give me my shipping cost. I paid extra for no head aches. Very unhappy with the lack of wanting to help n lack of help. I paid for vip I wonder how they treat non-vip. Never go throw them again

This company is a scam!!! Research a company or pay alittle more and buy local. The mom and pop shops / local business need us too. And less head aches.

Extremely cheap and horrid products, overpriced and presented as high quality.
The shipping is from CHINA Not the US, as misrepresented on the website.
Shipping is attempted after you pay extra, but still doesn't guarantee you even receive the order.

Their customer service is really great! I had issues with my address because it didn't pass their system, but some how they still got the item to ship. I ordered a nevklace with a custom name & it looked very nice! I received the item i had ordered. Overall, their company and team are patient and always write back when you email them.
