Takes so long that you think you got scammed, just to get a subpar item that's comparable to Wish or temu. Yes it's cost is less then the real deal items but totally not worth the cost.

I had the worst experience shopping on line with soulfeel. They don't honor their Policy or their customers. I order a bobble head couple for Valentine's Day they sent me the stationary head. They made and sent the wrong order/ item and now they don't won't to refund me back all my money.

I ordered here to get someone a personalized item and I even paid an extra $25 for express shipping for it to be delivered 2-4 business days. It has been over a month, no refund, no package. I have emailed this website numerous times and they don't even bother checking emails, you get sent to the automated messaging. Whenever I go on the website to see where the hell my package is it says it is still processing. I have ordered from here before and the item I ordered was not at all what was described you can not even see the photos because of how small it was. I know I was foolish for ordering there again but I needed a personalized item. DO NOT WASTE TIME OR MONEY HERE!

I paid 30 dollars for a Spotify charm gift for my gf that was going to go along with her Christmas gift I bought this on the 10th of December and still paid for an accelerated shipping which was 6-9 days it's been 12 days and I don't even have a shipping confirmation. This is ridiculous and I talked to my bank about disputing because this is unacceptable.

I placed my order on Dec 9th & Paid for 2 day shipping. Its now Dec 24th and my item still hasn't came. I Called DHL this morning and they said my item still haven't bin delivered to them yet. SOUFEEL guaranteed delivery before xmas and from the looks of these reviews they lied to everyone. Its really a shame so many people are going to be out a gift because of a lying company.

I ordered my 2 necklaces two weeks ago and I have yet to get any email confirmation and it hasn't came in the mail. I've emailed, called, tried to look my email up on the website and absolutely nothing. I really want these necklaces but i might have to report to my bank I've been scammed.

I ordered a personalized charm and a leather bracelet which did not arrive. I wrote an email to soufeel and they were really supportive and sent me the products again and now I love my red bracelet and the charm with my boys. I ordered before and I really like soufeel. All charms and bracelets are much better than thepandora I own. I would definitely buy again from them.

I was surprised but not in a good way when I received my order. The charm was incredibly small and made of cheap plastic. Not worth what I paid at all. Very disappointed

I lost my first dog last September. I still miss him terribly. I found Soulfeel and ordered a photo charm with his picture,
The charm came several days ago is absolutely beautiful. It also came with a storage bag and a cleaning cloth.
The charm is beautiful and the engraving with his name on back is so detailed.
I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a precious keepsake.

This is my 3rd attempt to contact cust svc about reordering a charm I received as a gift for xmas. Its a simple request and all I require is a human being to talk to. My charm was accidentally dropped down my sink drain and I wanted to replace it. My friend ordered it for me. I have the order # just need to see if this is possible. It was a photo charm. Hoping you keep order histories and still have exact charm and photo on file.

On January 27th I purchased this for a Valentine's gift. On Feb 8th I emailed customer service for an update on my purchase and I was told that my order was not shipped out because the personalized item did not pass the quality process and was sent back to production to be remade. They assured me it will arrive on Feb 22nd and apologized for the delay but said "at least it's better than sending an imperfect item." They said it was at the highest priority … well it never arrived!
I emailed them again and no response since.

5 starts so someone might read it... really a one star rating

I ordered 3 pieces, on December 9th, I believe there was a highlight, that said 6-10 business days and shipping to be received before Christmas, yet I still have not received anything. Tried calling your customer care number however, your unrealistic 3hr business hours make it difficult to reach anyone. 9-12 pacific time incase anyone is interested.
Unfortunately, it looks like 3 people won't be getting their Christmas presents this year until after the occasion has past. I can't express to you enough, my disappointment. First Thinking that I was buying from a Canadian company based on the Soufeel.ca website tag. I did a little extra research to find out you are based out of the states ( California I believe) no problem, Then upon tracking my order It said shipping from China, the last up date I have is Dec 14,2016 12:00 am
Leaving parcel center, to CAYVRB China EMS... I am at a loss for words.

I ordered a special charm for a 50th Birthday and made it extremely clear about 3-4 times that I needed it for a certain date because I want to take it to Europe. We are leaving this coming Friday and now the Courier Company tells me the charm will arrive on Monday - are you serious? I contacted Soufeel and expressed my concerns and their comeback was to look on the Courier's website and my charm will be coming in a few days. Yes, a few days too late... I will never, never order from them again. Also, the first confirmation they sent me was for a completely different order for someone who lived across the Country at first I got excited because I thought my package would arrive on time, then to find out it was for someone else was very disappointing. Lesson learned, I will never order again at least not from this Company, Beware...

I placed my order November 3rd and was supposed to receive it, by latest, November 16th. I have emailed several times. I have asked them to resend it, asked for a refund, a partial refund. Was sent an email that my package was stopped in customs. That was over a week ago. Extremely displeased. Horrible customer service. Why is there not a number to call? Very ghetto. Do NOT recommend.

I ordered a customized necklace on the 28th May. It was supposed to be a gift for my Mum's 60th Birthday on 16th June. I'm still waiting for it. I had to contact them to find out where it was & have been emailing 'Vera' back and forth.

They've lied to me from the start; saying my consignment was returned undelivered at my address (no body was home) which isn't true. I had it sent to my office which is manned 12 hours a day & we've had no deliveries. I was then told to call Toll Priority myself to locate my parcel without even giving me the consignment number. I emailed Vera again & she promised it would be re-delivered within 48 hours; 48 hours is up and Vera has asked me 'to kindly wait for more time'. I've demanded a refund! I don't have anything 'special' now to give my Mum on her birthday!

Total A-holes!

First the bracelet was so hard to open u have to use something sharp the photo on the charm was very light and not colorful like original pic contacted them and the are not going to do anything they won't even take it back... the photonly charms they advertise look beautiful well not mine very disappointed

I have ordered a few times from Soufeel. And have always been very pleased. I particularly liked the hearts I ordered in memory of my late Mam and Sister. I was able to upload a picture of there favourite flower to have printed on them. I was so pleased I ordered a set for my other sister. I own a couple of Pandora bracelets and the Soufeel charms look as good as the Pandora charms. I would recommend the Murano glass charms Also there customer service is very good to deal with.

Ordering with Soufeel was easy enough but after seeing some of the comments online I started worrying about everything. I placed my order Easter weekend April 17th and then emailed Soufeel a few days later. Martha responded within half a day, assured me if my order didn't get to me then that would be their responsibility. She assured me they would assist me with whatever I needed to know and that my order had been shipped, so I was happy. Late on the 3rd of May I sent another email, Vera responded 4th May showing me my order had been processed in Dieppe, NB I think on the 3rd and should be with me shortly. Well, my order arrived later that day, well packaged and I love my bracelets and charms. If this is the level of service you will offer me Soufeel then I will be ordering again. Thank you, Solena.

I ordered 2 named necklaces for my girls for Christmas well that was on the 3rd they told me to wait got my tracking number and they said it was delivered ether at my door witch Was a lie I've been coming teaching them they was messing back fast now they are not at all u can't call them because the number isn't working and now my kids don't have the gift they wanted the most

Horrible service I would not get anything else. The company put the wrong address on purpose so it can get lost even though on my profile it has the correct address. Their custom service isnt even that it's just garbage. I would not recommend at all as theywil just steal your money especially if it's a big order.

This is the worst experience I have ever had online. If you purchase from this company you will regret it. I spent over $40 for a choker/necklace that could fit a 10 year old child. It is only 11.5" long and my neck is AVERAGE size of 14" for a choker. There aren't even different loops to be able to adjust the size. I have notified customer service to be told to put it higher on my neck. To which, I have and IT DOESN'T FIT. The product, itself is cheap and this place is scamming people out of their hard earned money. I WANT MY $ BACK.

The most unreliable company I've ever ordered from! They lied and said I will get my order before Christmas. I have received a email now saying it would take 6-10 more days! I ordered on Dec 9th and now it's the 20th now I have to spend more money on gifts because my order may not come in time! I will never order from here again!

I wanted to share my experience with this website and that everyone decides. I have placed an order on black friday and it arrived on January 5, and when it arrives it is not personalized. So I decided to write to Soufeel and his answer is that I have sent them a photo in black, when in the personalization of the web the photo was perfectly seen. And they DO NOT do anything, they just say that I have sent them a photo in black (when it is false) and that they will not do anything. Now everyone can decide if they want to be scammed

I received my socks, here is a picture of the socks with just one babys face when the socks I ordered were for multiple faces and supplied photo with more than one face. I contacted Soulfeel and they corrected the mistake to send a new pair. Althouth wrong product received, but I got prompt responses and they were quite willing to help me get the correct one. The service is great.
