After receiving Customized items with upside down name on it. They were able to answer my email very quick and sending me new item as replacement! They also give me 10% off back from the order payment. Great service. Perfect quality! I recommend buying from soufeel.
Takes so long that you think you got scammed, just to get a subpar item that's comparable to Wish or temu. Yes it's cost is less then the real deal items but totally not worth the cost.

I bought a photo wallet from them, but never got a order number or confirmation email. I got charged twice for my order and they said I can't get a refund because I don't have an order number! Again, THEY NEVER GAVE ME AN ORDER NUMBER OR CONFIRMATION EMAIL! So I am out $60 with nothing to show for it! How can you run a business like this!?! So upset!

I found this website I believe from an ad on IG and thought I would buy something personalized for my boyfriend for Christmas, I had placed the order sort of a week and a half before Christmas and I paid $19.99 for TWO day shipping. Had I known this was coming from CHINA I wouldn't have placed the order. Not only that, but I was dumb enough not to read the reviews! I have sent emails before the product arrived because the tracking said it would get here after christmas and they blamed it on the time it took to make the product. This crap looked and felt like it came from the dollar store.

I'm giving them ONE STAR, if i was given an option it would have been ZERO STARS. I don't have an issue with customer service however I did have an issue with the photo wallet I ordered. Low grade quality, the photo was stuck on instead of imbedded in the wallet, very easy to peel off. I wasted money purchasing the wallet and my time waiting for delivery. This was my first order and will definitely be my last one.

I wanted to buy a picture puzzle for my wife for Mother's Day. I stumbled across Soufeel or the name Photo Blanket. I placed my order with them and Immediately contacted them to find out how long it was going to take. The response took two days and after reading the message, I realized that they were not the company I thought they were. I quickly tried to cancel the order but they refused. I guess I should have done more research because I found Shutterfly soon after. I ordered the same product from Shutterfly and they told me that the photo I submitted (the same photo I submitted to Soufeel) was not high enough quality. I sent Shutterfly another photo and the puzzle came within a month and was beautiful. It took Soufeel over THREE MONTHS to ship me my puzzle and it's not great. DO NOT BUY from Soufeel, BUY FROM SHUTTERFLY! Truly, it's my fault because I should have done more research but lesson learned.

I order a wallet for my husband for Christmas. I paid extra for fast shipping. They guarantee on time delivery for Christmas. Here we are almost new year and have not received nothing! Order says "processing." I called them, no answer. I emailed them, their excuses was "it's a busy time" I emailed them back and have not received a response. I called them and left a message they said they'll contact me in 24hrs. Have not received a call. I am very angry. I paid extra for nothing. I ordered a gift for Valentine's and paid for the expedited shipping so i can get it on time as they advertised it. Days passed and they still didn't prepared my Order so knowing that i won't get it in time I asked them to cancel. Every time the replied please wait and said no please cancel. I submitted cancel request 3 time and they just ignored it. I emailed them multiple times and they kept saying your order will be ready soon like i am asking for an update i was asking to cancel. After 8 days they said oppps sorry you order is ready now so we can't cancel. Then i was ok so at least refund my expedited shipping fees as it's already 3 days after Valentine's. They still didn't answer me and i kept following up. 8 days after Valentine's and after ignoring 5 emails from me they emailed and said oh it's too late it was shipped. This is stealing in the modern world. Ignore the customer because they already have the money and they will just keep it and there is nothing you can do about it.
