After receiving Customized items with upside down name on it. They were able to answer my email very quick and sending me new item as replacement! They also give me 10% off back from the order payment. Great service. Perfect quality! I recommend buying from soufeel.
Takes so long that you think you got scammed, just to get a subpar item that's comparable to Wish or temu. Yes it's cost is less then the real deal items but totally not worth the cost.
Piece of junk with very blurry bad photo quality,no refund no reship offered.also they refused to refund at all,AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This company is horrible. I placed an order as their site claimed free US shipping and everything was in English but immediately after i realized they were shipping from the U.S. within a minute i messaged, emailed, couldn't call bc no number listed about my concern and to cancel my order since the recipient would no longer be at the NC address provided as he was returning to FL in a couple of weeks. This was a gift for my manager. I received multiple emails confirming they received my message and that i'd receive a response within 24 - 48 hours which i didn't. I continued to message them and finally received an email 9 days after order stating that their U.S. distribution center is closed due to covid and that's why they were shipping from china and didn't address my request to cancel or my concern that the recipient will no longer be at the address. I tried to reiterate that to them and they continued to explain why covid is the reason they have to ship from china then after a few days, shipped order to the NC address. Either they don't understand English enough to sell products to the U.S. or they are just ignoring your concerns so that they can make and ship the product out to you. No comment on the product as i or the recipient will never see. Avoid this company at all costs.

I ordered a dog tag picture chain for a young boy whose brother was recently killed in Thailand and it is still under process. I ordered it the 1st of February and it is nigh on impossible to get in touch. The boys funeral is tomorrow and i wanted it so his brother could at least have something closde to him. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED

This is the worst online company I've ever ordered from. I ordered some dog socks on Dec 14 because their site said they would arrive by Christmas. They didn't. I contacted them on Dec 30 and they said they had no record of my order. I filed a complaint with PayPal that day and what do you know, Soufeel suddenly "found" my order the next day. I told them to just cancel it multiple times but they ignored me and shipped it on Jan 7th. They arrived and were terrible quality. Cheapest crappiest socks I've ever seen, and the image of our dog was cropped weird. I asked for a refund to which they replied they only refund for defective merchandise and wanted me to send them a photo, which I did. And what a surprise - they said the socks looked perfect and denied my refund. The customer who is holding the item and putting it on their own feet gets ZERO say in the quality of what they bought. Stay away from this scam company! They will rip you off and then essentially taunt you by denying any request for help or a refund. Worst company ever! They shouldn't be allowed to operate in the United States!

I purchased a set of Car Seat covers as per the description. Only one arrived despite the picture showing 2 and the description says Car Seat Covers (plural), and who would only order 1 anyway? When I contact Customer service, I was told if I wanted 2, I should have ordered 2! I THOUGHT I WAS ORDERING 2 AS PER YOUR DESCRIPTION! All your apologises do not solve my problem. If I want another I have to pay another £40!

Service could not have possible been worse.
I tried to order an item before Valentines day, admittedly late, but the website stated guaranteed delivery by at least the day after, but expected before.
When trying to order, it twice told me the order had failed. I therefore decided to go with Annalise Jewellery. They were more expensive, but the item came within two days and was brilliant.
However, i then discovered my account had been charged for the Item with Soufeel. I tried to contact them 3 times without getting any response to cancel the order, explaining it was down to a failure of their website. I got no response. I eventually gave up assuming i'd been scammed.
I got an email over a month later saying the item had now been sent, again i replied to this email and finally got a response. The most they claimed they could do was refund postage. Two days later i received an email saying the item had been delivered. It hasn't. I still haven't received the item, and they won't refund me. Stay well clear.
