Takes so long that you think you got scammed, just to get a subpar item that's comparable to Wish or temu. Yes it's cost is less then the real deal items but totally not worth the cost.

I cant talk about how the product is because I have not gotten it yet. But I ordered a photo wallet for my wife on 12/21/2018 I knew it wasn't going to come by Christmas but that was okay it was only supposed to be about 5 to 7 bossiness days. By January 2019 i still had nothing and my order still said processing so I emailed them and they said that they had made my photo wallet but it didn't pass the test to be shipped so they had to make another one BUT now they were out of stock of my item till 1/14/19 they asked if I wanted a refund I said no because I still want what I ordered they stated they would start making my order on 1/14/19 it is now 1/22/19 and I STILL have not gotten my order and it still say processing I emailed them again the other day and still haven't gotten an email back. I will NEVER order fro them again. This is crap!

Placed my order was sent a confirmation and a tracking number only to track my order and be told it has shipped then I track it again and it hasn't shipped so upset ordered early enough and still didn't get my stuff in time for Christmas and COVID-19 is the reason they gave me in the email bottom line to many reasons why my order is saying shipped and it still hasn't officially shipped what a waste of money I'll never order from here again!

Worst company I have ever tried to deal with. Be advised that their BBB rating is a big F. There is a reason for this but too many to list. You will loose you money if you have to ever return something. Often times, they will charge your card immediately and then loose your order. If you try and call them, they will not answer.

I made my purchase for 2 items on January 19th. Both items had and still show a 6-8 day processing time to make. They were also advertising on their site at the time of my order "guaranteed delivery by Valentine's day". I placed my order and purchased expedited shipping to be sure it would arrive in time. When I track my order it says it is expected to ship out on February 25th (37 days after I placed my order). I emailed the company several days ago letting them know that I would like to cancel my order since It has already been (at that time) 21 days and since my order is not expected to ship until the 25th it obviously has not been made. They finally got back to me to let me know that they can not cancel my order but once it finally does ship on the 25th they will refund me 10% of my order. The items I bought were obviously Valentine's gifts and I went an purchased new gifts for Valentines day. These gifts will arrive well after Valentine's Day and I am not planning on holding until next year. They are not the types of things I can turn into a Birthday gift. I am filing a chargeback on my credit card since they will not just cancel my order and refund me. Do not waste your time with them.

Like most here I ordered a package that I have never received, that I've contacted customer support about multiple times, and have never received a message back from, on December 13th I ordered a package, it's now January 7th at this point I have spent all day between my bank and mail courier trying to figure out what happened, my package has been in the USA for 10 days and has not been scanned into any USPS system, it was only supposed to take 8 to get to my door step, at this point I believe this company is a fraud as does my local post office and bank, I'd recommend never purchasing anything on this website as you will probably wait over a month for it to never revive it or get a single message back from the company, Save your time, Save your money, Save the disappointment on holidays, Save the stress, and buy elsewhere

I ordered a photo puzzle for Mother's Day for $42 on April 25th. The description on Soufeel's site said processing would take 4-5 days and shipping would take 8-10. Even assuming worst case scenario (and only counting business days) it should have arrived at the very latest Friday, May 15th. It still has not arrived as of 6/1 (37 days later!).
When I go to the tracking link, the most recent update is 5/13 when it was marked as "shipped." The page has not updated in weeks. When I sent an email to the company, I only got an automated response saying:
"Due to the outbreak of the Novel Coronavirus has greatly affected global shipping, resulting in a sudden reduction in flights, a serious logistics backlog. According to news from each countries' postal service and customs, all orders recently will be delayed due to the virus and it is normal if there is no update as most of orders are now stuck in customs. We request your patience in waiting for your order and your understanding that we are trying our best to push it."
I would not have ordered it had I known it would not arrive in time. If the shipping schedules had changed this drastically, Soufeel should have updated their website to reflect those changes. I have been completely unable to get a person on the phone or in a chat. I only get automated emails with no additional information.

I ordered a wallet at the end of December and payed about 50 bucks for the custom made wallet. It was expected to be at my address on January 4th. January 4th comes and I check the tracking number and it tells me it got to the wrong post office and the post office sent it back because my address was not one this post office ships too. I contacted the post office as soon as I had seen that it was there as it was the next town over only 5 Mintues from me I was going to have them hold it and I could come get it. Post office told me they can't do that and that they must send it back. I reached out to customer service on Soulfeel and described my issue and asked for a refund. They told me they can not give me to contact the post office. I told them I have already done that and the post office can not be of assistance. They also told me they can not give me a refund per " company policy " until the package returns to thier facility. I waited 6 weeks and kept contacting the customer service within reasonable time spans to see about a refund as it should have returned or may of gotten lost in the mail. They kept telling me I have to wait " days " as they put it and they refused to give me at least a estimate for how long so finally after that I messaged them again apparently they got the item back and " destroyed " the item and said that I can get a refund or they can remake it and resend it. But because I've waited so long and didn't want to maybe not get the package again I opted for a refund. They gave me the refund and told me to wait 7—20 business days for the refund to show on my account and they said " if the refund doesn't show in 20 business days to contact my bank or payment provider for further assistance" well we will see considering I used chime...

I think what would be helpful is that any one considering to order off the site should be weary of customer service does not care about you getting your product and they drag out the process of giving you a refund by as long as they can it seems.

The website gives the impression that this company is well put together and legit. I ordered and item on 12/09/13 upon finalizing my order i was told i would receive a confirmation email with my tracking number. I never received the email so i have no way of knowing if my order was even shipped, processed or whatever the only thing i am sure of is that they wasted no time charging my debit card. I have called the customer service number repeatedly over the past week and every time i am told that there is no one to answer the phone even though the customer service line is supposed to be 24/7 i have also sent muiltiple emails to the customer service email and yep you guessed it i have not received a response to my emails either. This company has the worst customer service that i have ever experienced in my life. I will never use this company again and will bad mouth them to any other person thinkinh of ordering from them even if i receive my item because they are shady and cant be trusted to do anything but take your money as soon as you click submit order and you never here from them whether you actually get the product or not but i guess since they have your money already then it doesnt really matter.

December 27,2013 first call leaving voicemail and also sending e-mail to three departments in the company. No response. Months following 6 more voicemails also 6 e-mails. No reply. Hmmmm began posting reviews. Suddenly to my amazement an e-mail appeared in my box. "I apologize for the delay in responding to your e-mail. We have been very busy"... for almost a full year? That's just the start. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR MERCHANDISE, LACK QUALITY, DO NOT CARE FOR REPEAT CUSTOMERS AND DO NOT HONOR THEIR OWN POLICIES. 60 DAYS OR IS IT 365. OH YEAH WE MUST HAVE PICTURES OF PROBLEM HMMM Pandora and Chamilia here I come. My wallets loaded. I want quality, true customer service and certified repair shops local.

Soufeel: Your item did not pass the quality control process, so we were remaking it, which caused the delay. Your order was shipped on February 23rd.
Me: Your website says: "2021-02-16 16:56:28 Your parcel has left for Transit Warehouse in New Jersey, USA. It should arrive there in 2-4 business days." How did it not pass the quality control process AFTER it was shipped?.
Soufeel: We apologize for the disappointment and frustration that you are experiencing with our company. As compensation, we could offer you the shipping fee refund. Please let us know if it is agreeable? Meanwhile, we will follow up on the order and get it delivered asap.
Me: I wasn't looking to be compensated. I'm simply asking for a reasonable explanation for how it could be recalled AFTER being shipped.
Soufeel: The order was delayed on the way to our warehouse. Therefore, the delivery time is delayed too.

Ever get that feeling someone is pissssing on your leg and telling you it's just rain?
Notice how almost every negative review is answered with "We're sorry", "please contact our customer service" (after noted they already contacted CS), "we will continue to improve. I hope you can forgive me if the service is not good", "will definitely figure a way out for you", "I wish you a happy life"... etc, etc.
Lots of fluff but no REAL answers.

Purchased a bobblehead of my wife and I. Recieved the order and very very disappointed with the purchase. IT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE EITHER OF US!. Not even close. Contacted company to get a refund or at least to do them over but they replied that basically your photos are subjective to the sculpturer. "Some may see the likeness and others may not". Well I did not and everyone else showed agreed that they did not. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON POT LUCK! You will definitely be dissapointed in the end. Less than 1 star
