Takes so long that you think you got scammed, just to get a subpar item that's comparable to Wish or temu. Yes it's cost is less then the real deal items but totally not worth the cost.

I only has standard shipping delivery which did take a while, I was in no rush but I messaged customer service team via their web page and the investigated for me immediately, I did receive my charm that day st the post office, it's perfect! And they couldn't have been more helpful great help and lovely, and what a bargain something so sentimental X

I ordered photo charms from soufeel on 16th Nov, and they arrived on 5th Dec. I'm very happy! My photo charms look amazing and beautiful, the pictures are very clear and bright. They also sent an Eiffel tower charm for free. In my opinion the delivery time is pretty quick especially around this busy season. I have bought some stuff from various china based company before and it usually takes minimum a month to arrive. I have made two more orders from Soufeel and one of the order has been in transit in my country post office which is great! Can't wait for them to arrive!

I placed an order for one necklace and almost two weeks came and went. Customer service was terrible with updating me about my shipment. It said pending for over a week even though they took my money out of bank the same day I placed the order. Apparently there was an issue with my necklace. I was not notified about it. I had to ask for myself. They said on the third week my order was suppose to be at its destination. The date kept changing despite the shipping details on the website. If you choose regular shipping dont expect your package to come in a timely fashion.

This company is deliberately misleading with their business practices. They claim that they merchandise is hand crafted and takes 3 to 5 days to construct and then shipping is an additional 7-14 business days. What the company does not state is that they outsource all their business to china. They can NOT provide adequate shipping details. My current tracking information states that "-Your parcel has left for Transit Warehouse in New Jersey, USA. It should arrive there in 2-4 business days." Meaning my package is in the mail from CHINA to their NJ facility and THEN it will be mailed to me. This process takes upwards of 3 plus weeks. They do NOT have a phone number that works. Buyer beware.

Place ordered in dec 7 and confirmed from their rep that i will be receiving my item before Christmas, as she said yes. From last 7 days it's still showing that Usps waiting item. After contacting them again after Christmas, the rep apologized and told me that I should be receding in 3 days and it's still not dispatched. Yet.

Ordered charm with picture of my beautiful dog, Gypsy, who sadly is no longer with us. The item is of very good quality and fits on my Pandora bracelet. It was easy to order it online and I was delighted when it arrived. Had good communication regarding delivery etc. So very pleased customer.

My wife ordered a personalized bar necklace for our son's girlfriend for Valentine's Day. Ordered it a week before Valentine's Day knowing that it would not arrived until at least a few days after Valentine's Day. Even received a message the day after ordering of when to expect shipping to occur. The day came and went and when my wife inquired. There was not a telephone number to call. The so call Live Chat was not available. You had to send a ticket for inquiry. Once we sent a ticket, received an automated e-mail that they were not shipping for 2 weeks to upgrade their systems. The company probably knew when orders were placed prior to shutting down shipments that people would not receive their orders as intended. This company is also out of Hong Kong that has to ship to the US. This is terrible service and communication. Don't order from Soufeel.

I am very happy with the moonlamp and the photo looks great, the writing on the back was correct even although I made a mistake in the spacing. My only negative points are very long postage plus the packing box was all bashed and torn, a fragile sticker could have prevented this as I was expecting to open the box to a broken lamp, thankfully it's all intact and actually looks great while lit up.

This is in fact a fraudulent company. Ordered a $60 product on December 16th and it still hasn't arrived. Good luck finding a way to actually contact them, as it doesn't exist. Pretty disappointing since I should have had this before Christmas, but still nothing here. It's pretty shameful that people can take advantage of others like this. Do not waste your money on this place as they will just take your money and run. 0/5 stars.

I placed an order for a custom Spotify song card for my wife on February 5,2021. I paid for faster shipping to ensure the item arrived by Valentine's Day, but the item did not even ship until after VD. The item then was delivered to and signed for by someone in New York City, while I live in Tennessee and used my correct shipping information during the order process. I cannot contact ANYONE for customer service help to get this problem sorted out. I am extremely underwhelmed by my entire experience with Soufeel and I would not recommend them. The entire operation doesn't seem like it's on the up-and-up.

I feel like I got scammed out of $110 dollars. I have been waiting for weeks and still have not received anything. Tracking numbers do not work no communication from the company to follow up and let me know where my items are. I feel like this is a scam Do not order anything I have another Proof of purchase it I can't add the second one

I had ordered a wonderful wallet for my girlfriend, it arrived with a defect. And with that I contacted Soufeel, they responded very quickly and sent me a new wallet instead. But it also came with a defect and an even bigger one. I then contacted Soufeel and they replied that the keyboard had been tested before sending it out. And doesn't answer me anymore.

I do not recommend buying, because the quality is terrible

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone... the communication is non existent, full of excuses and cant tell you how it will take... if you want it for a special occasion or a certain time frame avoid at all costs.
Double check the size of the heart necklace as the print (engraved) is so small I need a magnifying glass to see it. My fault for not checking the size it explains why it's taken so long! The product is from China not the UK even though it says UK.
Don't waste your money, if you ask for a refund why your waiting they will only give you 30% back... I think it's a scam company overall.

They are by far the worst company I've ever bought anything from ever. I placed my order over 2 weeks ago and paid extra for shipping to arrive with five to nine days and still no product and no word on where my product is. I asked for a refund but no word. This "company" does not even have a freaking phone number. Unless you would like to be outed $50 please don't waste your money on this worthless company.

I love this item! I had ordered this item a month ago for my husband's Christmas gift. He loves it so much. I did not expect it to come out so good. I was hesitating to even order from a website I had not seen but an ad showed up on my social media and decided to check out for a gift for my partner. I am happy I had placed an order with them. Material of the actual wallet itself is a great quality and the printed picture I chose was also done amazing. Very spacious wallet which my husband loved. Will recommend to others and continue to shop online for soufeel.

I am not sure why some people had negative things to say. My experience with this company was AMAZING. They were responsive, friendly, polite and accommodating to my questions and request.

The time between the custom memorial charms and delivery was short and the packaging of the product was very nice with a care to ensure the safety of the product.

I have ordered 3 separate times from them and each time was great. If you want a great product with awesome customer service. This is the place to go.

Purchased a personalised photo wallet for my partner for christmas when receiving I was totally shocked at the poor quality and shoddy workmanship (cost £28) fastforward numerous emails sent 3 weeks later I finally received a response wgich informed me that I cannot return or receive a refund. Absolute joke. Please look at the photos and see for yourselves

This company is a complete scam and a bunch of liars! Do not buy from them. I bought an item from them a month ago and the tracking information says it is still in China (I live in the U.S.). I asked if I could cancel the order and they said it has already been in process of shipping so they cannot cancel it. I will wait another 2 weeks and if I still don't get an update about the 60 dollar product I got from this company, I will get my money back from Paypal. This is absolutely ridiculous and no one should have to wait this long for a 60 dollar item they bought to arrive to them! Who knows if they even plan on sending it in the first place considering all the other bad reviews! This place needs to be shut down immediately!

I order a watch for my partner birthday with his grandmother picture on it. First they sent me the wrong watch. I contacted email the customer service and let them know that they sent me the wrong watch. They said they could sent out another one but I had to pay for shipping plus 15% of the cost for the watch. I paid for it, now the watch came with scratches all over it. The picture quality on the watch looks horrible. I reached back out to the customer service people, they said they only can give me 15% back of my payment. I will never order from them again.

Love their products, very well made and of high quality. Have ordered 6 times and have yet to be disappointed =) they also make perfect gifts. Have had one newly arrived necklace that i haven't worn oxidize one time, emailed customer service, and they gave me an option to be sent a replacement or refund, so far i have been very happy with this company.

I recently ordered a necklace on their site and realized I had a change of heart with the item. I've tried calling numerous times and sent emails to which they havent replied. I need to return this item and I cannot get in touch with them. This type of customer service makes me so angry.

I ordered a "Carrie" style custom name necklace 10 days ago. After not receiving my order for about 6 days, I emailed the company my information and asked how I could track my order (because it wasn't letting me at the time). They simply replied by saying I had placed no order with them. But I have a bank statement claiming they took 27 dollars out of my account for that order. Not only that, they won't do anything to try and help or give me a refund. Ridiculous.
