After receiving Customized items with upside down name on it. They were able to answer my email very quick and sending me new item as replacement! They also give me 10% off back from the order payment. Great service. Perfect quality! I recommend buying from soufeel.
Takes so long that you think you got scammed, just to get a subpar item that's comparable to Wish or temu. Yes it's cost is less then the real deal items but totally not worth the cost.
I ordered a puzzle for mothers day. It took 40 days to be delivered, when I was quoted 5-7 business days. Once I finally did receive the product I was more than disappointed with it. The picture is not even on the box, the picture is just printed on cheap paper and the box has dents every where, which I suppose happens when you get it shipped from across the world. The coloring is horrible! Everyone on the page looks like an oompa loompa. I would be mortified to give this cheap thing as a gift. I have been asking for a refund for weeks and I have gotten nothing.
Ordered for Christmas on Dec. 17th. The site said guaranteed Christmas delivery! Still haven't received it! They want to blame it on DHL, not my problem, and then I get an email last night at 1:00 am to inform me my order would be late! I knew this 3 days ago! If you say Guaranteed BY CHRISTMAS, it effin needs to be here by then! PISSED OFF here!

I placed my order on December 19th and just received it today. So it took 8 days to get to me and I was upset with the fact that it wasn't here by Christmas. The website advertises delivery by Christmas and my order was over $150 so I got express shipping for free. I order personalized photo charms for my very special best friend as her Christmas present but it wasn't here in time. The jewelry is very beautiful and it brought tears to her eyes. So I'm really pleased with the jewelry and will be ordering from Soufeel again. If I happen to order from them for a Christmas present next year I'll just make sure I order ahead of time. Other than it not arriving when it should have, I'm pleased with my soufeel experience.

The wallet was cute however the picture Turned out horrid. I was informed that it would take 3 to 5 days to handcraft the Wallet yet it actually took 9 to 11 business days. Then on top of that I was told 5 to 8 business day and part of the 3-5 for handcrafting days was for it to be quality inspected prepared and packaged, but clearly by looking at the Wallet it was not quality inspected.

Bad experience ordered my daughters charms on 4th Feb 2016 for her birthday on 10th Feb received on 5th march 2016 goods come and look very cheap quality so I would recommend you go else were got a despute ongoing with pay pal

I ordered a custom airpod case holder from them. It was the wrong size (needed airpod pro and didn't realize they were different). I noticed quickly and tried to cancel my transaction. They told me I would only get 70% value back and I agreed. Customer service messaged me 5 times on me insisting to keep my order or I would only get TEN percent value return. It wasn't about the money, but the product didn't even arrive until a MONTH after this dispute. If I wanted to cancel the order in a timely fashion I should have been able to at the 70% value. I never write reviews or complain but their customer service was the worsttt

I received my bracelet and charms today, and all I can say is that I love it! Both the bracelet and the charms are sturdy and the pictures are perfect. I know there are many people mentioning that they are concerned where their order is and that it is taking so long... The product is being shipped from China. I placed the order on November 26th and I received it today on December 11. I personally do not think that the wait was unreasonable, and believe me it is worth it! I have absolutely no complaints and would definitely order from this company, as I think it would make a perfect gift!
This company is a total RIPOFF. I place an order and less than 8 hours later when I tried to cancel I was told that the items had already shipped. That was December 5th. Then then charged my CC and to date the order has not shipped. 800 number is no longer in service. Thank goodness I used a CC and submitted a Fraud claim. STAY AWAY
Despite placing my order on 19 November and paying for 5-9 day shipping my order has never arrived. I have managed to communicate with Soufeel who maintain the order is with shipping company and email will be received shortly, be patient, another 4 days etc etc - another stalling tactic. I started a Paypal claim and surprise, surprise I received a message this morning stating that I had given an incorrect postcode for shipping. I fortunately took a screen shot of my order at time of placing and address details are CORRECT - both those on Paypal and those given to Soufeel
Really really happy with the product I chose for my partner a personalised charm. I was really worried after I purchased online and seen some of the reviews mainly not arriving on time. Some said the size aswell. Its absolutely perfect. And shes over the moon with it. I ordered on the 3rd and came today the 12th. Im glad I was one of the fortunate ones definitely recommend to anyone and will be buying again especially how well the first one was. Thanks soufeel im still in the good books lol

I purchased a Spotify picture keychain for $40 when I received my products you can barely see my face in the picture you can't understand what the song is on the keychain and the keychain is rather blurry scratched up it's just a low quality for $40 and I'd really like my money back but then nobody responds and then you can't call customer service

I have ordered at least 8 times from Soufeel. The charms and bracelets have been so similar to Pandora in quality, and a lot less expensive. I have given these as gifts and have several that I have keep for myself.
The orders have come in reasonable time considering they come from China. On Oct 29th I received an order, and noticed one charm was missing. At 4:47pm that same day I emailed them at *******@soufeel.com and told them about the missing charm, at 5:15 pm a ticket was created. Oct 30th at 1:41 I was informed by an associate that a new charm would be shipped out. Oct 31 at 9:19 am email was send, stating that the charm had already been shipped out.
What truly amazing customer service!
Will continue to order from this company. Completely satisfied with their customer service and products.

Never experienced such poor customer service in all my life. Ordered a charm from this company who were 'guaranteeing' Christmas delivery.' When it hadn't arrived I kept getting told 'wait 2 business days' until we got to Christmas Eve to then be told
It wouldn't arrive. Hundreds of others shared similar experiences on Facebook.
They blamed shipping issues and after 6 emails they have now offered to resend the charms by way of 'compensation.' How is this compensation? It's what I paid them to do originally! I asked them to refund the luxury packaging as it is no longer needed as the gift could not be given for chistmas and they refused. Totally let down. Shocking company.

Received some awful kind of canvas paper when I ordered a proper canvas to put on the wall.
When I contacted customer services, they made out that it was my own fault for ordering this when nowhere in the description does it say "printed on canvas paper"
After days of unhelpful communication with "customer service" I was offered a £4 refund on a £40 product.
Also, be careful at checkout as they add random things on so that you don't notice. My order went up £10 extra just before paying.

I got some photo charms and they are amazing quality but wat really stood out for me was the after purchase service i just sent a fb massage asking a questen and they when above and beyond and they replyed to my masaage with in the hour!
