After receiving Customized items with upside down name on it. They were able to answer my email very quick and sending me new item as replacement! They also give me 10% off back from the order payment. Great service. Perfect quality! I recommend buying from soufeel.
Takes so long that you think you got scammed, just to get a subpar item that's comparable to Wish or temu. Yes it's cost is less then the real deal items but totally not worth the cost.
I bought several personalized charms and then bracelet as gifts recently on Soufeel when I found out that they have same quality stuff as Pandora but price are much cheaper. I contacted their customer service when I had to return when of the item I bought. They sent me replacement right away. They read emails and responded quickly which I really appreciated from online shopping. Highly recommended shopping experience.
Today came the item that I had bought from this company.
It came in a completely damaged box that I paid 10 dollars for.
The company offered me a refund which I accepted.
Thereafter I also find out that the plaque (the main item that I have bought) has very visible scratches. Instead of offering me a replacement or something similar, company started bargaining with me on 5% refund from the original price. I had to settle for 12% refund as they would not give me any other form of compensation.
By far the worst experience I've had with a business. Really shameful to bargain with customers like this.
So sad that such a nice product had to be ruined and thereafter be so poorly managed by the company.

I have after writing this received a mail that offered me a replacement.
We will see how the replacement arrives.

I really love all 13 charms I ordered including the personalized photo charms. I have 4 more charms just got shipped out today, not sure why it was such a delay. Customer services were very prompt and efficient when I contacted them via online chat and emails. The shipping, however, is a little slower than I expected.

Me and my co-workers pitched in to get our co worker and friend a necklace because he brother passed. We ordered it on 2. 9. 18 and its now 2. 27. 18. I haven't received any correspondence. They claimed they shut down the shipping for 2 weeks now. Their isn't a phone number to call, a live chat that work, anything. This is such a huge let down for my friends.

So I don't even know if this is a real company? It's the weirdest thing, you place your order immediately it says it shipped, and then nothing more. It was the worst experience with the company I've ever had. Again I don't expect it to be shipped overnight, but some communication. I spent the money I've emailed several times, they have no phone number to call, the chat feature is a joke. I am just so disappointed. I'm not sure what to do. I just never had an experience like this with the company I wonder if they're even real
My custom bobble head was done by a marker and didn't even remotely resemble the picture that i sent in. The website says 90 day guarantee but won't even give me an address to return. It says from the U. S but its not. Don't even try with their customer service, it is a waste of time. The only response you will receive is that the artist is happy with it. This website needs to be shut down!

I wish I'd had read reviews before ordering. It said orders ship within 2 days, I ordered a gift for a friend on April 17th. Still hasn't shipped. After seeing reviews and Their "live chat never being available" I'm worried. I may request my $ back while I still have time to get my friend a gift on time. I've ordered from 4 other companies since and everything has shipped accept Soufeel disappointed.

This is my third order and will order many more times. Awesome charms and great communication. Just opt for express shipping if you want your products faster as shipping can be a bit slow. But I love all their charms just gorgeous!
Several weeks ago, I ordered a charm bracelet for a friend whose son had just committed suicide. I received an email immediately upon placing the order that stated that my payment had been processed and my order was placed. There was no information regarding shipping in the email. Weeks later, I have called several times. The phone has never been answered, nor have my messages been returned. Apparently, Soufeel is good at billing credit cards, but not so good at shipping out their product.

This is the worst company every, I ordered one from them and customized it and it arrived with no text and wrong gems. The rings is of the lowest quality ever, you can get one just like it from Walmart for $5. Their return policy is a joke, and they take forever to respond.

If I could give no stars, I would. If you're lucky and your customized with photo order comes out nice, congrats. MINE CAME OUT AWFUL. They want me to pay for shipping ANS give me 15% of my money back. Ends up being around $6 which doesn't even cover the cost of shipping I paid for The engraving they gave me looks terrible and I would be embarrassed to give it as my anniversary gift. It was shocking because my sister bought two wallets for our father and her boyfriend that came out nice, however mine makes me look like a Lilo and Stitch character. When I emailed them these exact 3 photos(1&2 being the one i sent/received. 3 is one my sister previously purchased), they told me it looked good and I got what I paid for. What a joke. Maybe this review will help me get my well deserved refund.

I placed an order for custom items for gifts that said 3-5 day production, then I paid for the 3-5 day shipping, giving my items plenty of time to arrive before Valentine's Day (February 14). Initially my order said that they would ship on February 8, but when that day arrived and I checked my order status, it changed to not shipping until the end of February. All of my attempts to contact customer service have not been answered, other than one email in French that simply asked if I was satisfied or dissatisfied - no other information or response to my inquiry. Their website states that they are out of New York, but that is clearly not the case. Very disappointed and still not sure if I will ever receive my order... or even a response from the company about my order.

Do not do business with this company. They provide no correspondence. They take your money and don't deliver your product. I ordered a Christmas gift on December 8. The say 8-10 shipping days. I had to call to find out the tracking info and now they say I won't get my gift until after Christmas. What good is that?!? Stay away from these scammers.

I should have read these reviews before placing my order. I ordered an item on 12/6. They sure did take my money out of my account quickly and now I still don't have the item for Christmas. I have tried the online chat option and also left voice mail messages with no response at all. I will be contacting my credit card to start the process to get refunded.

I ordered my personalised photo beads a few weeks ago and they came in record time. They are a bit smaller than expected and the picture is difficult to see due to its size but the clarity of the image and the craftsmanship of the bead makes up for that. I placed an order from this site on December 18 and still haven't received it as of today 1/3/2017. Have tried calling the number listed and always get a recorder. Emailed the first time and someone responded telling me they had to remake it because of the picture clarity. And it would be shipped out in one day on 12/28 with a tracking number. Still haven't received package or tracking number. Don't waste your time or money ordering!

There was no tracking number sent when I purchased this item, and the tracking available on the website was useless. When my order finally arrived, the "7 inch" bracelet was actually only about 5 1/2 inches, so with 3 days to go before Christmas, now I have to hope someone has a replacement bracelet locally. Their response to my complaint is that they have a 365 day return policy. NOT a help when we only have 3 days before Christmas, and it took them forever to get it here in the first place. I did not realize this company was in Asia, or I would not have ordered from them.
