After receiving Customized items with upside down name on it. They were able to answer my email very quick and sending me new item as replacement! They also give me 10% off back from the order payment. Great service. Perfect quality! I recommend buying from soufeel.
Takes so long that you think you got scammed, just to get a subpar item that's comparable to Wish or temu. Yes it's cost is less then the real deal items but totally not worth the cost.

The charms are poor made, the clips i bought from them broke after 2 weeks. Not so sure if its really sterling silver as they claimed.
Its very disappointed with the charms, so i return my second order back to them and they gave me a hardest time.

I ordered a key change. You are to scan it and it plays via a device that scans it the song you choose. It came with NO instructions to provide the person who the gift is for. I contact customer service as I downloaded their soufeel app and there's no where to scan it. They replied with a video that's an advertisement of the product bought. Back and forth... Still no instructions. Google it... And you have to download a third party app... Spotify in order to scan and play the song. Not everyone wants Spotify on their phones. They refuse to refund me as it's a custom gift. Do not waste your hard earned money on this company.

I ordered early December with the premise it takes 4-5 days to craft and another 5 days to ship. 17 business days later (I'm not counting the weekends)-- no Christmas gifts. I'm very disappointed. I'm sympathetic to these crazy times, but be honest with your customer. This isn't a USPS issue- the item hasn't even shipped yet. Just be honest.

This company first told me that my order was out of stock and if I didn't get back to them within 24 hrs that they were going to automatically change my order to something different. After I told them that I wanted the item that I initially ordered, they magically got a shipment in the next day and shipped it out. Then I receive a call from a lovely lady many states away saying that she received my order and when I finally got in touch with the company their solution was to simply ask the other customer to send it to me and offered me a $3 coupon. At this point, if I ever get the product I purchased at all, it won't be in time for Christmas. I understand mistakes happen but not taking responsibility for their mistake is poor business. Offering $3 dollars to spend at their company is a joke because I don't intend to spend money here ever again. I do not recommend purchasing from here. There are plenty more of reputable businesses that provide better service.

I received my photo charm today. And am more than happy with it. Really good quality and will be ordering again in the future. Only thing I wished is that I'd had engraving on the back of the photo. But can do that on my next one. Highly recommend this company

This company makes products offshore, the service is terrible. They make your product incorrect, and then they tell you that they wont fix anything for free, the only way you can get them to make what you ordered is to pay them 30% of the whole bill. They refuse to refund or fix their own manufacturing mistakes, the customer pays for their mistakes. This company is dodgy and should be avoided!

To arrive before Christmas needless to say that never happened! When you visit the companies website it advertises being based out of New York which is absolutely false... they are out of China. The customer service

I even at one time during this processed payed to expedite my shipping thinking it would still have a chance on getting this item before Christmas... the took my money only to be informed that it could not be expedited and told they would refund my shipping and have yet to receive that either... Contacted customer services offered to refund my postage £4.99 never mind the £45.00 I spent on a gift. I finally received my package! It's smaller than what I seen online but I've been waiting over a month so I guess it'll do! I ordered my necklaces and charm bracelets in April in enough time to receive it by Mother's Day. 1 set was for my daughter the other my mother in law. Well long story short my daughter got hers today and I had to ship my mother in laws today. We went to Florida for Mother's Day if my packages would have made it on time I could have took my mother in law her gift but instead I had to pay $30 to ship it to her. I was inconvenienced all the way around the board! I don't think I'll be ordering anything else from Soufeel! Customer service sucks! The shipping time frame is misleading! Sad part is they don't even care! They don't even try to make it right with you!

I placed an order on 11/24/2021 and my order has yet to arrive. Tried contacting customer service regarding matters, was sent a false tracking order and they stated I could not have a refund. These items were suppose to be Christmas gifts for my mother who just lost her father and my brother, and a gift for my wife who just lost her father as well. Very sentimental gifts, that I can now no longer gift them. Highly disappointed and upset. Save yourself the time and do not order from this website.
I purchased 4 personalized bracelets on 10/26/17. The website clearly states orders would be shipped within 3 business days.
As of 11/15, my items still have not been shipped. I have been emailing the company since 11/4 only to be advised that they are still working on it and that the orders are manually completed. All they are doing at this point is giving apologies.

When my order was apparently delivered to my residence and I never received it. Soufeel Jewelry customer service was helping me every step of the way. We kept in contact through email and they were quick at responding to my questions and concerns about my package. Its the best customer service I ever received when something goes wrong. It wasnt their fault about my stolen package but I felt like I received more help than the actual shipping company USPS. Which was amazing.

I haven't received my order yet, which is not my case. They charged my card a seperate amount from the $53.93 then another $0.45 without my permission. I emailed the company and got a response saying my bank charged me a fee because it is in another country, however I live in California and bought stuff as far as China and never has this been the case. I will not be giving them business don't bother buying anything from here their rip offs

I'm December 23rd 2018 I wrote a review on this company titled avoid. Since then I have had multiple contact with someone named Tracy from the company. After many back-and-forth emails Tracy informed me that they would send me a refund for the cost of my item and don't bother sending back the item as it was a customized watch and they had no use for it.
I'm happy to say that my refund was deposited into my bank yesterday January 5th 2019.
It appears let this company does have a soul after all and then in regards to ordering from them be very explicit on what it is you want and what it is they're giving you.

Ordered 4 personalised charms and they were all perfect. A couple of my pictures I used were a good year old but you can't tell at all really good quality. Definitely recommend and will be using again myself. :)

It's almost May and guess what? I still waiting for my package. Every day I track my order and still in the same location, it's disappointing because they have good products but you have to wait like months to receive them.

I love bracelet that's why I"ve been to a lot of website, and I found out that Soufeel's price is competitive. Quality is good, clasp is unique. Excellent customer service (Tracy). But make sure that you order the right size, because if not, you will end up paying the shipping fee for returning the item, and fee for the replacement.

DON'T ORDER: Ordered a personalized bracelet for my partner for Xmas. It arrived and looked great but the latch broke within days. They sent me a replacement. New latch is working at moment BUT now the coloring is coming off the name tags and looks shocking after 3 days of wearing. So can't really wear either and all they can offer is a refund of 25%. REALLY REALLY DISAPPOINTED!
