After receiving Customized items with upside down name on it. They were able to answer my email very quick and sending me new item as replacement! They also give me 10% off back from the order payment. Great service. Perfect quality! I recommend buying from soufeel.
Takes so long that you think you got scammed, just to get a subpar item that's comparable to Wish or temu. Yes it's cost is less then the real deal items but totally not worth the cost.
I've been shopping on Soufeel for about 2 years. I am totally satisfied. I have purchased charms, necklaces, sterling bracelets. I'm very happy with everything I've received. I have chatted with customer service through the website twice and always had good experiences with them. I recommend them to everyone.
3 weeks later, still waiting for my order. They will not respond to my requests for a refund, they sent an email stating they "have too many emails to respond" to me, and their "live chat" is currently unavailable. Convenient that they don't have a phone number listed anywhere.
This is my first time to purchase from Soufeel. At first I had my doubts and a little bit worried. But, I did get what I wanted and the little charms look so cute and they are sterling silver. I ask their customer service about the transaction progress and order status by alive chat and they reply me so fast. I would definitely recommend them to my best friends!
I love, love my soufeel bracelets. I ordered from the website 5 times. Never had a problem with delivery. My first three sets of order was ordered in November after thanksgiving and received it a least over a week. The other two orders were after Christmas and received at least 5-7 business days. All of the charms are beautiful. My friends thought I am wearing a pandora because the silver charms are really pretty... will order again..

I have been charged $117.oo out of my account and have been told the following verbatim:
Dear Kim, I'm sorry but your order is pending. I understand the your money has been withdrawn from your account, But we actually did not receive that so your order will be refunded soon. If you want it get your card sooner, I'm afraid that you need to contact your bank.
But if you want keep the order, I can help send a payment link. But please note that it will be late for Christmas.

Also in the payment they RECEIVED was a $19 or so payment for express shipping, so now if I get the order "after Christmas" I will have spent roughly $20.00 for NOTHING!
Prior to this happening they took out payments 3 times that I had to call my bank about. But I tried them again because some friends have ordered and have been happy.

Horrible experience, bought my product on black friday... I receive an email a couple of days later informing me that product is being prepared for shipping... 2 weeks go by no updates. When I reach out to their customer service, I'm fed a lot of bu$% cr@p that give them some time for shipping. 2 weeks mind you. Than 1 week after I'm told they lost my product. All this could have been avoided if they did their diligence before. Horrible experience I don't recommend anyone ordering from here. They don't care about their customers just their bottom line. AGAIN DON'T USE THEIR SERVICE.

After waiting 7 weeks and finally receiving our order, intended as a Christmas gift but it is now 1/29/2020, we finally received a plastic 8" ball of plastic ball that looks cheap and nothing like the photos on Soufeel's website. I would like to first point out that the photo of our dog appears the size of a thumbprint on the huge 8" plastic globe and the photo itself is eched sideways, vertical instead of horizontal. The message etched on the plastic is jagged, instead of having smooth lines. Soufeel's listing online is very deceitful. It says nothing about being made of cheap plastic under the details, nor do they show a picture of what the globe looks like unlit. Lastly, the stock photos on their website show beautiful images etched large taking up most of the globe. Not a tiny thumbprint photo. This personalized item should have never passed quality control. The first three photos are what we received, verses the last photo, which is what they advertised.

I placed an order a week before mothers day. At first Cherry was consistent with getting back to me. After the second time of being told that it didn't pass inspection, and 3 weeks from my order being placed, I was told I would get a 10% refund and she would speed up my order. Mind you, I paid 30$. 10% of that is 3$. I then checked the tracking and it said shipping 5/24. Day rolls around and still hasn't shipped. I contact Cherry, she said it yet again has not passed inspection. After requesting a refund several times, I have yet to hear a response. I am out of my money, and out of a gift that was a memorial gift for a lost family member. Heartbroken and disappointed. Do not recommend one bit..

I have been nothing but thrilled with the charms that I have received from Soufeel. All orders have been correct and complete. During the tough winter this year, one of my orders was about a week after promised. I contacted their customer service by email, received a response the next day, and they sent me another email the day my post office would be delivering the item. I have filled my bracelet and now buying charms as gifts.
I ordered 3 charms with good price and got it delivered in my home 9 days after purchase. I was very happy and excited to wear it! I am planning to order more of it. Please do keep up the good work consistently. Great job!

I ordered a charm December 2 for my granddaughter for Christmas. My credit card was charged but I never received the charm. I had ordered previously and everything went well. I have tried to get in touch with Soufeel to no avail. I am very disappointed. Will not recommend this company!
I ordered a customized necklace from here and the order was a little weird but they completed it no questions asked. Shipping was a little slow but nothing I noticed. Came in great quality and not very expensive at all. The necklace is absolutely perfect and even came with useful features I didn't know it had. Overall 10/10 would buy again.

I ordered a gift for my wife on 4/24/2020. It was supposedly shipped on 4/30/2020. Their website says 5 to 8 days for shipping. Today is 6/9/2020 and I still have not received my order. Customer service is not very helpful and is blaming everything on the COVID-19. I have ordered many things since then and had no problems. STAY AWAY!

What beautiful, adorable and original products, from the classic bangle or rope bracelet, to the unique charms with an added bit of "Je ne said quoi". This jewellery is simply exquisite, the attention to detail being second to non. Once you receive your order the little things like gift wrapping are exemplary. Here we are 13 business days later and it still hasn't left the warehouse! Disgusting false advertising about postage times!

DO NOT BUY! Appalling product with very poor quality. No level of customer service when you make contact with most communication ignored. No offer of replacement and when a refund is requested they don't respond. Items come out of China and delivery time frames are far beyond what they state even with express shipping paid for. Don't fall victim to their products and multiple business names ie photosocks.com and various other websites they operate. Will never buy from them again. Do your research and know what business names soufeel operate under as there are many. Once they take your payment it's a lost cause and not worth the headache. Shop elsewhere!

Literally the worst thing I've ever purchased. I wanted to get a 3D lamp for my mothers birthday, and it advertised a beautiful glass etching of whatever photo you provided. It took way longer than expected to get here, and when it did…. Awful. It's not glass, it's plexiglass, the etching looks like it was done by an eight year old. It's not even see through (hazy and scratched) and it doesn't even light up like it should, overall a horrible purchase. This 'company' should be ashamed of themselves. DON'T BUY FROM THEM, IT IS A SCAM!

I bought a spotify keychain for my boyfriend for his birthday. The photo is warped, it's made with the cheapest plastic and came with scratches all over it. You can barely see the text on it. The shipping was also dissatisfactory as they don't update their system. Very disappointed in this company. Don't bother wasting your money here.
