Takes so long that you think you got scammed, just to get a subpar item that's comparable to Wish or temu. Yes it's cost is less then the real deal items but totally not worth the cost.

I have ordered a picture necklace from Soufeel on may 5th. Today is June 2nd and I have not received it yet. On may 16th I was informed my item was being shipped to their facility in New Jersey from where it would be mailed by usps with an email with a tracking number to follow. I never heard from them again. Don't buy from them!

Ordered my sisters birthday present and it said 8-10 days haven't even received my ordered and it's nearly been a month. I have tried to get in contact but no one will reply and i haven't even received an email about my order since i ordered it. And the tracking won't work either

I ordered a Mother's day gift on April 29th. I expected it to be late,. As of June 6, no gift. I reached out quite a few times, 1st time they said they had no record of my order but they had my money. I sent a screen shot of the oder number. Reached out again, again and again
All I get is basically it's coming. Now i am requesting my money back and still have not received. I will be on every social media site informing them about this scam!

I purchased 2 different orders from them, one is for my sister for her birthday, while the other one is for me. Upon purchased of my order, I chatted and sent an email to their customer service, to please send me a white box, the packaging I've seen from some reviews is really nice and attractive. As a customer, that was the exact package I expected. I then finally got my package, it was just in a yellow thin paper, and my package was wrapped in bubble plastic thing. Instead of white box, I received a black one, totally broken, and damaged. I took picture of the package and sent it to them. They told me to place another order so they could send me a new box. I was so disappointed and frustrated. They want me to spend again after the 2 consecutive purchased I recently did. If you are thinking of buying from Soufeel, don't expect too much. You might just get dissappointed, just like my experienced.

Whatever you do, do not purchase from this company. They fail to honour their side of the contract and refuse to honour themselves.

All I can say is that you should use another websight/ company and pass Soufeel Jewelry by unless you want to waste/ lose your money.

This company is absolutely $#*! I've ordered the charm about a month ago and I haven't got the charm! They've sent me loads of emails saying I've sent the wrong address and I'm messaged them the right address and they've $#*!ing sent it to a bloody different address absolutely wast of time this company spent shipping fees twice and still haven't got it!

These are basically realistic priced Pandora pieces, haha! My wife found the site online, I mulled over what all to get her (bracelet with six charms, two of them personalized beautifully!), placed my order, goods were here within two weeks (picture personalization added time, naturally). Was able to take advantage of some sales, and a couple BOGO deals too. Can't say enough good things about Soufeel, I'll definitely be back to find more goodies for my wife! :D Cheers

Ordered the "customize your own" photo gift for father's day and literally got the item delivered except every photo was completely pixelated and I had to put it together myself with no instructions and one piece of frayed string. So annoyed I spent money here. Wont even bother trying to get a refund because customer service is nonexistant.

Charged me 4 times for my order all while giving me a credit card error on the site. I placed three different order (shipping different places) one order went through, the other said in processing, the third charged me 4 times after complaining they refunded all 4 never processing the order. Instead of refunding 3 and process. What a disaster. Never again

Placed order for a customized charm on 11/30 but never received a confirmation email for my order. No phone number to be found anywhere on their website and live chat hasn't been available for the past week. But I filled out form and finally received confirmation confirming the general shipping times — no specific tracking available though. It took 17 days from ordering to delivery. And sooooo disappointed with the result. The photo that I had carefully placed within the borders of the customizable space was cut off — basically making this item unusable since I wanted to give it away as a gift. I am too embarrassed about the low quality (not material but poor execution of personalizing the product). A total waste of time and money and I encourage everybody to think twice about ordering from this company.

I wasnt very sure about the company or the quality, but photos of your products were very tempting. I decided to order and see for myself as Christmas is round the corner and you have ideal gift options. For my surprise customer service couldnt of have been better and the product is as well of very good quality very well finished and presented.

Ordered on December 15th paid extra to have it by Christmas. It's the 27th, they have taken my money, my order is still processing, and I can't reach them to get any answers. Message says they will respond within 24 hours but still nothing. I've left multiple messages over the past several days.

I ordered a keychain for my son on 1/26/21 for bday/Valentine's gift. Still no keychain. I did receive the wallet cards. Late, but I actually got them. I have tried multiple times, multiple ways to get this resolved. Have not had a call back. The 1st email response seemed automated and wasn't any help at all. Then when I FINALLY got what seemed to be a non computer response instead of saying "we are sorry for our mistake MS. Martin, we will get that keychain right out to you" they are asking for pictures of the mailing envelope. I'm sorry, but I don't keep trash around my house for days. It is very frustrating.

Ordered two personalised charms, I'm very disappointied with both. My chosen photos looked great when displayed in the 'locket charm' on the screen but you must bear in mind that the size of the actual charm you receive is much, MUCH smaller and not all photographs will lend themselves to such miniaturization. A preview of the 'true' size would have been helpful. If buying as a gift I highly recommend that you give the recipient a strong magnifying glass as well - they'll definitely need one!

So as you can already see from reviews there not an honest company. 9 times out of 10 items never arrive. So instead of writing just an other bad review I want to suggest something instead.

If you have been scammed by them go onto there facebook page, there tictok page and there Instagram page and leave comments stating that they are scamming people. Also report there pages to the platforms to help get them removed and hopefully saving someone else from making the same mistake. It's pretty much the only thing to do to fight back against them.

This company should be ashamed of themselves! I placed an order and they gaureenteed shipment on their website. Then I get an email saying I have to pay almost another $14 to make sure its there by xmas even though they advertised it at one price. Now i get an email today and sorry all orders will be delivered after christmas. Are you kidding me? Out of all the presents this was the single most important gift! I'm so heartbroken! Not even an answer from the company and they blame DHL meanwhile DHL says that they aren't haven't delays! Never again!

I don't recommend you use this service until they fix the customer service. I was looking for a present to my boyfriend, and I liked the wallet with any picture I want option. When I clicked to place an order, I was notified that I will get a phone call "soon". I waited for a while, and the next day I placed another order. This time they called me right away. When I explained that I placed an order yesterday, they said they didn't see it. This customer manager that talked to me was really rude, so I decided not to place an order at all. I like the ideas they offer, but the customer service is something they need to deal with.

This has to be the worst scam ever. I ordered from here for the first time on April 15,2020. I still haven't received my package. I keep emailing them, and all they say is due to COVID 19, we have to be patient. The tracking number used to say my package is in California for weeks. When I check again, now it's not tracking anything.

I ordered my purchase November 30. I've received emails it's been shipped on Dec 10th. It's still not here on 12/21. Only communication is via email. Gave me a DHL tracking number that is non existent. They have until the 23rd, then I will contact my bank. They must be using pony express or turtles to make the delivery because if it left NJ on Dec 10th going to MA (it's a 3/4 hour drive) and 11 days later it's not here.

I ordered a charm with my dogs picture on it. I just received it today and it is beyond what I expected! The shipping took about 2 weeks, but it came from China, so that is to be expected. I love it, will be ordering more in the future!

I have ordered twice and also from them on Amazon. Never had a problem. Shipped after a couple of days with a tracking number. Takes a little over a week to get to me. I contacted support for help on ordering the correct size bracelets. They replied to me in about a day. I love my charms and bracelets. My dad is a retired jeweler and he really likes my bracelets.

After recieving my order it was clear the quality was not acceptable, the item was unusable, but the rubbish reasoning I kept getting from "customer support" was worse.

Avoid using this company at all costs there are better ones out there.

I ordered items on November 1,2014 and as of November 30th I do not have them. They promise 10-18 business day shipping, but they can't live up to their shipping guarantee. The e-mail on their site is invalid, no one answers the phone and returns calls and you can only reach someone on their online chat only during Asian Pacific time. I submitted several tickets for research through their online chat forum and no one gets back to me. Once they take your money they run. I finally got ahold of someone at 1a.m. Eastern standard time on chat and was told they would ship the items and send me a tracking number. This company loses orders and does not invest in Customer Service. This is the worst business experience I ever dealt with. Buyer Beware...
