Takes so long that you think you got scammed, just to get a subpar item that's comparable to Wish or temu. Yes it's cost is less then the real deal items but totally not worth the cost.

Spent $40 on the custom spotify nightlight. I waited nearly a month for it to arrive and the box was in horrible condition. When I opened it up to test it before giving it to my partner for christmas I realized the quality isnt nearly what is displayed on the website.

I receive my necklace timely and engraved pendant with my children's name came out beautiful.
This is my 2nd purchase. My only concern is the chain provided, it does change colors after awhile. Otherwise, I adore and love my purchase!

Tip for consumers:
Better quality in the chain which hold the charm. It turns after 6 months

I was very excited to order my loved ones gifts from Soufeel for Valentine's Day- unfortunately a month after I ordered tracking says my item has been returned to sender and I am getting the silent treatment from Soufeel. Save your money, choose something from a reputable company who will deliver your product.

This company has bad customer service! They dont want to return product that has broke and didnt look anything like the picture we wanted! Wanted to make a Christmas gift for my husband and didnt get the wallet and key chain till Feb. What the heck! Picture on the key chain fell out in two days! Drawing on the wallet was a complete fail! All I Want is to get my refund and said they will not do it. These people will ruin your gift! Please dont waste ur time and money here! They are a rip off! I wish I could put negitve 5 stars for them. Same on you soufeel!

I ordered a necklace from this company and two months later i have not received my item, they refuse to give me a refund and they continue to delete comments on their socials that cal them out on the scam that they are. Do NOT order from them. Only contact i have had with customer service has been condescending, rude, and unprofessional. I have never negatively reviewed a product before because i like to give these companies the benefit of the doubt, but i got tired of not only me getting screwed over but COUNTLESS others i have seen having the same issues as me.

Tip for consumers:
do not order. no matter what. save your money and take your business elsewhere.

i ordered a custom locket and not only did the production date keep getting pushed back but i never even RECEIVED the product after it had “shipped”

I wish I would have checked your reviews before placing my order. Your service sucks. My item never arrived although you promised 3 day shipping it is now Christmas and I have yet to hear from you! THE WORST!

Ordered a product in February for my boyfriend to give him for Valentine's Day... 75 days later and still no product. Emailed themMultiple times and they told me they are just so busy! After it finally was finished stated it would take 5-8 days for delivery... here I am 14 days later and still can't even track my order. Wouldn't never ever order for them again. Don't waste your time or money. Also can't add a picture of my order cause i still don't have the product.

I ordered my custom photo charm on April 26th 2016 and I received it 17 days later. I was told the order would take 3 to 5 days to process and the shipping would be 0 to 4 days to get to me. Those were exactly their words. It should have been to me in time for a Mother's Day present and it was not. It didn't show up till the following weekend. With that amount of delay in shipping in all likelihood it was done in China and sent here. They also told me that the customs paperwork would say that this was made out of copper so that there would be less tax for them on the package. And I found no markings on the charm that said it was sterling silver like it was advertised.
The little charm also was much much smaller then was measured or that appeared in the ad. It is teeny tiny probably smaller than your pinky fingernail. I will never order from them again and I don't like false advertising like this.

Mimi, such as the heart personalized photo charm, which is 10.5 mm high, 11.5 mm wide, the hole is 4.8 mm wide, and the picture is 8-9 mm wide, 100% 925 sterling silver with 925 marked on the products. Because it is a handmade item, generally speaking it will take us 3-5 days to make it, and then handed over to quality control department. If it does not pass the quality process, it should be sent back to production, to be remade. We hope to send customers quality products, sometimes which may prolong the processing time in re-making the product. My review is similar to Allisun L. I found Soufeel site on FB & immediately ordered a charm for me & my daughter. We lost our family dog a couple of months ago after having him for over 13 years. I normally check reviews before I place an online order. But the charm looked so cute & I was so excited. I placed the order on 12/18. My hope was to get it before Christmas but was completely prepared not to because I waited until last minute to order. Then I got really nervous because I read the reviews on this site. Wow! So my expectations weren't really high. I received it today... we absolutely LOVE it. It's perfect! The charm is solid. The picture turned out great. Pleasantly surprised!

I ordered a locket for my mom for Mother's Day. I ordered it at the end of April, and it was supposed to get here the day before Mother's Day. They didn't even ship it until the 9th of May. Since then I have tried contacting them to find out where it is, and nobody can tell me anything. I don't even want the thing anymore. I disputed it with my bank, because I don't feel like waiting anymore. I was promised it would be here by today, and yet, still nothing. Stay away from this company. I would rate it zero stars if I could.

Don't bother with your cut and paste response, Soufeel. I don't want to hear it, and I'm not contacting anyone just to have "Tracy" tell me it's been shipped. I'm just done. Don't order from this company. I wish I had checked reviews before I ordered. Would have saved a lot of time, and I could have gotten my mom something else for Mother's day. Thanks for ruining it.

Tip for consumers:
Don't shop on this site. You probably won't get the item you ordered, but even if you do, it's not going to be what you're expecting. Save yourself the trouble and just go to Walmart. The quality is probably the same, but you'll at least receive it.

So far I have made two purchases and I have received one. I received a bracelet with several charms and they are absolutely beautiful! The quality and detail is superb! They far exceeded my expectations and the pictures online do not do them Justice! One of my daughters has a Pandora bracelet and I think that mine is just as beautiful if not more beautiful than hers! I also had an experience with customer service today. One of the stopper beads that I received in my first order was missing the rubber piece on the inside which enables the bead 2 not move on the bracelet so I noticed that the live chat was available and I spoke to someone on live chat and he was so helpful and is sending out a replacement for me today! I cannot recommend this company enough for their attention to detail and their customer service not to mention the prices are incredibly good for the quality that you are getting!

This company lied to me saying they sent out the package and I was waiting for the package for over a month, so I emailed them to see where my package was and they gave me a tracking number, so I look where my package was and it said package is still waiting to be receive! They didn't even sent out the package, They said it was sent out? Really! Should have tried Ordering from Wish at least I know it will be here in a month. Horrible Company

I ordered from the site what I thought was a diamond painting, I then realised straight after paying that I had ordered a oil painting I emailed the same day to ask for my order to be amended and waited days for a reply. I was told to pay the extra for the item which I did that day. It is now 12 days since my order and it still says processing!
I have really run out of patience now, and have today asked for a refund. I wonder how long it will take to answer me this time! I would not recommend, the Customer Service is non existent!

I ordered an item Dec 2 for a Christmas gift for my wife. It's Jan 3 and I still have not received my purchased item and getting a real person on the phone is impossible. This is the first review I have ever posted. I am that upset and disgusted with this company. I will never use this company again and from all the other reviews I have read about soufeel I am confused how they are still in business. I cannot say enough about how much soufeel is the worst and I am trying to keep it civil. I implore everyone not to purchase any items from soufeel as they are the worst and I mean the worst company.

Other than everyone else around here, my item arrived really fast and the quality is amazing. I'm a Pandora fan, and I was so worried about the quality when I ordered my bracelet, and now I'm so happy I gave them a shot. Amazing quality in half the price :)

I ordered a charm for my mother in law. It did take more then 25 days to get to me and I had to email the company 3 times but the charm got to me and my mother in law loves it. Will definitely order again for the price and quality.

I ordered a custom gift from Soufeel Jewelry back in November. Never heard about it again. I emailed them to let them know I had a few different emails but I can't find a confirm email in any of them and I needed help locating my order. They couldn't find my order right away and then I sent them the paypal transaction. No response. Did a paypal dispute. Wow, got a response and a tracking number right away. But it doesn't have a time estimate. He told me we can send it as long as I cancel the paypal dispute. No way, buddy! I just told them to cancel it.The CS agent was trying to be nice about it, but I have a bad feeling like I would not get it in time. I didn't like that I had to go through paypal to get a faster response.

I purchased a Keychain for Valentine's Day. And it was so beautiful maybe a month later my fiance showed me it was peeling and took it off his key chain. I asked to send a replacement I could just seal it myself or refund it. They offered me 5% on my next purchase. It didn't even last a month and customer service said I misused it and they wouldn't help me.

I couldn't be any happier with my purchase I have received the photo and the message on the moon. Is ABSOLUTELY amazing. Bought this as a gift for my Nans birthday.

I ordered a gift for my boyfriend, it's been about a month still haven't received it. And I was changed immediately, but never received a confirmation email.
