Takes so long that you think you got scammed, just to get a subpar item that's comparable to Wish or temu. Yes it's cost is less then the real deal items but totally not worth the cost.

Good luck trying customer support, I don't think they have one, ive called many times and get the same prerecording, im into a month now and no product and no way get ahold them, and good luck trying to track it,

I put 2 items in on 4th Feb. 1 arrived, but im stil waiting for the next 1. It's now 11th March 2021. I emailed and was told it's on its way. I don't think they even started the order, wen they got it. Fuming, needed the items for 2nd March. Won't be using this site again

I placed an order on November 28th. It is now December 18th. My order has yet to ship. When I sent them an email regarding my order, I received an automated response saying they will get back to me. They still have not.

Bought a Mother's Day gift back in April with Expedited shipping with a promise to arrive for Mother's Day it is now June 15 and JUST arrived today. Comes in a small bag of just a photo that is significantly creased and folded because it was rolled up and stuck in a small bag. Not anything like what I ordered and I would say do not buy guys it ruined my wife's mood to see this was the gift she got. Was suppose to be an oil painting and got nothing advertised thanks for the waste of time and my money

I ordered a picture puzzle on May 1st for my mother, I understood it would be alittle late, but it is now July 1st and it still havent been recieved. I have reached out to customer support 3 times and have been told it was in customs, that I hasnt yet been sent but it will ship soon and to check my tracking number that hasnt changed at all.

I don't normally leave negative reviews but this company deserves it. I ordered April 30th expecting a package on or near Mother's Day. Paid for expedited shipping which is 5-8 business days in addition to the 3-5 days of processing. On May 7th they told me my package had been shipped after weeks of waiting, reaching out to their support email(with NO response), calling their number (with NO response) I refuted the charge on my card on May 30 and accepted the fact I was never getting the package. Then on JUNE 11 the package arrived at my door way past their promise date and in a mediocre condition and they had the audacity to ask me to reverse the refute on JUNE 18 although it happened over 2 weeks ago. Terrible company DO NOT order anything here.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I ordered 2 charms that were suppose to get here in "2-3 business day" Never got them! They don't even want to give me my money back! It's better to pay more for other charms but Atleast you'll be save and they will be guaranteed!

Ordered beginning off March ready for mother's day and complained about my order yesterday about the fact the tracking information has been at the same area for three days and not been updated for a week and the day after complaining about them on trust pilot my tracking information is now unavailable and it's now saying unknown number, wrote too them on Facebook and contacted them you don't get no where nobody can tell you where your order is but just like that they can cancel your order by looks off it cuz now my tracking information is unknown, wish I had looked on Facebook first at the reviews on all there posts about peoples items not turning up

I ordered a necklace for my girlfriend whose birthday was on 20th of February from soufeel.com a month ago and still hasn't gotten my item yet. I tried to contact them countless times by submitting a ticket and writing an email. When they finally replied to me they said they are going to ship my order on 22nd of February. Today is 26th and the website says it is still processing my order. My girlfriend's birthday is way past and they still haven't shipped my order. I think this is a scam website.

I ordered a necklace from soufeel December 20,2017. Here it is January 6th, 2017 and yet still have not recieved the necklace which was ordered to be a Christmas gift. I am highly disappointed. I contacted the customer services plenty of times and they keep giving me the run around. Also I wouldn't have ordered from soufeel had I known it was a China based company even though it claims to be US based. My order says shipped and the usps hasn't even recieved my package. Just avoid purchasing from this company, THEY ARE RIP OFFS!

I ordered a custom charm with a picture in it and it is so damn small you can barely see the picture i was so disappointed! On the site it shows the charm nice and clear where you can see the picture and when i got it in the mail you can barely see it SMH total disapointment. I do not recommend this site for charms at all! Stick to the pandora original ones and save ur $

Ordered a bracelet for a Christmas present, and was quoted on the website that it would be here in plenty of time. When I queried 4 days later if it had shipped yet I was told that it hadn't gone into production yet (Despite having paid for VIP service promising it would be made with priority)
I asked to cancel the order and was charged 30% "restock" charge. Not sure why this was given that it hadnt gone into production yet but was given no choice.
I wouldnt reccomend using this company - really slow and charge for things that are unnecessary...

I placed my order on December 4th, and was told 3-5 business days... it is now CHRISTMAS EVE and I am without a gift! This is terrible service and I will not be ordering from this website ever again! Sucks that so many people will be out a gift this Christmas because of a poor organized company.

I waited 3 months to receive my item. 3 months! No one ever told me that my item was only waiting for redelivery fee to be paid again simply because the address I meant to send it to was incomplete. I gave them a heads up that there was a delivery exception and to be expecting it and to please resend it. Their excuse? They had not yet received it when I first told them it was coming back. What followed next was a poor apology and a promise that it would never happen again andthen asked/expected to repay for shipping. I've never had this happen to me before and will not risk ordering from them again. The sad part is that this item was an anniversary gift. "Year Two" was an inscription, clearly the thought behind the gift is ruined.

Very disappointed in this tiny, thin namplate necklace. I did not expext my nameplate to be less than an inch wide. I also did not expect for my unfavorable review to remain unpublished. The product reviews show 5 stars from 135 reviews; my 2 stars were not posted. I would not recommend buying from this site. The description lacked transparency on the small size of the product, and the company lacks transparency in what all of their customers think about their overpriced, underwhelming products.

I ordered myself, my daughter, and my best friend matching personlized bamboo watches for christmas 2018 and it has not arrived. I ordered it on the 15th of December and the status stayed on processing until Christmas Eve. My family just opened up gifts and my daughter did not have her watch to open. I exchange gifts tomorrow at church with my best friend and I don't have her gift. I want to cry. I feel so bad that I chose to have the items before Christmas and this company really messed up my daughter's christmas. I depended on this company to bring my daughter joy with my gift. I was so excited my Christmas was ruined.

I ordered a necklace with my fiancé's name on it, i have not received a confirmation email. I keep looking at the tracking process but it has said processing since i have ordered it. I cant seem to find an email to get ahold of them. I feel like i've waisted $30. Highly annoyed

Ordered a Christmas gift for my sister. I was so excited because I knew she would love it. It was ordered three weeks ago and it still has not arrrived. I was told it would arrive by the 19th. First I was told DHL would deliver it. Then I was told it was delivered. It was not. Then I was was told it had not shipped and should arrive before Christmas. I was then told that it would be delivered by regular mail. I wonder now if this business is running some sort of illegal scam where I should contact the authorities. Perhaps the good reviews are false. At any rate, I will make sure this company does not get any more business for me or the numerous individuals I work with. Buyer beware!

I ordered very special, personalized gifts for 2 of my best friends for Christmas. SOUFEEL says they have shipped but the tracking number they gave me is NOT FOUND in their own tracking system! After reading reviews here I see this is happening to almost everyone. I will be reporting this as a scam to my credit card company. I'm SO SAD I now have no gifts for my very best friends!

Sent a picture of my puppy which was professionally taken. And picture is dark on charm. They told me must be the picture. Picture has the water mark and signiture in the corner of the professional photographer. Definitely not the picture smh

Wouldn't usually be one to post reviews but I have to say that Soufeel Jewelry are easily the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is appalling and the fact that no customer service phone number is provided on their website should have been a sign for me to steer clear but I said I would give them a chance. After 15 e-mails (with customer service in two different continents), I am still left with no help, unsatisfied and regretting my order and no compensation for the mistakes that they made regarding my order. What I find particularly ridiculous, is the fact that I STILL haven't received any confirmation of purchase even though I ordered 10 working days ago and the money was taken from my account on the 29th. Also, my order now won't be dispatched until after the 15th of February even though my order was made and money taken before the deadline for shipping. Absolutely terrible, avoid them if you would like some decent service.
