After receiving Customized items with upside down name on it. They were able to answer my email very quick and sending me new item as replacement! They also give me 10% off back from the order payment. Great service. Perfect quality! I recommend buying from soufeel.
Takes so long that you think you got scammed, just to get a subpar item that's comparable to Wish or temu. Yes it's cost is less then the real deal items but totally not worth the cost.
I got 2 heart charms bracelet for me, 2 for my sister and one necklace to my mom. I used my bracelets twice in a week and the color started FADING. My moms necklace started oxidizing. I'm so ashemed of sending the bracelets as a gift to my sister now. Because I see the quality is pretty bad. I sent them an email, nobody replied. I called, they don't anwer. Horrible experience

I've been trying to contact any of your staff over email, haven't heard back it's been a week, i can't track my package because it says my email isn't registered even thought you guys send the confirmation letter and order number TO MY EMAIL. I ordered two photo charms, when they came one was very dark i could not make the picture out, i wrote a email to customer service, this was answered by bonnie, she was very helpfull i explained what had happened( it was acually my fault i had sent a dark photo without realising), i was offered 40% off the price which i recieved was told i could keep the charm, i ordered another charm with a different photo, arrived yesterday and could not be happier with it, delivery may be a little slow but worth the wait

I ordered two necklaces April 3rd for an anniversary present April 22nd. It is now the 19th and I emailed the company asking about the necklaces. Their response was to check my mailbox. I told them it has not arrived and they said I have to follow up with USPS. How is this acceptable? I have cameras on my front porch and mailbox and would know if it was delivered and stolen. I still have not received it and they are not much help. Steer away.

I'll make this simple. Ordered moon light Dec 3rd... no response accept credit card charge. Dec 12th email that says they will now expedite. I am in Maryland. December 16th item shipped to California shipping center. I email and get no responses to get item by XMAS. Dec 24th item shipped to New Jersey. Today is 12/27 and it states still in New Jersey. December 3rd order still not here and no responses to my emails. Absolutely horrible. Will not use this site again

Just like most others on here, I am very disappointed. I was so excited when I saw the add on Facebook for this gorgeous, personalized jewelry. I ordered $200 worth on 11/30/2015, and my credit card was charged that very same day. I never received an email confirmation, and when I entered my email address to attempt to get a status of my order, it said "email not recognized." There is not a phone number to contact customer service, and their on-line chat doesn't work. I sent an email, but I have only received an automated response. I can understand that personalized jewelry may take a little longer, but the fact that there is no communication is concerning. The items I ordered were supposed to be Christmas gifts, and I am afraid that my order will not arrive in time…. If it even arrives at all. If I don't hear from them within the 48 hours that their automated email indicates, I will be disputing my credit card charge. Such a shame; these were going to be the gifts I was most excited about giving.
Tip for consumers:
I was finally able to get in touch with someone today through chat. She promised my order would be here by Christmas. If it is, I will update again to advise if the wait was worth it

After reading many reviews and my personal experience I would never recommend this to anyone. They having many shipping issues just continue reading reviews. They messed up my shipping label and this was meant as 2 christmas presents for my sister and fiance. I never recieved a shipping confermation and when i finally could track the package it was to late and already being sent back to the warehouse. You cant contact the customer service via phone they only take messages. I finally got an email from someone only for them to say here is the tracking info however they never took the time to read that it was being sent back to them. I asked for a refund but they wont call or return my emails. Absolutly terrible company. Please save your time and money. The charms look great but what good is that if you never recieve them.
