After receiving Customized items with upside down name on it. They were able to answer my email very quick and sending me new item as replacement! They also give me 10% off back from the order payment. Great service. Perfect quality! I recommend buying from soufeel.
Takes so long that you think you got scammed, just to get a subpar item that's comparable to Wish or temu. Yes it's cost is less then the real deal items but totally not worth the cost.
I wasn't sure what to expect ordering from this company, as there are mixed reviews on every site. However, I was pleasantly surprised.
I ordered a keychain last week (about 9 days ago) and it arrived today. I purchased standard shipping, which should have had the item here in 8-11 business days… it's only been 6, and the product even ended up coming before my boyfriend's birthday (which is amazing as it was intended to be his gift and I didn't think it would come on time).
Customer service was also very helpful, they sent the wrong link to track my package at first, but it wasn't a big deal because replied to my email promptly with the correct tracking site and code so I could find my package.
The quality of the keychain seems pretty good, one thing I would mention is that the exposure on the picture seems to be quite high, but it doesn't affect the look too much (that's my only reason for 4 stars instead of 5). Only time will tell the long-term quality of this item, but for now I am very happy with my product and with the service from this site.

I ordered a photo charm on March 7th and never received a conformation of my order I have submitted 2 tickets and the only answer I got was their automated response. After reading reviews I understand I haven't waited as long as some other people but If you are concerned about placing an order with an unknown company and like receipts or order conformations and customer service that you can contact THIS IS NOT THE COMPANY FOR YOU. Honestly I don't even care if my photo charm is wonderful or terrible because the crappy customer service has put a rain cloud over this whole experience.
Ulike everybody around here, I have had a good experience with Soufeel. Some of the girls roughly speak English, but I got along just well with e-mail tickets. I bought a bangle, which was very nice, apart that it is a bit hard to open, and a couple of charms with beads and one memorable charm. After a few days while my order was still processing, I asked on their facebook page why is it not shipped yet. I got a fast response on facebook and in my e-mail inbox, that there was a problem with high demand of memorable charms (for Valentine's) and that they will send my order via DHL for free. One week later, my order arrived, while I was able to follow it with tracking number provided. 4 stars for customer service (2 for online, 5 for facebook, 5 for e-mail). 5 stars for delivery time, estimate was spot on. 4.5 stars for quality, no beads fell off (after two months of day by day wearing, I have a charm completely out of beads, all are in place). Memorable charm had a bit of glue overflowing, but it is easy to remove.
I love my whole order but one of the charm had stones in it that fell out. I chatted the Soufeel and they made me whole again without making excuses or making me jump through fire hoops.

The only reason I am taking the time out to write this review is they have TERRIBLE customer relation skills. I am also a business owner myself. I paid for EXTRA shipping to get my package delivered in the required time. They told me I would get a refund and NOW won't hold up to THEIR commitment. Not to mention I PAID extra and the package was STILL 4+ days late for the reason for the order. They could have easily erased this from ever happening, they choose not to so I will not be ordering from again. A person is only as good as their word!

The concept is good l spent $65 on a phot locket necklace, so excieted to get it in the mail, the photo quaility is very poor in contrast to what they show on their website. Its like l printed it on normal paper with my cheap home colour printer. Dissapointed. The photos they show on the website are crisp, sharp and amazing, my phot was taken with a relayable camera too.

I wish I had visited this site before I ordered anything from Soufeel, I would never deal with them again. On the 2nd December I ordered an engraved silver bangle for my granddaughter's birth which is in February so delivery wasn't a problem although it arrive well before Xmas. I had asked for 7 words to be engraved but it arrived with the last one missing. I emailed them immediately but they say there is nothing they can do as I didn't
Include the last word on my order. The words were "she believed she could, so she did". Obviously it makes no sense with the "did" missing so the only option I have is to try and get it engraved locally. When I ordered the bangle I checked the words I had asked for 2 or three times, to make sure and I know I didn't make a mistake, but on the order confirmation which was emailed there was no mention of them. This did worry me slightly but the reviews (on their web site) were good so I wasn't too concerned. Please, if ordering from this company, do a print screen after entering the words you have asked to be engraved and then you will at least have proof of what you have asked for.

**UPDATE** I have to give Soufeel credit. I was able to live chat with a representative and they apologized for not being able to fulfill the order in the time they committed to. They agreed to waive the shipping fee and refunded one of the two items I ordered (a $25 value). They did tell me it could take 2-4 weeks for the refund to show on my credit card, so we'll see if that actually processes, but overall, it made me feel a lot better about the company. Upgraded them to a 3 star review and will update to a 4 star review pending confirmation of the credit I'm supposed to receive.
As so many others have stated, I paid $19.99 when I placed my order for a photo charm & necklace to guarantee delivery in time for Christmas. It took 9 days before I even had a tracking number. It's now 12/23/16 and it had not arrived, so I decided to call DHL Express directly, which is the shipping company they are using. When I spoke with their customer service department, I was told they were never contacted by Soufeel to pick the order up that was supposedly in China instead of being shipped from California like I was originally led to believe when I placed my order online. You can only send them an email or do online chat with them to resolve the issue, so I've sent an email to try to get this figured out, but it appears I won't get the gifts I'd ordered for my wife in time for Christmas, which has left me as a very disappointed customer, especially when I paid extra to guarantee my order would be delivered in time for Christmas.

After waiting almost 2 months for my package it did not only arrive late, but broken. So after all this frustration it got even worst when they told me that they wont give me my money back and that if i wanted to send it back i NEEDED TO PAY THE MAIL FEES. It is a company of scammers that fake most of the reviews online and just send items to influencers to clean a bit their image. So now im left with a horrible product that is damaged, 50 euros less and alot of frustration. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY.

I have many Pandora charms and I own 3 Pandora bangles. I saw an ad for Soufeel and was interested so I watched Youtube videos comparing their product to Pandora. I checked their site out and really loved their cute charms, especially the photo ones. I have 5 large dogs and 3 cats, a husband, and 20 year old daughter, so I wanted those. My neighbor's father passed away suddenly at a young age and I ordered her a leather bracelet with a photo charm of her and her father, which she loved. I also ordered one for her sister in Oklahoma. They were very touched and wear them every day. The quality is awesome... Since, I have ordered a bracelet and charm for my sister, bracelets and charms for myself, and a photo charm with my boy dog, Buddy Lee Gordon. I plan on ordering many more charms... I especially love charms of aquatic life/beach/ocean and I have quite a few of those from Soufeel. They are so adorable, especially the octopus with the pearl! I have nothing but awesome things to say about the quality! You do have to wait a few weeks to get your items through the free standard shipping but it's worth it. With the tracking, the items are sent to the business contact in New Jersey and from there, sent to individual addresses within the states. That is what the "Delivery made to Zhang" and signed for in New Jersey by DHL is about... Give Soufeel a try. They give you free items with your purchases and have a point system where you can get money off your total purchase price.
I order on August 2nd for my first order... and it finally shipped on August 11th right? And now it's freaking August 23rd and my shippment hasn't moved... I purchased another order and paid for faster shopping to test if it would even arrive earlier and nothing has changed. I bet you they didn't even "ship" it at all.

Read the personalized items take longer so I knew it wouldnt be here in time but it was ok since I was seeing her after mother's day. Paid the ridiculous fast shipping fee hoping it would be here in enough time to take with me to give to her. Week and Half Later... STILL PROCESSING!
I contacted them and they said it will take 2-3 days to prepare and 8 Business day to ship... IN ADDITION TO THE 10 DAYS I'VE BEEN WAITING!

I was looking for a website that sold personalized products for a decent price and I found a review online that recommended Soufeel and I had a look at the website and it had soo many amazing products. I was really skeptical because I read more reviews and some were good and some were really bad. I realized it would be a huge risk but the products were so amazing it was definitely worth it. I filled my cart with so many items and I was eligible for free fast shipping which was great because I needed everything in time for Christmas. I was nervous to purchase so I contacted customer support and let them know about my worries. Rosa was very helpful and she upgraded my shipping to DHL expedited so I was very happy about that. She helped me along the whole way with my order. The items didn't ship out on time but they still came before Christmas. Near the end there I was worried because only one thing shipped out and I thought they completely didn't do the other items so I contacted customer support and I did not get a reply right away, so I was freaking out. But eventually I got a message back and they told me the items were not completed yet so after a few more days they were ready and shipped out. Over all, I am super satisfied with the items except for one (beanie hat). But everything else was incredible and they were totally worth the wait. The recipients loved their gifts and I will definitely be ordering from Soufeel again and recommending it to everyone. Personalized gifts are definitely the best. Huge hit this year for Christmas, Soufeel, get ready for my enormous Valentine's Day order!

I ordered this product on January 30th thinking it would get here in time for Valentine's. Then I recieved a email that no product being shipped out until February 17th. Fine ok well here it is the 18th and it says my product is still being processed almost 3 weeks later! But then says should have shipped on February 11th so shouldn't it be done already and just be waiting to be shipped on the 17th like the email says! I've tried to contact them all I get is the same email saying they weren't shipping anything from January 30th til February 17th. Yes I already know that. Why can't I talk to a human.
