I ordered an ENGRAVED PICTURE ON A WALLET of my late Father n law for my husband for Father's Day from this garbage SOUFEEL COMPANY. I also had it engraved w a saying from the kids on the back of the wallet. When I received the wallet 2 weeks after Father's Day it was just a stupid pic that was just glued on and the engrave of the words in the back... well of course after contacting them they were no help of course and said that how I ordered it, I NEVER WOULDVE ORDERIT LIKE THAT AS IT LOOKS CHEESY and THERE ARE NO refunds... THIS PLACE IS IN CHINA WHICH I WASNT AWARE OF OR I NEVER WOULDVE BOUGHT THIS... they had the audacity to then say they would offer me the engraved wallet for more money I paid 45.00 plus vip priority I ordered this 2 weeks before Father's Day mind you... THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF AND GARBAGE QUALITY AND BUYER BEWARE THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY...

I had issues with delivery which when contacting them was made clear that was my problem and not there's.
They do not give a damn about consumer rights and customer care.
I did - eventually - receive my order only because I went to the couriers local depot and collected it. Unfortunately gifts were as disappointing as the service.
I ordered a photo frame having provided a high quality photo and the picture I received looked like it was painted in a nursery - the quality was shocking. The photo image looked like it was painted and smeared.
The other gift was a charm which was a much better image bizzarely but the engraved writing required a magnifying glass to read - just pay the extra to Pandora and get the real thing and a longer retention of your hair line!

Placed an order on january 15 (it was a valentines gift for my hubby) and the delivery time mentioned 5-7 days.
Today its March 3rd and still nothing.
I contacted their customer service, and the lady was very rude, they didnt helped me or could tell me when I would receive my items and mentioned, if I wanted a refund, they would only return 70% of my money.

Worst company with horrible customer service. I ordered a product over 40 days ago, added insurance as well as opted for Express shipping which promised delivery within 10 days. It's been 42 days, the shipping company they utilize doesn't seem legitimate (non existent email nor customer service) and Soufeel's customer service doesn't want to reimburse me although I payed for insurance and express shipping. Don't waste your money, bought 3 projection bracelet. Projection doesn't work, too small to look through, to small to shine a torch through, looks cheap, it's an embarrassment to give as a gift. Customers service is not helpful, won't refund as they are custom. They remove negative reviews from their Facebook so they know that their product substandard. I ordered a photo bracelet for a friend whose mother passed away. I received it the bracelet was nice but I am not able to see the picture at all. How do I give this to someone when they can't even view the picture. I have emailed and did chat support and have not received any help. They did say personalized items are not returnable BUT the product was not as described so please refund my money.

This company is an absolute scam. I ordered a product and still hadn't received it two weeks after it was supposed to have been delivered. I contacted customer service numerous times and all I got were automated emails and copy-and-paste responses max I asked direct questions about the tracking number and shipping company and was ignored. I asked for the situation to be escalated and was ignored. I reached out via their website and was twice told a manager would call me and I never heard anything either time. The products ship from China and the best I've been able to ascertain is that they use some shady Chinese company to get the products to America and then use USPS once the product clears customs but their shady Chinese delivery company doesn't have a functioning website and it seems like most packages get flagged by customs. It wouldn't be a big deal if they provided more accurate shipping estimates or responded to questions but they don't.

Where to start. Typically when you buy something from a vendor if there was an issue with your order they will work with you to make it right.
In this case, I miscalculated on the sizing, and when asked if I can return the incorrect size for a refund as I'd already purchased the correct size, I was told I'd assume responsibility for shipping the item back.
Not to the US Hub, but to the original factory in China. This would have been well over $100 worth of shipping to get a $40 refund.
So instead I'll be keeping both bracelets and just reselling the one that is too small at a loss.
Additionally we are already starting to notice tarnishing on the "sterling silver" charms.
Overall poor experience, with a long wait time between initial order and actual delivery.
The one thing I can say was positive is that the charms are universal, so I can buy from any other reputable online shop and they will still fit those bracelets or additional charms.

I ordered 3 personalized bracelets to give as late, after X-mas gifts, I placed the order on 1-20-18 and today is 4-13-18. I have sent numerous emails, phone messages. Nothing has resulted in a response from Soufeel. Be careful in ordering from this company, I am a highly unsatisfied customer. It unacceptable that you can not contact someone and more than 3 months have gone by with no response and no products in hand! Money down the drain! Big Scam!

Product look nothing like the picture we provided. Contacted customer support to see if we could exchange or have the watch altered in any way and there reply was that some photos dont turn out well. Wow. Would be nice if they sent out a proof to approve before charging that kind of money and not stand behind their product.

I accidentally ordered an item and straight away messaged to request cancellation and that it doesn't go into production and requested a refund. Then I got an automatic reply that someone will be in touch 24-48 hours. Fair enough at this point. Then 9 days later someone replies saying is in production and now would cost 30% restocking fee. I have contested this and said please can it be refunded about 5 times now, still no answer.
Avoid it this company, if they can't even be bothered to reply for basic customer service, then that shows how much they value you.

I ordered a Valentines gift on February 2,2022. It is now February 21 and my order hasn't even been shipped yet, it is still under "processing." I was told by someone from their support group that the item takes 5 to 7 business days to make and 9 to 12 business days to get to me after shipped. If my calculations are correct I will receive my order over a month after I paid for it. Customer service representative's have a way of being nice but only to buy more time. They seem to be very comprehending but it's just so they can buy more time and calm you down. It is a China Based company so I fear that I am waiting all this time and my items will be crap! I should have done my research on them before purchasing, totally my fault. Hope this helps people stay away.

The quality is not great. I was very disappointed in my order from them. I sent them a. HD picture for the plaque, but it looks super grainy on it. Also they made it out like it was glass or thick plastic, but it is super thin and could easily break if I tried.
I bought two of these. One for my best friend and one for my husband. Waste of money. Do NOT buy from them. I wish i had looked into them more before spending so much. Especially since I don't think they will refund me by what I have since heard.

I was dubious after reading some of the reviews on there page, But they answered all my emails and my photo charm arrived 3 weeks after ordering. Make sure you order within plenty of time (bearing in mind they are coming from China). I will be using them again xx
The calendar's position is not the best. The image looks good but it arrived today and was already lacking a portion of the layer on top. Overall, expected a better quality for the price paid, nevertheless I don't feel scammed since I ended up receiving something, but I am indeed disappointed and will surely rethink where to buy my next gift.

They do not listen to their customer at all. The cast blame on their sub par products on the clientele and act as if we will just accept such poor customer service. My charm is the same. The picture is so small and so dark that you can't even see it. I am really disappointed with it. Not to mention that even though they advertise delivery in 2 to 5 business days it took 13 days from the time ordered. I was never able to reach them by phone and no one returned my phone calls when I left voice messages. I would no recommend this company. I was going to order several more picture charms but I will not order now.
