After receiving Customized items with upside down name on it. They were able to answer my email very quick and sending me new item as replacement! They also give me 10% off back from the order payment. Great service. Perfect quality! I recommend buying from soufeel.
Takes so long that you think you got scammed, just to get a subpar item that's comparable to Wish or temu. Yes it's cost is less then the real deal items but totally not worth the cost.
This is the first time to order from this company. I ordered them after Thanksgiving. I started to read some of the reviews and started to get a little nervous. Seemed the only issue what delivery times. I sent an email to the company asking if they knew when it would be delivered? I received a response within 30 min. Explaining in detail where is was and the tracking number and how to use there web site to track it. After that I received emails on where the package was and when it was delivered. Yes I got it 12/17 and I am VERY happy with the product. The pictures look great. The quality is perfect. The packaging it seems varies. I would tell anyone to use this company for your pandora charms. I heard they are opening a warehouse in the US. Delivery would be easier. I can't wait to order more.

Remember it will take about 3 weeks. The pictures are going to be small they are charms , my girls love the pic. Maybe not wait until a week before Christmas.
This was the first time I had ordered from Soufeel and although initially there was a problem, it was dealt with quickly. The communication was of a high standard and in the end they could not do enough to put the problem right and I am delighted with the photo charm of my Son who passed away. I shall certainly be ordering from them again
Order beach towel and received a hand towel. Can't give that to a 14 year old for Christmas. Very angry! Talked to online chat, after I told her my problem, she said I had to pay $2 for them to see it, a load of rubbish!

I enjoy shopping from Soufeel. I have found the customer service reps are quite helpful. My returns were handled in a timely manner. I definitely think the merchandise is well worth the money. With very few exceptions I have received my cute charms within three weeks or evern sooner. I just heard they have US warehouse for US customers, hope my next order will come from US warehouse directly!
I placed an order january the 30 and on february 18 havent even finished processing when they said they have a 5 to 7 days processing order time and after that they want me to wait 8 days for shipping just a disrespect wont order nothing never from this placed rather pay the price for pandora
I purchased a leather bracelet with several charms as a memory bracelet for a memento of my dog who recently died. The quality of the leather bracelet is fabulous and the photos were spot on. I had never heard of Soufeel and found them through a search. I had no idea about their products and I am so thrilled to have found them. Quality, amazing customer service top notch and lots of products to choose from. I highly recommend this company. I know I'll be using them again.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! This company sucks. I placed the 3 orders over $200 products more than 3 weeks ago. But I didn't receive anything. I filed multiple complain and never got an answer! There is no phone number either! What kinda company can do a business without a phone numbers! Worst customer service! Worst company ever!
I ordered twice from this website, took ages for the goods to arrive, like i was staying in some unknown island near bermuda triangle. And while i am submitting this review, i'm still waiting for the order, which i placed on 22 April 2015, to arrive. Wanted to get a gift for mum for mothers day on 10th May, but obviously it didn't make it. Hopefully they could make it for next year's.

I ordered a photo necklace for a friend who has lost his mother. I also paid for the expedited shipping. It's been a week and my item has not shipped, I got an email saying that it would be delayed until Jan 19th until more are in stock. I am furious! What do you mean? In the email they asked if I wanted a refund if the necklace. NO! I want what I ordered, or a refund of everything I spent on the product and shipping! I ordered on 12/4/2020. The items I ordered (75$) worth, hadn't been processed even by 12/25/2020 so. I tried to get a refund because the items were meant to be gifts. Ingot a general response that I'd be charged 30 percent due to the items being processed, although they were not processed. Now my items "shipped" but that was weeks ago and it shows that they are still being shipped.

Placed an order for Mother's Day and after opening a dispute with Paypal, finally received on July 2nd. When we received the order the products were very low quality and not worth the money spent or the hassle. The customer service is very poor and the company only makes excuses and does not attempt to resolve. Avoid this seller and go with other vendors such as Personalized Creations.

This company is horrible. Don't even waste your money. Donate it to charity, you'll feel better that you gave someone who needs it something good because this company doesn't deliver. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They just run you in circles, blame you for their wrong doing, promise you it will BE OKAY. Like what is that? How will it be okay that I've waited a month for my item and it's not even shipped yet. Seriously? You'll be okay after I get my money back from my bank. This company is the worst. I ordered my charm last week and received it today. Not only did I get an email & cell phone text message to let me know that my delivery was in transit, but I also got an email & text confirming when it had been delivered! I'm happy to say that it looks exactly the way I envisioned and I love it!

I saw the Soufeel posts on FB and was impressed and attracted to the charms and meaning. I requested from my husband to buy one for me. Of course the first question will be: is the website legit? I said yes. We choose charms, one which means us as husband and wife, a swarovski birthstone for me and last is a daughter charm cause we have a daughter. After few days of placing an order, I have read lots od customer feedbacks, and I felt the worry and panic because most customers do not receive their order on time, some thinks Soufeel is a scam. I sent FB message everyday, did online chat to them and I was fortunate that they assisted me all the way. I received my order within the 7-10 day period. It was then I felt relaxed. Thank you for being true to your word.
I ordered two dozen pairs of slides from Soufeel and, while they aren't the best, they are certainly good enough. Here are a few key points.
1. Many of my friends say they're uncomfortable. I wouldn't say they are uncomfortable but there's certainly no cushy bottom.
2. They are really silly. Everyone loves the picture I added to the slides.
3. The shoe sizes are a bit off and the picture you want it might be a bit off the frame so err on the side of adding more picture than less.
All around I'd say their business is a great idea with a mediocre follow through.
Tip for consumers:
If you’re going to add a picture to something, don’t make it fit the frame perfectly. Some might get cut off.

I am a huge fan of Soufeels customer service team as well as their product. After receiving several photo charm bracelets as gifts I decided to purchase two on my own. There was an issue with the photos not turning out as I had hoped BUT Tracy@ Soufeel was on top of it and corrected the problem all while providing excellent customer service (which is hard to come by these days). I will continue to make purchases from Soufeel in the future!

Order did take longer than I expected. It was a personalized item with a photo, plus website said they were updating order system so with that & it being a personalized item, expected that it would take a little extra time but not that much. Other than that, so far, I'm happy with the product I received. The customer service agent that helped me was great. I was able to use the online chat & she even gave me her email address & kept me posted on the progress of the order. Will probably place another order in the future & if it's not a personalized item, hoping it will arrive sooner.

My purchase was made on 12 Feb 2021. When you are at the end of the purchase they give the option of paying an extra charge and have your product being delivered earlier (which one I chose). Take a look at how was my Order status:

And I only received my product on 11 Mar 2021 by FedEx (which was also a stressful experience due to the lack of updating in their system).
The quality of the product is really good. However, it is worth the attention of their customer service, your plans if it's a gift to someone, and also paying an expensive value to receive a product on a certain date and actually receive this after almost a month.
I had sent an email to them asking about the expensive rate that I paid (and didn't have the product at that time), but no answer so far.
