2 times in the YEARS I've been buying storage units, I have left stuff. 1st time I had an emergency out of state. My mother past away and the other time I got very I'll. They suspended my account indefinitely! I have spent alot of money buying these storages and have gotten alot of garbage but, I never complained about that! Life happens sometimes and considering all the storages I have bought and CLEANED OUT I think it was wrong for them to do that. They act like I committed a crime
I was bidding on an auction and when the time expired I was the high bidder. Suddenly the time jumped back to over 2 hours with me being outbid. After talking with them they said that they were having problems with updating payment information so management decided to extend the time to make it fair for all bidders. FAIR FOR ALL BIDDERS?! What about the ones you just stole auctions from after time had expired.
Allow private people to put trashy unit on auction won one of those unit happen that I know the person who was Auction that unit this guy sell used stuff at traders village on Houston Tx this particular unit was full of his leftovers I won the auction for $ 360.00
When I meet this guy after I recognized him
He offers me that unit for $200.00 of curse I refuse to get the unit!
Immediately I call storage treasures and explain what happens and ask for a refund on my credit card for the winning buyers fees
And the person who's got my call refuse to help me and denied my request for a refund
I am very dissatisfied and unhappy they ruining my all day.

Bad website to buy units the supervisors from the locations go inside the units and steal the good items and leave you the trash specially public storege storege treasures won't help you but they will cancel ur privileges to buy...
I have been buying storage for over 20 years yes I got some great ones made lots of money but now I am telling y'all it is all about storage making money they r being stage more then people knows all storage treasure ion knowing they r being stage don't care it is against the law to stage a suction but the higher it goes as well as u know the more storage treasures make so the money is way important them they care about ripping off their customers this needs to stop believe the customers ehen they say they got rip off by staging it is a hole new ballgame ripping people off is sad

The company storage treasures makes it seem like your getting a fair deal until you purchase larger or more expensive units over $100 then you discover they have added extra money to their pockets you didn't know about. The bidding system is rigged and unfair because its free and unregulated to make as many accounts as you want and you can fake your name, its impossible to tell whether they themselves are pad bidding to get higher money for themselves. What started out seeming good is a huge rip-off for example you bid $10 on A UNIT ironically nobody else shows interest or bids till the last few seconds making it seem fake, and $10 is all of a sudden 100 and off the $100 they bill your "on file credit card" an extra $18 is taken, then they charge you tax and storage facility fees in addition what was $120 is now $155 and they do this tactic on every unit. It definitely feels like they purposely let you win a few to trick you into bigger purchases that are outrageous in fees. Leaving you no choice but to ignore the units you won and lose the ability to use that same email but dont worry another new free one can be made in seconds to cheat the bidding system with no way to prove its not the facility itself out bidding you which it likely is or storage treasures themselves so they can take a non refundable 20% off your credit card. What feels to good to be true is and it feels like fraud to me an experienced site user
I place a bid on one of the units and next day there was showing that i m biding on 2 units. Call customer service asking to remove the 2nd unit that i didnt bid and i didnt even see it before. The representative said he cant help because i already place my bid and the only one way if some one over bid me. I asked for manager, manager wasnt available at this moment. Once again, I did not bid on this unit, how ever it showed on my account. It can be a website problem or some one using my account. And if it is, i did not get any help from customer service.
Customer service is terrible. Only read from a scripted sheet... You can bid and even win or maybe drive down to the facility to only hear that you actually didnt win and they canceled the auction at the last second. Typical scamming business. Ive been doin this for too long and the online game is a SCAM. Whats worse is the platform ST allows this... WHAT A WASTE OF TIME. Oh and they will charge your card eventually refunding you.
I had the worst experience buying a storage unit in Wildomar, CA. Pictures showed a storage unit pretty full with lots of antiques. I won the unit for $330. It was a private seller Synergy-Private Seller. We get there to pay and the lady Brigdette, Thomas's daughter was very rude. Her first words to me were "A: you owe me money". How rude! And then she goes to tell me that everything in the unit isn't in the auction, only what you see in the front! What a rip off! They are complete liars! I will never purchase from synergy ever again! We canceled and were able to get our money back since Storage Treasures said they weren't allowed to do that. Don't ever buy from Synergy! They will rip you off! They have a horrible reputation! Everyone else who bought from the same storage facility that was from synergy had the same problem! Do not waste your time! Pictures are the displayed auction pictures we bid on.
