First, I would like to acknowledge every time I've email Stylewe, I've received a fairly quick response. Though I don't always agree with the outcome such as receiving only 20% on a purchase so you don't have to return an item. I personally think I should at least receive 40%. I don't know the cost of shipping overseas. I also think the shipping is pretty pricy from the start compared to other companies. Since I love your clothing, they are stylish and made with quality material, I pay the expensive shipping.
StyleWe website uses beautiful, stylish models to promote very fashionable clothing. Mostly reasonable price. Unfortunately, they don't actually carry normal sizes for the majority of clothing items available for sale. So far, I'm 1 for 6 getting a desired item delivered. Have two orders sitting in the netherworld of being paid and being communicated that the 3 -week delivery notice actually means "Pre-Sale" and once they receive the item, it will be another 3 weeks. In the meantime, they have my $$ via credit card for months. Three other items are available in sizes like XXL. For S or M its an "Arrival Notice" customer relationship scheme, which never comes - after 12 months, 6 months and 4 months respectively - all the while StyleWe continues to show these items on my account and in targeted advertising to my browsers. Very bizarre. I can't imagine nor have I ever seen a credible fashion brand manage their website and sales inventory in this manner.
I loved the clothes until I bought a pair of jeans and the waist was too big. So I followed the instructions to return it and I was suppose to get a label or response in a couple days. That did not happen. So I chatted with a rep and he offered me 20% off the pants or I could return them. Well, they don't fit right so of course I want to return them. He never sent me a label. I had 5 things in the cart which I will not buy now because I'm not buying anything from a company who makes promises and then switiches.

Love the clothes when they finally arrived. Customer service was very helpful and informative. I hated how long things took to arrive I'm use to a true 7 days and ordered clothing accordingly for two events and they came too late and never got outfits together. Have beautiful shirts but never the bottoms. Not sure if I will order again unless I am not counting on the arrival for any events.

Looking for something new
I bought a shirt for my sister to wear to graduation. We measure it and choose the size according to the size chart. I usually don't like to order clothes online because I prefer to try them on before buying, but they fit her perfectly and were of good quality. She is excited to use it. When I had a question, I received an answer that same day with all the information I needed. Would definitely buy here again!

I had by mistake ordered a red colour dress, when in fact I wanted the black version of the same. I was unhappy about acting, out of excitement, in such haste. Although I was more than sure that once the product has been released, I would not be able to do much about stalling it, yet to put my haunting soul to rest, I contacted their customer service. And I was amazed to find such quick and responsive actions from the other end. It was like magic! So in the end, here I am, finally holding my amazing black long sleeves dress and writing this review of thank you.
Great website! I have ordered only 5 times so far. Clothes, obviously, when cheap, don't have high expectations for quality. However, the clothes in this boutique are really good. Especially when it's on sale.
Comfortable, trendy and breathable, make it a stylish outing choice. The stretchy, mid-weight leggings which i bought from stylewe are the new generation, flawless pants for exercising, yoga or running for all seasons. It is become one of my favorite item. Thanks for Stylewe.
After some trepidation, I took the plunge and ordered two items from Stylewe, they arrived within 2 weeks, and both items were really well made and unique design. I will now be placing further orders with them in due course, I already have over $300.00 worth of items saved to my list with them, and will work my way through this list, also their customer service is nice!
I am pleasantly surprised. The clothes look just like in the catalog. I was expecting clothing that were lesser quality and that's why I only purchased two items, but WOW, they are genuinely nice. They run a little on bigger, so I recommend ordering the next size down.

The worst customer service. I complained about a dress that has been processing over 15 days and the customer service person canceled my order, said "You said it has been too long and you cannot wait so I just canceled," I said i did not want to cancel it, i wanted you to expedite the order and they said "well, it has already cancelled" and stopped responding. Everytime, they do the same, They just stop answering your messages. Very very bad customer service! How in the world can you cancel someone's order on your own?

In general, I am quite cautious when buying clothes online, so I have a strict vetting process and avoid anything that seems unofficial. This boutique was a bit iffy at first, but I made a small initial purchase and as long as you read the brand's reviews or ratings, you can't go wrong! The pants I bought are beautiful, and shipping takes the normal time in these cases.
They have taken payment for an item I have not received after already more than two months. After numerous emails they offered a refund because they could not deliver in a reasonable time frame but I'm still waiting for the refund after also chasing this. Coincidentally now my credit card number has been used fraudulently by an Uber user. With their lack of delivery and response to my request for refund I'm not sure Stylewe can be trusted to be legitimate.

Recently, I was lucky enough to find this website to buy clothes online. I was going to ask some quick questions about sizing, but soon I had a lot more general questions, customer service responded with kindness and patience. Thank you very much, the order arrived on time and in perfect condition.
I have been shopping here for about a year and never had a problem with them. Their customer service staff also promptly responds to any concerns you may have regarding requests I have placed. The clothes are definitely beautiful, well designed and very cute!
Apparently this is where to come when you want a refund and return address. I ordered 2 dresses one xxl and one xl that was supposed to have a 44" bust. Neither of the dresses fit. I normally wear a size 12, I am 5' 4" and weigh 148 lbs with 40" bust measurement. Unless you are a size 6 don't bother with this site. The xxl would be equivalent to a 4-6 US size. The eye-candy is very tempting but save yourself the hassle;( Here is an Update... After posting this review I received immediate response from customer service. I returned package to an address in the states and my refund was issued within 2 days. So all in all the experience was pretty carefree I think due to this site. Thanks SiteJabber!

The jacket I ordered, although lovely, did not fit quite right through the shoulders. It was bad enough that my husband noticed, and thought it looked uncomfortable. So I started the return process. OMG. At least 5 hoops to jump through via documentation, and you do have to pay for the return shipping.
I will never order anything from this company again.

I received a refund from StyleWe after filing a case with Paypal. I think they should make it clear on their website that things are being shipped from China and processing takes time. If they were honest about their business model, it would feel more comfortable to me.

It is very hard to find unique and stylish clothing as beautiful as what is offered by the designers of Stylewe, unfortunately the sizing is unbelievably small. The return process is an absolute nightmare- just when I thought I was never going to see my $774.96 again, I managed to break through the automated email returns, holiday delays, the missing Return/Exchange button, and the unacceptable number of steps to actually return a product (including take photographs of the package, etc). I did finally get my refund. Unfortunately, this company is not prepared to do business in the USA.

The rest two teams had no order confirmation or shipment information. Now I am concerned that rest of $129 will be missing wondering if this even is a legitimate business? Why can they make delivery experience easier? Why I ordered 3 but only received one?

I ordered a few items from StyleWe. A couple of dresses were too small so I returned them. A month later i still had not got my money back. They logged me out of my StyleWe app to where I could no longer be able to track my returns. When I messaged them, they told me they never received the items until I threatened to report the case then my money was back in my account the following day and yes, i did have my postal tracking number. Be careful when ordering here. Also, and I'm not kidding, I received 1 item from this order in March when I had ordered in November. Be safe out there. Quality is average.
