First, I would like to acknowledge every time I've email Stylewe, I've received a fairly quick response. Though I don't always agree with the outcome such as receiving only 20% on a purchase so you don't have to return an item. I personally think I should at least receive 40%. I don't know the cost of shipping overseas. I also think the shipping is pretty pricy from the start compared to other companies. Since I love your clothing, they are stylish and made with quality material, I pay the expensive shipping.

StyleWe website uses beautiful, stylish models to promote very fashionable clothing. Mostly reasonable price. Unfortunately, they don't actually carry normal sizes for the majority of clothing items available for sale. So far, I'm 1 for 6 getting a desired item delivered. Have two orders sitting in the netherworld of being paid and being communicated that the 3 -week delivery notice actually means "Pre-Sale" and once they receive the item, it will be another 3 weeks. In the meantime, they have my $$ via credit card for months. Three other items are available in sizes like XXL. For S or M its an "Arrival Notice" customer relationship scheme, which never comes - after 12 months, 6 months and 4 months respectively - all the while StyleWe continues to show these items on my account and in targeted advertising to my browsers. Very bizarre. I can't imagine nor have I ever seen a credible fashion brand manage their website and sales inventory in this manner.

I have asked this website four times and have never been disappointed. They send out emails often with offers, so when they do, I take advantage of that! Always read the reviews on the item you want to order.

I bought 4 items from them and 2 dresses did not fit properly. Within a couple days of my receiving the items, I submitted a request to return 2 out of 4 items. I got the automated email telling me someone will respond within 48 hours. After not hearing from Stylewe, I sent another email. Still no response. This is the first and absolutely last time I'm ordering from them. Be warned! Reviewers who gave 5 stars for their responsive "customer service" must be fake!

You may see the message below I wrote when I started to purchase clothes from Stylewe, but I can say they provide a great service now. The service representatives are very nice, and the return process is faster than I expect. I visit this website almost everyday, and have purchased and kept more than 20 pieces, and enjoy wear them. Even though sometimes them sent me wrong items during their busy season, they can take it well. I have strongly recommended the Stylewe to my friends.

I have requested three times for cancelling my order which has not shipped out yet. Their auto-reply email says that they will get back to me within 24 hours. Now it has more than 24 hours, I have not got any responses from them.

After I left the above message, they immediately processed my request. I'd like to say that they are getting better and better. So I'd like to change the overall rating from 2 to 4 stars. This is added on. 2-5-2016

I also ordered a long elegant cardigan sweater.
SPU:11YCA9F178B. Too long on deliveries. Your clothing site does not sell other clothing tops worn with pants shown. And measurements are off. You use petite measurements for shoulders and neck and Waistlines. Sizes 12, 14, 16 and 18 vary with each garment. Please increase neck and shoulder measurements by four inches for regular sizes. Indicate petite sizes so people do not waist money.

My Aunt suggested Stylewe, and I logged into their online store only as a matter of formality cause never heard of any such site. But as a matter of fact, I was just astonished, when I saw the casual asymmetrical, folds, 100% polyester, and mid-weight and slightly stretchy solid black midi skirt. It was no doubt an incredible experience. I had the dress delivered by the 4th day of my purchase. Superb service! Will buy more from Stylewe.

Size was off. Trying to send them messages; how to return. There is no response for last three days. Shipment took long time as was expected. Coming from China, sat at the customs for several days. What I don't understand is that how come responding to my question via email is taking so long. However, it was my first experience, which was not good. I am a bit disappointed with there customer service.

This is my first time shopping here, I can only say that I am absolutely excited to try my new blouses. The items are made with incredible first-class quality, which is what really makes a customer want to come back and buy again. On top of that, the customer service was phenomenal. They treat you with loyalty and commitment and I love that. I am already on my way to make another order and I am looking forward to the next birthday of all my friends and family because I can't wait to buy them in this boutique too. It really is worth your money here.

Everything I ordered os high quality and beautiful. Sadly, it is designed for a asian body not a western one with breasts or hips. They did contact me after I asked for return and said I can wither ship back... to China! Or I can take a store credit ( trying to decide why I would do that since nothing will fit. The 2 dresses I ordered were XL which say they will fit size 14 but really are a 4-6.

Got my item, did not match the description and is too small. The returning process takes too long, and the customer service representatives keep giving those 20% refund offers. After I read the reviews, I am wondering, maybe I should accept it and have at least $20 back, instead of paying for return shipping and not getting anything at the end?
Has anybody had a positive experience with the returns?

This online boutique made my return process so quick and easy. A couple of items didn't work for me and I was offered a refund from the store. I sent him an email. I would prefer a refund for the card I paid with, and it was very efficient in solving my concern. I love the quality and style of everything I've ordered here, and I'll definitely be ordering more now that I know customer service is very quick to resolve issues when they arise. Thank you!

This is a great place to shop for fashion clothes, I love how they offer so much variety in what they sell. I can always find something I like and want and so far I have been satisfied with most (if not all) of the items I have purchased. Reviews left by other customers also help decide whether or not I should get something! Overall, a good website to buy.

The website is easy to navigate and I found what I wanted cheaper than any other internet provider. I read some bad reviews after the purchase and worried needlessly. I guess people come to complain instead of recounting their good experiences. Communication is not as frequent as some vendors. But who wants to receive spam with every step in the delivery process? The item arrives safe and fast. Very happy.

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order for over $100 over 30 days and the order still shows processing. I received 3 emails stating my dresses are sold out and if want a substitute. After making 3 substitution I still have not received any product. When I tried to chat with customer service the agent / robot responds with generic answers and never addresses the issue. This website is scam...do not waste your time and money. Now I have dispute the transaction with my credit card company to get my money back and all I wanted were a few dresses...
RIDICULOUS

For the prices they charge you would assume that their sizing would be close to accurate. After sizing up two sizes I still received a dress far too small.
Yes, they will accept returns and refund but only if you pay for the return shipping. Despite photos their Customer Service claim it's my fault and I'm responsible for the shipping costs.
I've learnt my lesson, never again.

Tip for consumers:
I have no idea on what planet a size L doesn't even come close enough to fit a US size 6

Kindly please be noticed that Some of our items run one size smaller, so it will be better to choose bigger size. Every time when you click the size "S, M, L"etc,it will show the corresponding detailed measurements for the specific size. Then you can check. You need to refer to the item Product Details to see the exact measurements first and choose the corresponding size (S, M, L, etc). The size guide is just a reference for all the items, which is not as accurate as the information of product details.

My cute little sister is quite fashion freak, and she usually does her shopping from Stylewe. She took me to this store, and I found this Floral-print Apricot Stand Collar Short Sleeve Midi Dress so lovely and classy. I was skeptical about its quality since it appeared very special on the catalog. But, I was wrong. There was no difference between the real product and the catalog pics. Shopping is a happy experience with Stylewe.

Compared to other companies from China this one is pretty good. For the most part they have good quality clothes, not exceptional fabrics, but you get what you pay for, but overall good. You really have to make sure you read description of clothes really well, because trying to return an item will only bring you grief, so make sure to read size chart and check what material your item is made of. I have been satisfied with most items, but not all. If you order an item on pre sale it takes a very long time to come, so keep that in mind.

The items that were delivered were as expected and I was pleased, the quality is very nice. However on the previous order one of the items was not delivered so I cancelled it. It has happened again that one of the items is missing and marked as processing. I would like to know why this has happened twice, and why it was not delivered with the other items.

I would prefer to talk to a live person, but the person online was professional, but she was talking to others while dealing with my issue, I could tell by the length of time between answers.

I have not had to return anything, as it has all fit as expected. Received my 4th purchase from them about a week after ordering. Recommended to a fellow employee and she loves her purchase as well, and the tracking with the shipping company DHL puts FedEx and UPS to shame. Beautiful and well made designer clothing at rock bottom prices. I love this.
It seems as if the general consensus seems to be going this way, so perhaps they are working to fix whatever issues they may have previously had? Whatever, I love their stuff and will not hesitate to recommend.

I bought here 3 to 4 times and the clothes they gave me have been of the best quality and in good condition. There was only one time a shirt came in one size smaller, but other than that, everything is fine. Delivery is also smooth. Delivery time and processing may take a bit depending on quarantine, but I'd say it's worth the wait.

I too ordered a dress and it did not work out, returned it and have yet to receive my money back. Ignore is the customer service. I followed all their instructions, it's been weeks. Nothing. Would like to find a way to take them to the better business bureau. When I went out to their website and they opened a chat, as soon as I mentioned my return, they never came back

Dear Sue, after you have returned, we are wating for the return tracking number or a copy of the return receipt which you just sent to us 2 days ago, and we started to process your refund immediately, but turned out you have opened dispute on this charge, so the payment got frozen, could you pls colse the dispute on the charge and let's us refund to you on our side? Otherwise we have to let's PayPal to deal with this dipute for us, in that case, refund maybe a little delay.

I love wearing, black A-line plain long sleeve midi dress which comes beaded and knit process works in wool blend fabric. It entirely falls below my knee, and the stretchy part makes me feel comfortable while wearing. The dress looks fabulous than in the online catalog

I ordered a dress that was supposed to be 95% cotton. If this dress is 95% cotton, I'll eat it. It's made of some sleazy polyester fabric. Their site says returns are easy, as long as the tags are still on, with original packaging, etc. This is not the case. Having to return this dress has required endless back and forth emails with these people, who ask me to send them a picture of the dress. Why? You have my order number, you know what dress I'm trying to return. You need a picture of your own inventory? Just send me the information and let me send it back. No, they won't let me.

I'm always reluctant to order clothes online, especially from a company like this, because it's rarely as depicted. I've learned my lesson. As soon as I FINALLY am able to return this garment, I am avoiding this company like the plague and I will make sure every friend I have who has "liked" their page on Facebook, knows to stay away. From now on, I'm sticking to reputable companies.
