First, I would like to acknowledge every time I've email Stylewe, I've received a fairly quick response. Though I don't always agree with the outcome such as receiving only 20% on a purchase so you don't have to return an item. I personally think I should at least receive 40%. I don't know the cost of shipping overseas. I also think the shipping is pretty pricy from the start compared to other companies. Since I love your clothing, they are stylish and made with quality material, I pay the expensive shipping.

StyleWe website uses beautiful, stylish models to promote very fashionable clothing. Mostly reasonable price. Unfortunately, they don't actually carry normal sizes for the majority of clothing items available for sale. So far, I'm 1 for 6 getting a desired item delivered. Have two orders sitting in the netherworld of being paid and being communicated that the 3 -week delivery notice actually means "Pre-Sale" and once they receive the item, it will be another 3 weeks. In the meantime, they have my $$ via credit card for months. Three other items are available in sizes like XXL. For S or M its an "Arrival Notice" customer relationship scheme, which never comes - after 12 months, 6 months and 4 months respectively - all the while StyleWe continues to show these items on my account and in targeted advertising to my browsers. Very bizarre. I can't imagine nor have I ever seen a credible fashion brand manage their website and sales inventory in this manner.

Fabulous! I ordered 2 blazers. Perfect dimensioning. Quality fabric. I LOVED the personal thank you card (handwritten!) And a free shipping card was included as a bonus.
Everything arrived in a few business days.
I will definitely buy from this boutique again.
(THANKS for making bigger sizes. I appreciate it)

When I tried to contact customer service using the link they provide, they solved my question completely. Because I purchased some items but after seeing all the negative reviews about sizing being small I wanted to change to a larger size.

Honestly, StyleWe has quickly become one of my favorite catalogs. It has a wonderful catalog selection with different things to suit everyone's fashion needs and desires. The shipment is also arrived fast. I love that my shipment is packed nicely because it has come a long way, even though it's not fragile but I'm more happy to see a good packaging.

This is the second time I've ordered from this company and have been very dissatisfied both times. This time, I was not aware I had to return the items within 30 days. My fault - I realize. So all I can do is to try to save someone else the hassle of of going through this. They are a totally second rate company selling inferior products. So sad this is allowed to go on.

All positive for this online boutique. I have had great service, excellent items and collections. All of them are as similar in quality as in price. I would dare to say that I love this website and will be placing an order soon. I have shopped multiple times and have always had zero problems. The company offers excellent value for money and offers very friendly and flexible customer service. Highly recommended.

StyleWe is a scam, I ordered a dress 4 years ago, which the quality was very low, so I returned it, they didn't accept to refund me on original payment method, and gave me a store credit. I really didn't like anything from their website, till today, I needed a dress and I just wanted to use that store credit.
When I went to payment method, I realized I cannot see the store credit to use it, I again contacted them, now they said you could use that store credit just for a year!
I've never heard sth like that, and it's very unacceptable.
Don't waste your money and shop online on real websites, there are plenty out there with good customer service and good quality of clothes.

UPDATED: I reached out to them again to get my refund, and here is their answer:

This order was placed in 2017 which is 4 years ago.
And the store credit was sent to your account 4 years ago as well, it has expired, we won't deal with this issue anymore.

I should of course have read the reviews before I purchased from this site. The clothes are very small. I did love one of the items but the other is of atrocious quality and shape.
I followed the return instructions on the website and was informed that they had been submitted and I would hear back in 24 hours.
Well, I have heard absolutely nothing.
Very frustrated.

I order a prom dress for the graduation day. I felt a bit worried at first since It costed me over $100. But when i received the package after 10 days, I thought it was not a bad idea. The dress fits me well in terms of the design and size. Since i never wanted to return it, i have no problem with the return policy. Anyway, nice try

StyleWe has been so incredible and superb! I keep wondering why it took me this long to come across this superb online shopping store. High quality dress, great customer service, fast delivery and affordable pricing all these are what you stand to enjoy. Upon placing an order, I got a dress but a bit oversized. Contacted customer service and they assured redelivering the perfect size in just two days. Surprisingly, I got the dress just as promised. Doing business with StyleWe has been more than just a pleasant experience. Id highly recommend StyleWe for those looking for quality dress for any occasion.

This swimsuit is nothing fancy but it does its job beautifully. The fit is great for me and its stays in place. I have been using it for quite some time now and it hasn't lost its elasticity. I sue it for swimming laps a couple of times a week. It is easy to get into it due to the basic back straps, unlike racer back suits. Very nice!

Looked at the size specs carefully, ordered a sweater, it arrived 3 weeks after it was promised, it was too big, the return process was cumbersome, they promised me a refund, and through poor communication the issue dragged on for another month-it really is a headache that they don't have a way to contact them except through e-mail.

I normally use this online boutique to shop for clothes, I have found that the variety of clothes on offer there is something for everyone. I have bought several pairs of shoes and boots, clothing, accessories, various types of jewelry (just be sure to check the size). Christmas this year was great, I found something for everyone. I found that after ordering and purchasing the items, most are packed and shipped shortly thereafter. Contacting me by email is not a problem, excellent.

So, I ordered a dress, which was not cheap, and boxed it up for my wife at Christmas. She opened the box on Christmas Day, I picked up the dress and held it for her to see, and she immediately said, no, thats just not right for me. I had mis-judged whether she would like it. So, I personally take the dress, Box it up and send it back. I did not ask for a refund, just store credit. My wife never tried the dress on, or really even held it. When I inquired about my store credit, heres what they said: we cannot give you a refund because your dress has a strong smell of perfume. How insulting. Its insulting to my intelligence. Cant they come up with a better reason for such a scheme? I boxed it. And I dont wear cologne. It absolutely had no strong smell of anything! Do yourself a favor, and stay away from these people. These kinds of things are the way they make their money. I suppose they will do anything they can to save on shipping costs, either to and from China.

At StyleWe, I bought two Sleek dresses at a very fair price for my wife last month. I thought the quality won't be any better than the prices on the store but, I was wrong. When I got my order, it was exactly as the slogan on their store, "Designers at your fingertips." StyleWe is one of the best stores to buy eye-catchy, unique designer products and brands at lower prices. I love their styles. I love the colors I saw, the fabrics and the delivery time too; it is good.

I admit I was skeptical after reading negative reviews. But I also realized that as a consumer, I bare respobsibility. It was obvious StyleWe employs a variety of designers. That being said, I am generally a size 6 bottom, 10 top, but I know that this will not be the case in every store I purchase from. So Before I purchased a dress, I read the size charts. Designers varied on what constitutes a medium vs s large. Each dress I received was fairly accurate. One designer I especially liked quality and cut, and others, not so much (as with any store). Just take your time, read sizing carefully and you'll be fine.

Boyfriend-puchased a dress for me. It's beautiful but I need a larger size. He has sent multiple emails over a couple of weeks to StyleWe customer service and has received no response. Their pieces may be lovely, but don't buy from StyleWe because, if you have an issue, you'll never hear from them again. They'll take your money and run. Be careful who you purchase from. We made a mistake by trusting StyleWe.

*UPDATE*
After about a Month, and sending a second email requesting the status of the return request, StyleWe customer service finally replied with instructions. I requested an exchange for a larger size. They ere much faster in sending out the replacement once they received my return than they were in responding to the initial return request. I have not yet received the replacement (it was only sent out about week ago) and don't expect it for a while.

Tip for consumers:
If your size is at the higher end of the range, e.g: 0-2 (M according to their site) Buy the next size larger and have it slightly tailored down.

I bought 4 dresses online. Surprisingly, everything was delivered in less than 1 week. The dresses were true to size and looked exactly like on the pic. I ended up keeping only 2. I returned the other 2. You have to pay for return shipping. I shipped via USPS, the dresses got delivered in 2 business days and I got my money back in 2 days. I did NOT have any issues or problems with this company. I am a happy customer :)

I ordered a black handkerchief dress, and the item received was a MUCH cheaper and defective version of the item pictured. I believe this company takes pictures from other designers and websites and then makes cheap copies. The dress I bought was sewn crooked down the zipper and had no hem at all at the bottom. It was just cut jaggedly with scissors which looked completely unfinished, unwearable and was already starting to unravel with strings hanging everywhere. Although the dress was obviously a cheap polyester material & completely defective, I could only manage to get a 50% discount as they continued to argue & lie over countless emails for weeks. Buyer beware! Cheap misrepresented products from China and terrible customer service.

Don’t!

Returned items sent 6/17/16 - no response until I complained on Sitejabber -then finally asked for tracking #. Sent tracking # no response - went on their website customer response email tab gone -
So Stylewe. Here is my tracking #. Will not shop on site again - too frustrating-no customer service.
I kept one dress as gift for my granddaughter xs still needed slight alterations. But will not buy again. Wasted too much time. I'll stick with Macy and Nieman Marcus. Tracking# 9500 1150 4182 6169 0004 79.

This company is located in China. I am still waiting for return labels! The return policy on line does not state anything about reverse custom and shipping charges. I wasn't informed about any of these charges from their website. I received an email yesterday that they would pay me a 15% cash refund. That is not stated on line. This whole operation appears to be a scam. Needless to say the clothes were made poorly.

I bought a dress June 18, it was shipped June 21. Arrived within 7 days (June 28). Great right? But crap, missed that thing about the sizes running small. So I sent it back for exchange, receiving a credit to my account which I used to purchase another dress and paid for express shipping as this is for a trip. I placed order for the new dress July 1st. As of today, the order still sits in "processing" status. I have contacted sylewe 3 times now and still get the same "2-5 days for processing". Who is responding? Bots? No one can give me an update and my flight leaves July 12.

The first dress was beautiful, well made and lovely, and if I could remove a few ribs, I would have kept it. I have no issue with their product, but their customer service, processing times, and communication is the worst.

Shipping too high to return plus pay for shipping on replacement. Me wife wears a 4 and the was way oversized, label says small, but it was wrong. Customer service refunded a portion of product purchase price, shipping was over $20, not refunded. Coat was donated to a woman's shelter
