First, I would like to acknowledge every time I've email Stylewe, I've received a fairly quick response. Though I don't always agree with the outcome such as receiving only 20% on a purchase so you don't have to return an item. I personally think I should at least receive 40%. I don't know the cost of shipping overseas. I also think the shipping is pretty pricy from the start compared to other companies. Since I love your clothing, they are stylish and made with quality material, I pay the expensive shipping.
StyleWe website uses beautiful, stylish models to promote very fashionable clothing. Mostly reasonable price. Unfortunately, they don't actually carry normal sizes for the majority of clothing items available for sale. So far, I'm 1 for 6 getting a desired item delivered. Have two orders sitting in the netherworld of being paid and being communicated that the 3 -week delivery notice actually means "Pre-Sale" and once they receive the item, it will be another 3 weeks. In the meantime, they have my $$ via credit card for months. Three other items are available in sizes like XXL. For S or M its an "Arrival Notice" customer relationship scheme, which never comes - after 12 months, 6 months and 4 months respectively - all the while StyleWe continues to show these items on my account and in targeted advertising to my browsers. Very bizarre. I can't imagine nor have I ever seen a credible fashion brand manage their website and sales inventory in this manner.
I had an incredible experience with these people from this website. Thought I should write a review as people often come here when they have complaints. I expected the order to take some time, but it wasn't too long. The prices are great for the clothes you get. Communication was excellent - they sent me a message to make sure I received my order.
I was intrigued by the various designers on the StyleWe website. I don't know any of the designers, but I happened to click more and more on two, three names whose dresses really appealed to me.
Finally, I went for that beautiful chartreuse dress by Qili. I was nervous about ordering from overseas, and I realized that the sizes changed with each designer. But the sizing chart is very detailed. So I got my measuring tape out and made sure to order the correct size.
The dress is gorgeous, fits me perfectly, and I'm happy about the compliments I've gotten.
The package took about 2 weeks to get here, it was held up in customs for a couple of days. But I was able to track the shipment online. There was no problem.
Very happy with my online order. After an incident with the receipt of a package (the neighbor thought it was his), I immediately contacted customer service who responds in record time. It really is very appreciable. Regarding the quality of the shoes and skirt I ordered, I am totally satisfied.
Please don't waist your money and time on this website. Still waiting for order after almost a month. A blogger I follow showcased a dress from this website so I made the mistake of assuming this website was legit! Wish I had investigated this website prior to making a purchase. Sent many emails- no response! Buyer Beware! Taking it up with my credit card company now.

If it wasn't for SiteJabber I would never have gotten my money back. This StyleWe company from China, is trying to act like they are here in the USA. They have a horrible language/communication barrier system that they use. Anyway, they held my refund hostage unless I retract my review. So, I never got my dress, they never offered to send another, they never gave me a legit tracking number and in the end (thru SJ) I got my money back. Good for you! Customers who have had success. I'm done with this company that puts on an American front with no means of decent communication. Never heard from them till I placed a bad review.

We ordered 3 dresses. I paid $22 for express shipping and it took 3 1/2 weeks to receive our order. 2 of the dresses were too large. Like other reviews (I sure wish I had read them before ordering), they do not want to give my $ back. They told me they'd give me a 15% cash refund to be used for alterations or a %20 store credit. If I choose to return the merchandise they said they can't tell me how much it will cost due to customs or how long it could take, also due to customs. Soooo... basically we are out $170 for dresses we don't want. Do not use this company! I've never experienced anything like this! They are a fraud. Believe every negative review you've read!

I fell for the pictures that were popping up everywhere when I was on the Internet. The quality is worse than a cheap Halloween outfit. It came with raw unraveling edges around the hems. Making it worse is their customer service. I'm trying to return these two dresses and get reimbursed and they're making it impossible. Beware do not order from this company

I am most disappointed with the ethics of this company. I purchased what I thought was a well made sweater for my 92yr old grandmother for Christmas and mailed it to her in New Jersey; I am in California. When she went to put it on last week she noticed a 4 inch seam on the shoulder was not sewn. I reached out to StyleWe via email asking for an exchange which was well within the 30 window from Christmas. I was told under no circumstance will they accept past 30 days of the purchase date which was early December. I tried to explain the situation with the only purpose of an exact item exchange however, I heard back from 5 different customer service reps answering my inquiry all stating they will not help us. I'm shocked! Apparently they do not stand behind their product and obviously offer zero consideration to help their clients. SHAMEFUL.

They play the delay return game. All my return items we shipped in an overnight box. They said they only received 2. (How does this happen!?). After 9 emails I they found the items. Now I have to wait 2 weeks for the money Merchandise quality very disappointing. Andrea Nordstrom

This is the worst online shopping experience I have had in years. I ordered over $200.00 dollars of merchandise and within 3 weeks never receive any of them. I tried calling customer service but of course the number never worked. Finally, I was able to chat online with customer service to explain that I have not received my items. She told me they were out of stock and on backorder. I was furious, I ask her why would you continue to advertise items that are no longer in stock and have customers to pay for such items. She claimed they were in stock when I ordered these item. (This is some B.S.) I requested a refund through paypal which took about 2 weeks. I will never ever, ordered from this online store again. We as Americans always wanting to get a good deal from China when we should patronize our own American online stores. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I recently bought dresses from StyleWe and I was so impressed by the quality of the products. I love how they promote independent fashion designers rather than the big name ones. The dresses I bought were so unique and looked one-of-a-kind. I wouldn't have to worry about bumping into another person wearing the exact same thing! The prices of the stuff they sell are also just right. Ordering was such a breeze and my items arrived way earlier than I expected them to. All in all, a great shopping experience. Been burned once by another Chinese jewelry company selling "Tiffanie" and so this time I read carefully. It used to be that you saw Chinese characters somewhere at the bottom of the page.
