First, I would like to acknowledge every time I've email Stylewe, I've received a fairly quick response. Though I don't always agree with the outcome such as receiving only 20% on a purchase so you don't have to return an item. I personally think I should at least receive 40%. I don't know the cost of shipping overseas. I also think the shipping is pretty pricy from the start compared to other companies. Since I love your clothing, they are stylish and made with quality material, I pay the expensive shipping.

StyleWe website uses beautiful, stylish models to promote very fashionable clothing. Mostly reasonable price. Unfortunately, they don't actually carry normal sizes for the majority of clothing items available for sale. So far, I'm 1 for 6 getting a desired item delivered. Have two orders sitting in the netherworld of being paid and being communicated that the 3 -week delivery notice actually means "Pre-Sale" and once they receive the item, it will be another 3 weeks. In the meantime, they have my $$ via credit card for months. Three other items are available in sizes like XXL. For S or M its an "Arrival Notice" customer relationship scheme, which never comes - after 12 months, 6 months and 4 months respectively - all the while StyleWe continues to show these items on my account and in targeted advertising to my browsers. Very bizarre. I can't imagine nor have I ever seen a credible fashion brand manage their website and sales inventory in this manner.

Looking the awesome dresses they have in the web got me very excited. I live in Miami and need light and colorful garments, so I ordered my size and got a tiny little one. I exchanged for 2 sizes larger. For the price, the cloths are ok. But, make sure you read carefully the measures of each garment because the returning process is a real pain the behind!. Even thou the styles are cute and modern, this company is still living in the stone era when returns/exchanges are needed.

Purchased a dress online, took 2 months to receive and the product was nothing like I expected. The sizes they propose are about 6 sizes too small.
Customer service is horrible. They would not let me return the dress, therfore, no refund.
I threw it away. $200+ down the drain.

But I know I am not the only one investing on fashion wear. Well! What brings me to Stylewe is fashion. I find this online fashion store to have created a platform where designers meet modern women who have a taste of true fashion. I am here every season, year round. But I will be quick to say that it was difficult to imagine that any online store not even Stylewe can stock affordable and high quality maxi dresses without them running out of stock. Even though it took me a while to choose the best dress, I delayed because of inability to choose from a variety of many excellent ones. This time around, I can say Tetelee, the Embroidered Chiffon Maxi Dress in a new family member. Lot more will be joining it in my wardrobe soon, but I am sure I wont find it on stock. Forget about thinking of shipping issues, think of something else because Stylewe delivers on time. That is also fashion you know! Without any complain to put across, I will spend significant dollars here for some time.

I love this dress! I am usually a size Small-Medium and I ordered Medium Maxi Dresses white color from stylewe.

Because they have a simple return service, the styles looked great and the prices very reasonable, I decided to give them a try. I wanted lightweight packable, washable things with some style because we travel a lot, Everything arrived rather quickly--the items were well made and exactly as described. I am a happy stylewe shopper.

Straight forward but some misleading information e.g. pick 4 items and get 60% off and shipping is free for over £43.

Incomplete delivery e.g. its like getting a pice when you order for a pair and delivery was done in bits.

I feel l am overcharged and still l can't use the items b'se they are not complete.

Last month I ordered 8 dresses (over $700 in total) from StyleWe on an impulse after seeing an ad pop up on my computer screen. As an after thought I checked out this site and was immediately worried that I had made a huge mistake. I am happy to report just the opposite. Although the timeline for receiving my order was longer than I anticipated and I could not use any of the dresses ordered (too small), the quality of all the items was very good. I contacted their representative by email and received a reply back in less than 24 hours with the information and directions on how to return. I followed the directions and I am happy to report that I was refunded the entire amount within the three day time frame as stated. This order did not work out for me but I will be looking to order again in the future.

What an awful business and even worse customer service I have ever experienced! My $194.30 are being withheld from me. I not satisfied with three of the dresses I recently purchased. I requested to return these online over three days ago so I can get a refund. I am unsatisfied with my purchase and am unable to return, since you are not providing me the address to return it do. I would like a refund, immediately.

I'd been reading Stylewe reviews for awhile, paid attention to the negative comments. Finally decided to give it a try. So I order a cute-looking black dress. It arrived within 3 wks (not too bad). The quality is disappointing, far different from what it claims on the website. This was roughly 6-7 wks ago and I haven' t had the spirit to wear it out yet. Given the return hassles others have written, I'm not going to try to return it. But this much I know: will not order another piece from them.

Tip for consumers:
Be aware. What you is may not be what you get.

Out of 15 items I ordered I returned 11 (only 2 due to wrong size) -- the rest were just either poor craftsmanship (obvious sewing defects) and some just didn't look nearly as awesome as photos. However, the ones I kept are very good quality and worth the price. As for items returned, they refused to refund one really expensive blouse that I put on and immediately put back into their plastic bag for return due to poor craftsmanship -- they sent me back photos of stains on it! These weren't stains -- they were fabric dye defects, that's the way I got this blouse to begin with. Those "stains" didn't bother me personally, but when I returned it -- they became my fault and the company refused to give me my money back for a while. After a few back-and-force angry emails and bad reviews I got my full refund back. Whew... Maybe eventually they'll realize it's very bad customer service that might really hurt their business in the long run and stop this kind of nonsense.

They do not provide good customer service. I bought quite a few items from them. They all smell really bad. For one dress, the color online and the real color totally do not match. If you have to return the item for this kind of issue, then you have to pay all the shipping costs yourself. Another case: for the brand new coat I got from them, the belt just does not work. When I have to return for this kind of issue, they still required yourself to pay off the shipping costs. Overall, not recommend you guys to shop here.

Tip for consumers:
If anyone asks me opinion about shopping at Stylewe, my response is thousands of millions of "No"! PLEASE DO NOT SHOP THERE! In my lifetime, I have never had such a bad shopping experience. When their products have problems and you attempt to return them, they will attribute the responsibility to you and insist not refunding you. I had the most time-consuming and difficult conversations with them for a whole week. At the end, they still did not refund me. Instead, they just gave me credit.

I always buy clothes from this website because they have nice styles at a reasonable price. I also like that they have a lot of offers and free shipping. Also, their customer service is very helpful and gets back to you quickly. I have been shopping on this site for over a year and I don't know where I would be without this website.

I was so excited to order 3 dresses for my trip from this company. One was canceled as it was no longer in stack and i did get a refund. 2 arrived 3 weeks later and didn't fit well. I requested a refund instructions 3 times over more that a week now, and not a single response. Just an assurance that someone will be in touch within 24 hours! This is a fraud!
StyleWe support - please get in touch with me today before I start submitting fraudulent business reports with appropriate organizations.

**I am adding my comment after a blatant lie posted in the reply from StyleWe to my review. Yes, I got a returned email answering my return questions but only AFTER 3 requests from me as well as this review. The only refund I received was for the item that was never sent to since it was out of stack.

Some polyester like material. It's not true to size. Sizes run small.
I tried to make a return which I received help in making the return (thank you) but they only want to offer me 20% of the purchase price or exchange. So basically you are locked in to something you don't like or can't wear. I did keep the copper leather like pants. They are.

Customer service was great. I reached out and they responded within a day or two.

I bought two dresses online, one was not in stock (of which I was informed a few days after I placed the order) and the other one was sent and received by me on time. However, I was still charged for the dress that was not in stock, and the other dress did not fit as described and the quality was mediocre. I contacted them for return instructions and was provided the return address right away and promised to receive a refund in 3 days. A month has passed and no refund on either dress. They do not respond to my messages (email or Facebook) and I cannot find their phone number anywhere. NOT RECOMMENDED - the product quality is poor and customer service is horrendous!

P.S. UPDATE: they did refund the money after a long uphill battle. I'd still not recommend this website. The quality of dresses is poor and customer service is non existent. It seems that people who gave them 5 stars never had to deal with exchanging or returning an item. Not worth it in my view.

Ordered a dress (thank god- just one), wasn't satisfied with the quality, mailed it back. StyleWe received it 3 weeks ago (I have a proof). I emailed them 3 times since then asking to refund me - no reply. Do not order from them!

I think this is a business selling right out of a chinese factory. If they were honest, they should share that on their website. Many people want to know that in advance. I did not buy from them since I looked here first. Sick and tired of the chinese factories stealing business away from american desginers. Stealing our designs and then selling them on amazon and ebay. If trump wants to do something... Charge chinese sellers on amazon, ebay a huge fee to register with these sites. Don't tax us but make them pay a fee to sell to our market. I think about 1,000 sounds good for each account on ebay and amazon. It will prevent the chinese from throwing up these scam shops fast that are like parasites on the american consumer.

I ordered a beautiful lace dress which outlined the sizing of that particular dress along with the details on the ordering page. I wear a size 4 but according to their chart (measurements), I needed to order a large. Which I did. The dress was shipped pretty quickly. It was lovely and well made. The size large almost fit but was just a bit off in the waist because of that, I had to ship the dress back. The company was very responsive to my email as to how to ship the dress back but would not provide a "pre-paid" shipping label. I feel in the case of their sizing being so unique and I tried to follow their chart, I should not have to pay to ship the dress back when the sizing issue is on their end. Decided not to order another dress even though I found several that were very appealing... I am just concerned about their sizing.

Kindly please be noticed that Some of our items run one size smaller, so it will be better to choose bigger size. Every time when you click the size "S, M, L"etc,it will show the corresponding detailed measurements for the specific size. Then you can check. You need to refer to the item Product Details to see the exact measurements first and choose the corresponding size (S, M, L, etc). The size guide is just a reference for all the items, which is not as accurate as the information of product details.

Should have read the online reviews prior to ordering. Paid to express ship the product which was a big joke no express at all and paid to return the dresses that were not made to the size they listed on the description of the product. I have now disputed the amount with my credit card company because I am unable to get a message back from the seller,

I returned my dresses because they were both inaccurately sized. An xxl was really a medium.
Returned them both over a month ago and have heard nothing back from the company. When I contacted them they just say send them a copy of the shipping label. It just sounds like a scam and I am out $200. How does a company like this get to operate?

I followed the instructions to return a dress in Nov 2018 and sent it tracked and signed for through Royal Mail to an address provided in CHINA! Does not tell you this when ordering. The dress has been signed for at the China address but I have not received a refund of over £40. They do not answer emails and the telephone is a messaging service and they have not contacted or refunded me. Terrible service -fraudulent!

Ordered two dresses for my sister wedding, and could not be happier. I ordered both dresses a size up after reading a few comments here and glad I did. The dresses Fit perfectly with a little room; I got so many compliments about the one I chose to wear. The fabric was so soft with a nice flow and enveloped my body in all the right areas. A must buy.

I ordered from this website; after speaking to my daughter who is a savvy shopper I heard some not very good stories.
Within an hour I tried to cancel my order and sent about eight emails to this effect.
Their response?
Your package is on its way!
I am skeptical; I will not order from them again! I hope I am proven wrong and that this is a good company that does good business with us.
