First, I would like to acknowledge every time I've email Stylewe, I've received a fairly quick response. Though I don't always agree with the outcome such as receiving only 20% on a purchase so you don't have to return an item. I personally think I should at least receive 40%. I don't know the cost of shipping overseas. I also think the shipping is pretty pricy from the start compared to other companies. Since I love your clothing, they are stylish and made with quality material, I pay the expensive shipping.

StyleWe website uses beautiful, stylish models to promote very fashionable clothing. Mostly reasonable price. Unfortunately, they don't actually carry normal sizes for the majority of clothing items available for sale. So far, I'm 1 for 6 getting a desired item delivered. Have two orders sitting in the netherworld of being paid and being communicated that the 3 -week delivery notice actually means "Pre-Sale" and once they receive the item, it will be another 3 weeks. In the meantime, they have my $$ via credit card for months. Three other items are available in sizes like XXL. For S or M its an "Arrival Notice" customer relationship scheme, which never comes - after 12 months, 6 months and 4 months respectively - all the while StyleWe continues to show these items on my account and in targeted advertising to my browsers. Very bizarre. I can't imagine nor have I ever seen a credible fashion brand manage their website and sales inventory in this manner.

Style has many unique dress designs that you cannot find in other site, their dresses always make me look different, my friends do ask me where I got it and I will end up recommending stylewe to them.

I ordered 2 dresses and a sweater. They arrived fast, each garment was in its own pretty zip bag. All the dresses seem to be wonderful quality, side zippers, lining! Which I haven't seen in a while, this kind of care with details. Fits perfectly. I'm usually small but ordered medium judging by the smaller sizes. Just can't gain weight now.

Some very pretty designs, yes, but if you don't have a waist so high it's practically Empire-style, look elsewhere. Every single dress with a defined waistline is almost up under the arms. Chat with a representative offered no clues--the person insisted on thinking I was talking about size, not basic design. Stylewe might want to consider the great number of tall women with long waists they're losing out on.

My order numbers are ******* and *******. I paid extra for shipping on both orders to get within 7 2-5 days. I am very concerned after reading reviews that if will not be here for a wedding this weekend.

Red 3/4 sleeve off-shoulder blouse never go out of fashion, and the H-line sleeve off shoulder blouse has the perfect cuts to accentuate the curves, especially for people who have a poor waistline. It comes in cotton materials, and can be worn during any season. Although its a bit of casual dress, I do wear them regularly to my workplace. Stylewe kept their promise by doing a door delivery less than a week time.

Here we are 6 months after returning goods to these rip-off artists and I'm still waiting for my refund!
Thieves, robbers and crooked business people-
That's my review! This is a common theme if you google returns/Stylewe!

This online clothing store has to be MY favorite. The wide range of clothes keeps me shopping for hours. I love that they do it after payment too, which makes getting my clothes out of there so much better. With so many different styles, it's easy to express exactly how you feel about them.

The best cheapest online distributor of my favorite beauty products and wacky style enhancers! I will not buy these items anywhere else. It's amazing! Much cheaper than in other stores for the same products!

After a great first purchase experience in 2016, I've now tried twice in 2017 for a total of almost $500 but something is wrong with their payment system - PayPal tells me all is good on their end and it shows as attempting to pay. I've talked to several customer service folks at StyleWe and they basically tell me, oh well, there's nothing we can do. It's hard to believe they don't accept any other payment except thru a messed up system that takes all your private information and then no payment is completed. Frustrating and disappointing b/c the clothes are actually great.

Shipping cost a little high for total.of purchase. Ive placed several orders and at some point shopping should be either free or discounted. Ive also made a return which was an out of pocket expense. For these reasons I will seriously consider ordering in the future

Am feeling very worried as have bought two dresses and they are both half a meter shorter than in the photo, completely different from shown. After reading other reviews it seems they never give money back, instead using all sorts of scams to avoid re-funding.

I received the wrong color of shoes that I ordered online here, your response could not have been better. Full refund, sent me a return label so there are no shipping charges in any way. They were very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. Nothing to improve in this online boutique.

I made an online purchase here. Very simple and safe. I never had a problem with payments. The delivery process is slow, as expected in this time of pandemic. Even so, it was worth the wait for such a beautiful dress!

Update: No refund has been received, despite Stylewe reps claiming otherwise. At this point, I either consider this a loss, or continue trying to contact them. Truly abysmal customer service for a company whose products are advertised as designer and then executed with utmost mediocrity. Two stars has now been updated to one.

Refund Under Condition That I Delete This Review

What was left out of the company's reply to my review, which stated they would refund me was the following: "Pls kindly delete the 1-star sitejabber review first, we send you the modify request already. Pls check and help us to modify the review."

If you claim you will refund me, then this needs to be done without the condition that I delete a review that accurately reflects my experience as a consumer -- that is the purpose of the review and sites like this. Customer service with accountability and integrity will certainly be added to this review if that is indeed what I actually experience. At the moment, offering to honor a customer's request under the condition that they do not provide an honest account of their experience with the company is an ethical issue.

First two orders from styelwe.com were fair, however in the second order, the quality of materials was rather disappointing (very synthetic and mediocre). I returned one piece and opted for store credit, which I am now regretting.

I have attempted to use this credit three times, each time encountering an issue. The first time I made a new order, the item was no longer in stock, which contradicted what was posted on their site. When I reordered, the processing time was slow. I wrote to customer service two times to follow up, first receiving a generic response informing me of processing time, then later I received a response that the designers were on vacation and it would not be ready to process for another month. I stated I wouldn't have ordered the dress had I known this and opted to order another dress.

Again, a prolonged processing time. When I wrote to inquire on the status, I received the following reply, "Sorry to keep you waiting. The item is still being prepared. Chinese New Year comes. We cannot guarantee the shipping date after the holidays end. We`ll notify you the tracking number once the order is shipped. Would you like to wait for it?"

No. No, I would not like to wait an indefinite and open-ended amount of time following the Chinese New Year.

I have requested a full refund, however I am now being met with another canned message quoting store policy -- with absolutely no acknowledgement of the problematic wait times and reasons for delays. After reading the many negative reviews here, I have realized that this may just be standard practice for this company, and I am truly regretting putting my money into it. I am now stuck with store credit and ordering an item that may or may not show up for a few months following the order placement because of any number of unforeseen reasons that are completely superfluous to a straightforward business transaction.

That very first dress I got from them was the only positive experience, and it's all been downhill since then. Be forewarned of dealing with this company.

I had to chat with someone before getting free shipping even tho I was over the allotted spending amount. It's just annoying for my first shopping experience. If you offer something it should be given without me having to contact you guys.
Update my clothes arrived in about three weeks and I am one happy customer. Everything fits well. The material was what I had expected except for my white summer dress. The material was thin but with the right underwear I won't be exposed. They were mostly true to size. I am a medium. I got large in one outfit. I used the measurements help they offered. Measuring your hips, shoulders, bust etc is a must to get the right fit. Thereby eliminating returns. I will definitely buy from them again. The prices are great too.

This boutique frequently has sales of shoes that cater to larger feet at good prices. Most other retail sites only cater to standard sizes. Always of excellent quality, although sometimes waiting for delivery can be slower than I would like, but that's fine.

More than $1600 in merchandise exchange or refund has still not been resolved since Sept. Stylewe is the worst company I have ever encountered. They simply are not responding to my request, even though I followed all their extensive rules and customer unfriendly procedures. Cost me over $150 in freight to return clothing by usps required shipping.

Tip for consumers:
If you choose to do business with stylewe, I suggest you order ONLY ONE ITEM at a time to determine your transaction outcome. Their sizing and pattern cut is so different from USA garments that I was able to keep only one dress out of 23 items, even after comparing the measurements provided. The garments did not measure the same as stated in the ads.

It is such a sexy skirt, ideal for everyday wear from Irina Miro brand. Black Faux Leather Ruffled Mini Skirt is comfortable, and the fabric moves along with you flowing down like waves. Bought my girlfriend some things from StyleWe for valentines day and she loves the style. "Hip" was the exact word she used! The reason for four stars is that they fit just a little more snug than most clothes of the same size but it's hard to tell when you're not wearing them.
