First, I would like to acknowledge every time I've email Stylewe, I've received a fairly quick response. Though I don't always agree with the outcome such as receiving only 20% on a purchase so you don't have to return an item. I personally think I should at least receive 40%. I don't know the cost of shipping overseas. I also think the shipping is pretty pricy from the start compared to other companies. Since I love your clothing, they are stylish and made with quality material, I pay the expensive shipping.

StyleWe website uses beautiful, stylish models to promote very fashionable clothing. Mostly reasonable price. Unfortunately, they don't actually carry normal sizes for the majority of clothing items available for sale. So far, I'm 1 for 6 getting a desired item delivered. Have two orders sitting in the netherworld of being paid and being communicated that the 3 -week delivery notice actually means "Pre-Sale" and once they receive the item, it will be another 3 weeks. In the meantime, they have my $$ via credit card for months. Three other items are available in sizes like XXL. For S or M its an "Arrival Notice" customer relationship scheme, which never comes - after 12 months, 6 months and 4 months respectively - all the while StyleWe continues to show these items on my account and in targeted advertising to my browsers. Very bizarre. I can't imagine nor have I ever seen a credible fashion brand manage their website and sales inventory in this manner.

Props to StyleWe for having unique clothes that expand the boundaries of fashion. They have a very wide variety, so there's something for every woman. What brings me back to this store is its unique style. You won't find these styles everywhere.

This website sells all kinds of clothing options, from shirts and shorts to formal dresses. They have cheap designer clothes always available. They send everything for free in two weeks maximum, very convenient.

I ordered 2 dresses well in advance for an upcoming event. Delivery was so slow my outfit did not make the event. Size guides are proving to be a bit off. Make allowances for larger Breasted women. Return/Refund policy not within normal shopping practices. Customers should be refunded the dollar amounts spent on orders. You also need to establish a free return system system. Shipping fees on returns often cost more than the order items. Now I'm waiting for my refund. Do Better!

Instead of simply refunding, I was offered links to other return/refund options but All links failed to connect to anything except the shopping site. Very Frustrating!

I should have read the reviews before placing an order of 3 dresses. I had no idea they were coming from China and now I worry not only about whether they will arrive on time, but more importantly about the quality and if I can get a refund. It looks like there is no number or opportunity to speak with anyone as everything is done by e-mail. I will call my credit card company tomorrow and tell them that the charge is being contested as it looks like this could be a scam. Has anyone else taken that route, or do you think I might luck out?

I ordered many items, never received complete order and what I did get was incorrect. Poor quality and then they do not respond to emails for returns or correcting orders. I purchase thousands of dollars a year on line I have never experienced such awful service... it's appalling. Really shocked.

I wrote a poor review with one star rating about StyleWe on SiteJabber a couple of days ago about their refusal of even exchange an item merely due to the size problem. They responded immediately, apologized and offered me full refund in 3 business days once they get the return tracking number. I welcomed them such a quick action to correct the problem. Lanny S. Was nice and responsible rep. She was the first one quickly replaced the wrongly sent item. It was someone else refused to exchange for a bigger size. I assumed StyleWe has a huge volume of online business, not every time you met some one like Lanny S. I hope they, as a young Chinese company, is learning and improving, gradually adopting the American customer service culture. I wish them continue having more prosperity.

Tip for consumers:
I can't deny the temptation to look up their site for those beautiful online presentations. However, at the end, I still lost my $16 in return shipping over a $64 clothing, lost many hours in frustration, writing the communications, writing the complaints, and running to the Post office... There is no satisfaction on my side. I do not and cannot afford this kind of time and energy budget in my life. I will be careful doing any kind of online shopping. I returned the top I bought as the fabric was much shabbier than in the photo. I haven't gotten a refund and it's two weeks since they got it back. I will NEVER shop with them again and advise any of you not to be fooled by the good reviews, which had to have been written by employees (maybe even at gunpoint). That's what happened when you buy something from China.

I'm happy with the dress I ordered. Fabric is good which even included a lining. I like that. Made well. The size fits according to their sizing chart. Those who say theirs didn't fit, make sure you measure yourself and check it against their sizing chart. You can be size medium in USA but their dress measurements could be large or x-large. Shipping comes from China so plan ahead. It takes long as stated estimate time.

Just visited StyleWe online shop for the first time and loved it! Wearable high fashion looks and not too expensive. This online store service was really nice and recommendable. Will definitely be going back to order some new fashionable dress.

If y ou are tempted by this attractive site, just be aware that Stylewe does not make returning the item you have received easy. They do not, as do most mail order sites (Amazon, Zappos, Garnet Hill), include a return label with your packing slip. You must send an email requesting it, then they must review your request before emailing you the label, which you print out. This can take 48 hrs. (In my own case, my printer was broken so I had some extra running around to do.) Then I had difficulty finding the proper button to push to take me to their privacy policy and return procedures (required) requiring 2 more email exchanges before I could even submit the request for a return. Then once you have (finally) mailed the package, you must send them a photo of the mailing receipt. I will not order anything from them again.

Shopping from Stylewe was one of my best experiences for online dress purchasing. Website is full of magnificent designers creation, with elegant colors that have great attractions for visitors. I bought a fringed a-line midi dress with short sleeves for my wife that was looking very attractive. Their price is amazingly reasonable that convinced me more to place an order immediately. I didn't feel disappointment because they delivered a good stuff on time. I highly recommend this website. Thank you Stylewe. I'll be back with some other orders asap.

Haven't received shipment... it's been a long time. Not cool, get your act together. If you're a rip off company then you suck as humans and should try harder to be real. If it comes in the wrong size or color then I'll know for sure and return immediately. But it has to show up first.

Scam. Ordered a skirt that doesn't fit. Going in circles trying to return. All the help resources on line are not clickable - you will never get through to service rep. Says my email doesn't match my order number and can't get any assistance. So frustrating!

Purchased 3 items over a month ago, heard nothing for over 3 weeks. When goods finally arrived there are 2-3 sizes too big from the normal sizing listed. Fabric/quality is absolute rubbish and nothing like the models are wearing advertised on Instagram. Have sent 6 emails requesting a return docket as stated on the returns policy and have been ignored. When a response finally came through it is to offer me 15% off or a store credit NO THANKS! Do not purchase anything from here this is a backyard operation out of China! I am reporting to Chinese authorities should I not get a full refund.

Easy to use website, styles, customer service, is what I like the most about this online boutique. Cheap express shipping. The dress costs very little, although normal delivery delays from the pandemic are offset by excellent service and price.

Your size clothes is not for the average sized people. Runs very small, I'm usually a 8/10, I bought XXL and it's way too tight on me. However, you do have beautiful clothes, just can't fit. So I am highly disappointed because I loved the dress.

My first purchase consisted of 2 silk tunics. I had some anxiety about the fabric not being as nice as I imagined it to be--sometimes, you never know what will arrive. I'm happy to say that the tops exceeded my expectations in every way! Quality manufacturing; lovely design; beautiful prints, but best of all the fabric was as light, floaty, and fabulous as I hoped it would be. I was so pleased with the items that I've ordered 2 more tunics (mini dresses but I'll wear them with crop leggings), and can't wait till they arrive.

Note: One of the dresses is on back order, so they volunteered to ship it express for free when it becomes available. That's customer service!
