First, I would like to acknowledge every time I've email Stylewe, I've received a fairly quick response. Though I don't always agree with the outcome such as receiving only 20% on a purchase so you don't have to return an item. I personally think I should at least receive 40%. I don't know the cost of shipping overseas. I also think the shipping is pretty pricy from the start compared to other companies. Since I love your clothing, they are stylish and made with quality material, I pay the expensive shipping.

StyleWe website uses beautiful, stylish models to promote very fashionable clothing. Mostly reasonable price. Unfortunately, they don't actually carry normal sizes for the majority of clothing items available for sale. So far, I'm 1 for 6 getting a desired item delivered. Have two orders sitting in the netherworld of being paid and being communicated that the 3 -week delivery notice actually means "Pre-Sale" and once they receive the item, it will be another 3 weeks. In the meantime, they have my $$ via credit card for months. Three other items are available in sizes like XXL. For S or M its an "Arrival Notice" customer relationship scheme, which never comes - after 12 months, 6 months and 4 months respectively - all the while StyleWe continues to show these items on my account and in targeted advertising to my browsers. Very bizarre. I can't imagine nor have I ever seen a credible fashion brand manage their website and sales inventory in this manner.

If you have a problem with delivery, they will tell you to check with your neighbor or post office. They are not helpful at all but very happy to take your money. Don't buy anything on this site EVER!

I just got a gorgeous dress from StyleWe. I got it in about a week and am so glad I didn't trust their size suggestion tool. I went off of my own measurements. I got a navy lace dress that was quite popular on the site. I ordered a medium, although the tool said to get a large. It's a bit bigger than I had hoped but i have a seamstress, so no issues. I'm quite happy and even my husband said it was nice.

I bought several items and had to return two. I followed all of their instructions, registering the
Items on their website, paying for the return shipping myself and registering the tracking number on their website. They refunded for only one item claiming they did not receive the second one, when both items were in the SAME package. I have emailed them several times and they refuse to issue a refund even though the error was clearly theirs. And they refuse to call me to discuss. Do not order from this company! Update: after complaining through this site and the Better Business Bureau, the company finally issued a refund today. Making a return should not be so difficult, or take so much of my time.

I purchase 5 dresses - $447. I'm a size 10 US and ordered all XL to make sure they fit. Most didn't but even the one that did, split as soon as I zipped it up. I returned all items on Feb 5th and STILL have not received a refund. After many emails, they finally said - we'll send within 3 business days... that was over a week ago and still nothing. AND they deleted my account from their website! BAD SERVICE. Have escalated with Paypal!

This is my online shopping store because it has so many varieties of items that anyone needs, from clothing and accessories to bags and shoes. I really love the quality of all the items I've received, and the staff is very professional when it comes to solving any issues. I used to have trouble transporting items I bought online at other stores, but with these girls I never had a problem getting the things I bought. I love this store! I highly recommend it :)

Easy to navigate all your favorite clothes and fashion accessories. So much variety to choose from. They have a great variety of very nice products. They ship fairly quickly depending on stock. I have been ordering from here for years and never had a problem with them. I love the member benefits and great discounts.

StyleWe always has what I am looking for when it comes to last minute shopping.

They have a great selection for women and a lot of times you can still find the items that are sold out everywhere else. I ordered an item last Monday and I received it on Thursday! Always a great experience!

11/18 I heard back from customer service, they said they will refund me in 3 days, unsure why they can't just do it right away since I paid with pay pal. I am hopeful I get my refund ASAP. Will let you guys know if I got my refund or not in few days.

I did not have any issues with delivery, the package came within a week.

11/17- I emailed to return the dresses I purchased, they provided me with P. O. BOX New York address to return the items to. I have proof of delivery and after 18 days I have not received my refund.

I love this place.

Pants as in the photos on this website: Good quality with double and wide band at the waist that in turn contains an elastic that does not seem to bother. Printed as pictured, very cheerful and current, and fabric thick enough not to puncture. Current and comfortable. For young or modern women of any age.

StyleWe is a great online discount shopping store. They have outfits for every occasion, and in my opinion they are pretty precise on the showing of what the outfits look like. Matter of fact I was very pleased with the workmanship and quality of the outfits. Customer service responded to my needs in a reasonable amount of time.

I will definitely shop again from here.

Brilliant and reliable! I made my first purchase here about 3-4 years ago and I still wear the shoes to this day! The quality is perfect considering the prices and I have always had fast and smooth deliveries. My only issue might be that the one size fits all items is intended for little people.

Handbags are one of the fashion accessories that I dont joke with. I have tons of them but always like to add more. When I checked the catalog of handbags on StyleWe, I felt like I had not gotten the right handbags. What with different handbags in different shapes and sizes! The designs are simple and attractive. The one I ordered was delivered to my door step without delay. It was amazing! Fine, pure leather with an amazing design! You guys at StyleWe are doing a great job. Please keep them coming for bag freaks like me.

My order has still not arrived after over a month since purchased. There is no phone number to call and no help line to ask about the order. Their help line only lets you look at preset questions, they do not answer questions pertaining to your specific order. Very bad customer service.

10/5/16 UPDATE - Stylewe has been super cooperative since submitting my first review. They have emailed me several times with the return information (that I originally wrote about), have acknowledged my return (with the picture of my return tracking from USPS) & they will have my $$ issued within 1 week.

Ordered a dress & it was poorly made. Not only did it feel cheap, it LOOKED cheap. I cannot, for the life of me, get in touch with anybody to return it! I've had 4 pop-ups conversations with "customer service" & have yet to receive the return shipping info. I'm about to dispute the charge on my credit card if this company doesn't get their s**t together.

Not only did I get all the help I needed, the delivery time was amazing!

High quality materials, unique design that was in line with my style and true to size as well as size chart. I would recommend it to a friend. The only comment is that I did not see in the product description anything about the amount of padding in the bra. I think too much, but this boutique is still spectacular!

Bad experience I bought a dress couple of weeks ago to wear for a wedding and it is still in processing mode. By other side after purchase and pay for a dress and a blouse received notification that they were out stock. Not too good experience overall.

Very disappointing. Pants way too long and top doesn't come close to a match for the most stylish color in the pants. And I got stuck (unbeknownst) to me and unauthorized by me with two "interchange" fees pushing my cost over what I agreed to pay. That's just wrong.

I will always shop online here, I bought them a shirt last time, they sent me a message confirming the purchase. I trust your judgment and it saves me time, I live at least 20 miles from any physical store and this website is a lifesaver and a gas and money saver. Excellent place to buy clothes on the internet.

The best customer service, extremely happy I made a clothing purchase online here and it was very easy to find what I was looking for. Very easy to use and navigate website. Delivery says 15 business days. It arrived in less than two weeks. Very professional packaging. The dress was even better than I imagined and of very good quality. I will definitely be back for more clothes. And I will definitely tell all my friends and family to dress up in 10/10 fashion!

I have never written a bad review however I am extremely disappointed. I was a new customer ordering for the 1st time. I measured myself exactly & ordered according to their guidelines. Well their guidelines are WAY off! It was at least 1.5 sizes too small & I could not wear it. I bought a final sale which I know is a "final sale" However if the problem is because of their error in properly describing the size, & as a new customer I was unaware of their improper guidelines then it is not right that they would refuse to return/exchange/ or give me store credit. I am out $100 now & will NEVER order from here again. BUYER BEWARE!

The two items you purchased are final sale items and we don't accept any return or exchange.

Those items have been unavailable and we cannot check the garment measurements now. "Find my size" function is only as a reference. You need to check the garment measurements for each size and then compare them with your body measurements and then decide.

We are sorry for this issue but we cannot take return or exchange of final sale items. Hope you can understand.

I am happy with the various clothes that I have purchased from this online boutique and have received feedback on how beautiful they are. I bought XL and found they fit me well. I had problems with the order with my credit card and I will try to pay better with Paypal next time, everything solved, a small problem solved in the best way. Will buy again
