First, I would like to acknowledge every time I've email Stylewe, I've received a fairly quick response. Though I don't always agree with the outcome such as receiving only 20% on a purchase so you don't have to return an item. I personally think I should at least receive 40%. I don't know the cost of shipping overseas. I also think the shipping is pretty pricy from the start compared to other companies. Since I love your clothing, they are stylish and made with quality material, I pay the expensive shipping.
StyleWe website uses beautiful, stylish models to promote very fashionable clothing. Mostly reasonable price. Unfortunately, they don't actually carry normal sizes for the majority of clothing items available for sale. So far, I'm 1 for 6 getting a desired item delivered. Have two orders sitting in the netherworld of being paid and being communicated that the 3 -week delivery notice actually means "Pre-Sale" and once they receive the item, it will be another 3 weeks. In the meantime, they have my $$ via credit card for months. Three other items are available in sizes like XXL. For S or M its an "Arrival Notice" customer relationship scheme, which never comes - after 12 months, 6 months and 4 months respectively - all the while StyleWe continues to show these items on my account and in targeted advertising to my browsers. Very bizarre. I can't imagine nor have I ever seen a credible fashion brand manage their website and sales inventory in this manner.
Fast service and great quality! I have a great weekend. I placed the order a few days ago and my dresses arrived today, 11 days after the order. You may not think this is amazing, but it is an international shipment. Usually it takes more than three weeks to get something here so I'm very happy. The quality of the dresses is equally impressive. Thank you heaps!
I needed a dress fast for an upcoming spring fling at my high school. Nothing in my hometown seemed to really spark my interest. I looked at all the usual online retailers and they all seemed to have the boring stuff everyone and their sister had. I literally was starting to go into panic mode when I saw an ad pop up on the side of a site I was on for stylewe.com. I clicked on it, because at that point I was seriously considering going in a snow suit (it was May)! Oh wow, right off the bat you could tell the styles were different from anything I had already looked at. I found something I loved, but knowing the company was from overseas I was not sure if I would receive the dress on time. I figured I would give a shot anyway since I loved the dress so much. Anyway, it arrived with a day to spare and I couldnt have been happier. Stylewe.com will no longer be my lifeboat when I am in a fashion emergency, they will be my first choice in buying clothing.
I ordered a cocktail dress and a shirt. The dress was too small and had loose beads. The shirt didn't look right. I am having so much trouble trying to return them. I just want an address!
UPDATE: I received an email with a shipping label within 16 hours of submitting this review. I will update and perhaps change my rating when the company refunds my money.
Great dresses and excellent customer service. I bought a couple of dresses online, which came with free shipping and arrived within 2 weeks. The dresses were excellently priced and of excellent quality. I had a query that I emailed them about and they responded very quickly and went out of their way to help me. Thank you team! Very impressed and soon I will buy here again
They refuse to refund my money after waiting 20 days on 7-12 day shipping they told me to wait on product no response to my refund. 45 days later I get some cheap high school home economics class sewn dress! CHEAP nothing like picture on site

When my wife saw this swimsuit that I bought for her when we were planning on a vacation, she fell in love with it immediately! With the way this bikini is designed, you cant but love it. Since I bought it for her, I have always thought about getting another one for her because she always looks great whenever she puts it one. Simple! Classic! Great! These are the 3 words that I always associate with this bikini whenever I see it. This is a great design from StyleWe at an affordable price. Thanks for making my wife look younger again.
I can't say enough how amazing the people are here! I have placed numerous orders with them and they always go above and beyond to help me figure out what I really want! They send me photos of anything I have questions about and really help me decide if it is something I truly will like! I live in the Canada, Brampton and they always get my packages to me so quickly! Ordered few items with mediocre results. I ordered again, 3 items... coat, pants, shoes. Coat fit but dreadful fabric and construction. Pants were maybe a 0 in size while I'm a 6. They were absurdly small. Ironically shoes vastly too big.
I asked gor refund. Yhey offered 10% and keep useless items. Said no. Then they wrote with 25% refund, keep items. Said no, and wrote negative review. Later contacted with full refund offer, but only if I removed review. Decided important to warn people and not bow to their extortion.
There is ZERO customer service, you pay shipping and duty to return items TO CHINA. More to return than items worth. This typical of dealing with Chinese company. Bottom line... don't do business... what you see online is not what you get

I only buy the perfect clothes, on this website I found what I was looking for a tight dress and a long one. The shipment comes very well packed and adapts perfectly to my body. At the moment I have washed one of the dresses and it has no loss of color, although I recommend not washing it with hot water. They are comfortable and pleasant to the touch.
I ordered 2 coats one was out of the stock by the time they shipped it to me, another when I got was missing belt. Quality of the coat is great, but runs small, I returned it and on March 5 one of the representatives confirmed that they will issue my refund within 3 business days, but today is March 21, and the package that I returned was long delivered, but I still didn't get my money back. And this is a headache!

In these months of pandemic I have been looking for an online store that sells fashionable clothes at a good price and is reliable. When I found out about this website, I was very excited, the prices are very reasonable. I also don't need to worry about the quality of the products.

I accidentally found this website and all I could notice was their quality. They really have a perfect staff that is always there to assist you and they are also very responsive to messages. I have checked every detail of their offer and I am truly amazed. The only things you need to pay attention to are the sizes of the clothes. If you check them out really carefully in the table there should be no problems.
Do not buy from this company. I returned the low quality not as they promoted merchandise at the end of April. After much persistence, it is August 5 and they sent me a partial refund saying that the rest will be sent when they receive my merchandise. Over 50 emails, correspondence by Facebook Messenger and now they have blocked me. Do not buy from this company. Their return policy is a total scam.

Brought this bag for a friend as a birthday gift. She fell in love with it. True to measurement size on the website, the color and the material were vibrant and loved the overall texture of the bag. It did not look or feel cheap which was a huge concern BUT I was surprised by how amazing the bag looked in person.
I have been a regular buyer of this online boutique for a year and a half. At first I was not sure about shopping here, but decided and asked. When the package arrived, I was fascinated by the quality of the clothes and how beautiful they are. Since then whenever I can buy everything, I am in love, especially with the prices.
This is just one of the great platforms to do shopping for any lady. I am so impressed by their clothing and accessories. Very recently I bought a red floral dress to match with a hand bag and accessories. The quality is what drives me always to this place, with a reasonable pricing with discounts. Requested Return Label well within the 30 days, they never sent. It was for a red dress L that was actually an XS, plus made me look like a character in The Handmaids Tale'. When I again emailed as indicated for return label,, oh sorry it's been over 30 days. It was their mistake they could care less. $60+ lost. But when I read of others spending more $$ then that to return the items, I wanted to alert other buyers!

I am so happy I decided to buy this beautiful online clothing site. I was really skeptical as I had never bought from this website before and the reviews were mixed. When my dress arrived, I was not disappointed! The dress took forever to ship, but they did a great job responding to my emails and updating me on the status of my dress. Thank you because it arrived on the promised date.
The two dresses I ordered came jammed into a bag and were very wrinkled. The quality was lower than what I expected for what I paid. Their sizing chart is way off (I am a 4-6 and they sent an XL that looks like a tent - and then they challenged me by explaining that a 4-6 is an XL in China where the clothes are made, or something like that). I attempted to return them, but I was outside the 30-days required under their byzantine and overly complicated return policy. I then asked if I could at least exchange the dresses for the proper sizes, and they said no. I suspect the return policy is made burdensome so people don't actually return anything. I've never written a bad review of a company before, but they truly frustrated and disappointed me.

I wrote a negative review and have now been told that if I take my review down they will give me a label to return to a US fulfillment center. Really? First of all I don't trust their promise to send me anything. More importantly, this is unethical. There are a TON of fake reviews on this site, it is a disservice to consumers to google stylewe and see that it has 4 stars. I just filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and will keep going until this vendor gives me my money back and changes their return policies or at minimum is transparent about them at TIME OF ORDER. Ironically, seems like they should have a US service center that processes returns in a timely way - then there would be no complaints, right? No one minds take a risk on a cheap, stylish piece of clothing... it's just when you can't return it that it becomes a problem.

I am a new customer to stylewe, ordered a couple of times. They shipping is prompt and communication is exceptional. I got my dresses quicker than expectation after all the review. I love my orders. The second one had a little problem, I wrote to them, their response was quick. Sent some pictures and got a full refund. One word excellent service.
I have ordered some goods - sizes not true to normal sizing - I went to return the goods it was very difficult - eventually after a cost of £20 - the items were returned to me today after 2 months as they would not accept the package. Quality poor - sizing not correct - will not purchase anything again from this site

My only problem was that one was item was sent in an xxlarge. I tried to notify them that I didn't want it but there is no way to contact them. The e mail system is not good. I kept the item but I am not happy with it. Once the order is placed there is no way to change it.
