First, I would like to acknowledge every time I've email Stylewe, I've received a fairly quick response. Though I don't always agree with the outcome such as receiving only 20% on a purchase so you don't have to return an item. I personally think I should at least receive 40%. I don't know the cost of shipping overseas. I also think the shipping is pretty pricy from the start compared to other companies. Since I love your clothing, they are stylish and made with quality material, I pay the expensive shipping.

StyleWe website uses beautiful, stylish models to promote very fashionable clothing. Mostly reasonable price. Unfortunately, they don't actually carry normal sizes for the majority of clothing items available for sale. So far, I'm 1 for 6 getting a desired item delivered. Have two orders sitting in the netherworld of being paid and being communicated that the 3 -week delivery notice actually means "Pre-Sale" and once they receive the item, it will be another 3 weeks. In the meantime, they have my $$ via credit card for months. Three other items are available in sizes like XXL. For S or M its an "Arrival Notice" customer relationship scheme, which never comes - after 12 months, 6 months and 4 months respectively - all the while StyleWe continues to show these items on my account and in targeted advertising to my browsers. Very bizarre. I can't imagine nor have I ever seen a credible fashion brand manage their website and sales inventory in this manner.

I ordered an evening gown and it is PERFECT. First, the price was very economical, which gave me great value. Plus, my order arrived earlier than expected. I had heard horror stories about people ordering clothing from OTHER sites, so I braced myself. STYLEWE.COM came through with great quality and service. They have earned my confidence. Lastly, I like the fact that I was able to use PayPal. This gave me another level of security. Thank you, Stylewe!

Where did you purchase your dress and I would be able to say Stylewe... and you would have customers due to the dress that I would be wearing. Also, I will NOT find this dress anywhere else. If i could order this dress in my size at this price and get other dresses with less than $20.00 shipping fee. I would order this. I really want this dress.

They took your money but never send your orders when you ask they said the address was wrong! I use the same address to other online shopping and there is no problem only but they said the wrong address! Shameless and ridiculous people! I spent more then 150$ and they want to refund me only 40% of my money! Robbers! Shame on you!

I loved the style and Color, I usually wear between a 14-16. According to the chart, it said (XXL) which turned out to be to big. Now I know to Just go with the XL, on my next order. You have a variety of clothing to choose from. And for me that's a Bonus. (Good Job)

Just discovered this store. Excellent quality, tasteful and stylish, perfect for work or play. Styles are simple so u can dress up or down depending on accessories.

Dress arrived weeks late and super small for being an XXL size. I weigh 125lbs I couldnt get it over my head.

I asked to return and they stayed refund center was in China. Do not buy from these people

After falling in love with STyleWe on line, and ordering 3 items, I read all the bad reviews. My items arrived beautifully packaged and unlike others, I found the quality excellent. I did check the sizing before ordering and ordered up a size. One of the items was still too small. I requested a return and got an immediate email back saying I would be contacted in 24 hours. That was 7 days ago, and even thinking of the New Years etc, I'm worried now I won't ever get my money back. There is no information in the packing for returns, other than to email the company as I did. Supper disappointed. I already had picked out a couple more items, but won't be ordering again. I suspect they won't be in business long it they continue as such. You can order from them but possibly can't return. I will repost if I hear from them. I've sent 2 emails complaining.

Tip for consumers:
Through Site Jabber I got a response and was asked to send it back and they gave me a NY address. Taking a leap of faith asking for a larger size OR a refund. Actually think their clothes are really cute. I didn't agree with the complaints about the quality or sizing. The sizes are supper small. The clothes are made in China, like everything else I buy. When I have bought French clothes, they are also supper small. I normally wear a Medium and sized up all but one item. I am a 8-10 in US

I've been ordering StyleWe online for quite sometime. About 4 times. I usually purchase clothes for women, jewelry, home accessories and bags.

Tips in purchasing:
1. Look up the reviews before purchasing item
2. Measure yourself properly to choose right size clothing
3. Read up on what type of material of clothing
4. Enlarge actual item by clicking on image
If you aren't happy with the product, send an email and they will review.
Overall, I like their products and will continue to order through them.

Why big salute? Answer is very straightforward, I exchanged my pre-ordered things without ton of arguing. I had ordered for some women knitwear, price was pretty good as well as the delivery packet reached quickly but, I am oppressed due to mismatched size. Among five two were ok, rest three frustrated me a bit. After mailing my details, a new packet they sent to me without charging extra and all those are well fitted to guys. It was happend only for a dedicated customer service team.

I suggest everyone if you are looking for great prices, constant sizing, high fashion then this is a suitable place for online shopper. There customer service is too good, they respond quickly to solve the problem at any cost and that's why i am highly recomanded this store to all. It's not silk and cashmere obviously But I look fantastic in everything I've bought here every time. But i notice some negative review here that's why i am little bit disappoint. Hope it will solve very soon.

I made my first order 10 days ago because I heard good things about Style WE and their site is engagiung. However, after waiting for 10 days with no communication I am truly disappointed. Their site has a "contact US", but also says if you do not hear from us in 48 hours send an email to services@ stylewe.com. Why add 2 more days? So, I did this right away. I will edit this post, but am most concerned.

Had looked for a long time, finally found a pair if trousers I thought I could wear. Only trouble is. They need to ship my order. Tracking numbers supplied do not work and USPS has no record of the tracking number they provided. They blame Covid 19 but I have received orders in an average of 16 days from other suppliers in China. Disappointing to say the least, dishonest at best.

Tip for consumers:
That this is a legitimate company and actually ships the item ordered.

Products used:
Product not received been in transit but no tracking number worked. Responses always say same thing ... no tracking information found!!! Keep being told item has shipped.

Some of their stuff is quite nice. Returning anything (like for broken buttons, rivets come out, or flat out poor quality) is a royal pain in the rear. The hoops they make you jump through, and the fact they flat out ignore their own process and intentionally make it difficult makes this a "Don't use" site.

Im not sure what is possessing me to waste my time communicating with Style-we. But like anyone else that orders merchandise online and works hard for their money, I feel compelled to do so. It has however, become imminently clear that this company will not be in business for long. But I am hoping that my follow-up today will convince others to stay away.

After several attempts at a resolution and/or a refund, style-we sent me a new pair of shoes. The shoes received are ALSO damaged (cut strap, unable to fasten) and they have such a strong foul odor that I had to put them outside of my house.

I implore anyone that is considering ordering clothes from this website, to give it a second thought. There are far too many other websites that are more reputable and wont steal your money.

It should be clear to anyone that is reading these reviews and also reading style-wes responses, that the responses are form (generic) and do not even address the issue. (please see their emails)

Ordered two pairs of shoes. Both pairs had the straps cut and are not wearable (no way to fasten the buckles). Their first response was a request that I send photos, (which I did, the pics clearly show the defect); their 2nd response was an offer for a partial refund; their 3rd response was argumentative stating that the shoes were intact when sent to me; that its too costly to return them to China (actually California, but I guess somewhere that starts with a C); and lastly that I should bring them to a tailor for repair.

If this werent so ridiculous, it would be funny. I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering the shoes. Secondly, I wish I would have gone with my gut. Their web site and ordering process are sub par. Hard to order and I had to wait forever for shoes to arrive (not even in boxes, rather in flimsy cheap bags).

Lesson learned. I hope many others will take the time to write a review. And my hope is that these reviews are read and taken seriously. There are far too many good shopping websites to choose from, and people are much too savvy to engage with the bad ones. It will not be long before they go out of business.

STYLEWE Thieves and worse? I have emailed and emailed begging for help but each time they respond with a different name "Amy/Elaine/Max/Serie/more! My case has been dragging on. There is NO WAY TO RETURN anything. I paid over $50 to ship back to China. The address they gave was not existent. Package came back to me 6 months later "address unknown". No surprise. I seldom write reviews, or dispute anything. But I want to alert other potential victims
They don't deny it in their emails but ask me to order more stuff and they will give me big discounts!
8months later its too late to get a refund from Paypal or my credit card so I kiss all my money goodbye and throw out the items that look terrible and do not fit.
Read all the other reviews. Im not alone. I wish I had read these reviews first. Im the idiot! I agree with other reviews now..."Stay away away away". Worse than zero stars. Don't believe the photos as you can never return anything! Im happy I could warn you.

Have nice clothes but the zipper on all the clothes break. Would love if they use strong zippers instead of the flimsy ones. I have 3 outfits with zipper breaking after just wearing them once. Disappointed with that. Also returning is a pain. Not offering free returns is a bummer. Paying $17 to return a $22 outfit does not make sense. Also not being able to return for outfit being defective after one wear is a dud. I may not be shopping anymore since these experiences are not appealing to me

I bought a dress which had bad quality, got loose treads, make my 94lb dancer looks fat with this dress, the zipper hard to unzip. I send pictures to them, but they just told me there are not damaged, I need pay for shipping.

What do you think about an H-line silhouette if you have a square type body? Me too was very skeptical after ordering the cloth online with Stylewe. This nonstretchy H-line 3/4 sleeve lapel casual coat gave me a real goose bump. The lapel neckline is new to me, and it definitely made me look attractive like never before. I felt so happy with the aesthetic color combination of yellow, white and black.

I have cancelled my order on the second day after placing it after reading the reviews and noticing that my order hasnt been processed yet. Stylewe refused to give me a full refund sending me their T&Cs that, if you read it carefully, basically state that you will loose your money no matter what. They refuse to provide their address or directors names. It took almost a week of emails full of excuses to get a partial refund. They block all honest reviews on Facebook and Instagram, if you read there are only positive comments from people who never bought from them. In short: I was charged for goods not being delivered. My advice stay away, save yourself money and aggravation.

I don't typically send a negative review but this site is so grossly incompetent--people shiiuld be warned. I waited three weeks for an order that was supposed to arrive in 10 days. Emailed the customer service to get my shipping info and received three (different) incorrect tracking numbers.

I tried contacting them on their Facebook page and they pulled down any "non-flattering" comments... so if you really need help with an order that is a good place to get attention...

I got a sweet note from my kid sister tucked in at the door leading into my apartment say thanks Emmy, dont know what Ill do without you, see how this tank fits me like white on rice. Of course shes happy with the fact that I got her something new and casual for her welcome party. The product is simple and the design conveys her pursuit of being modest in her dress sense. The shopping mall rocks. Expecting their clearance sales and Ill be ready for more.

I needed two new dresses for a fancy event within a week. Love printed silk, and decided to try Style We. After reading some neg. Reviews was very careful to check their sizing ( am two sizes larger than normal with them)and delivery times. I was worried, so emailed the company about my order twice. They replied, and both items arrived in time! Wore one, and the other was too snug. I followed their exact return policy to return the item, and email them the tracking number from USPS. A credit was issued before they could possibly have received the dress back. I feel very good about my experiences with this company and their dresses are beautiful. My online interactions were prompt and clear.

Hello. I have purchased 25 dresses from them so far. All excellent quality and style. Every dress gets compliment and I love their dresses. It's simply awesome and designer wears at affordable prices. One item came little defective- missing fringes. I sent an email got a reply within 2 days. They asked for picture. Sent the picture and they refunded my money in 2 days.
Also I wanted to return one dress as it was running little smaller. They sent back return address which was in New York. However since the dress is so pretty I have decided to lose weight and then try that or if in 2-3 months I fail to do this, will pass it to someone who is 1size smaller than me. Also the clothes arrive on time and with excellent wrapping

I purchased six items over a short period. Three had to be returned. Getting all of the labels and preparing them for return took an inordinate amount of time. It is not included in the package, you have to go on line and follow very lengthy and confusing instructions to get your return labels. You then pay to return. Each item returned had their shipping label attached. I receive an email that they did not receive one of the items. I have sent the shipping number, date and a picture of the item. Many emails have passed between to no avail. I am simple out the money I paid and they have no solution. Additionally, if you purchase an item and it goes on sale and you return it. They refund the sales price. I do a lot of mail order and this is a nightmare compared to dealing with any other company I have dealt with. I am sure that the designers they represent would not condone this process. N Tuck

I am extremely pleased with the 3 leather items that just arrived from Stylewe! I placed my order on 5/9/16 and it arrived via UPS today (5/16). Two black leather handbags and a calfskin wallet were all accurately represented on the website, are beautifully designed and very high quality! This was my 2nd order from Stylewe.com and this makes 6 absolutely gorgeous items that I have received with no issues. I have become obsessed with browsing there and love that I can actually afford (most of) the wonderful things I find! My taste is usually way out of line with my budget but with Stylewe, it is not a problem:-) I have already placed a third order for two more handbags in spring colors! The community will enable all parties to communicate, share ideas, and recognize each other. It would not only provide instant feedback for fashion designers when launching new concepts or products, but would also allow customers to share their shopping experiences and fashion dreams.
