First, I would like to acknowledge every time I've email Stylewe, I've received a fairly quick response. Though I don't always agree with the outcome such as receiving only 20% on a purchase so you don't have to return an item. I personally think I should at least receive 40%. I don't know the cost of shipping overseas. I also think the shipping is pretty pricy from the start compared to other companies. Since I love your clothing, they are stylish and made with quality material, I pay the expensive shipping.

StyleWe website uses beautiful, stylish models to promote very fashionable clothing. Mostly reasonable price. Unfortunately, they don't actually carry normal sizes for the majority of clothing items available for sale. So far, I'm 1 for 6 getting a desired item delivered. Have two orders sitting in the netherworld of being paid and being communicated that the 3 -week delivery notice actually means "Pre-Sale" and once they receive the item, it will be another 3 weeks. In the meantime, they have my $$ via credit card for months. Three other items are available in sizes like XXL. For S or M its an "Arrival Notice" customer relationship scheme, which never comes - after 12 months, 6 months and 4 months respectively - all the while StyleWe continues to show these items on my account and in targeted advertising to my browsers. Very bizarre. I can't imagine nor have I ever seen a credible fashion brand manage their website and sales inventory in this manner.

Me and my girl friends planned a girls night at home as you know, to gossip a little bit, eat and drink something and why not? Do some online shopping. We decided to buy the same article for an especial occasion, and we chose three Jade&Cloud Balloon Sleeve Polyester Plain Vintage Turtleneck Blouses. Of course it was shipped and delivered on time and everything was perfect; the fabric and texture of the blouses are pretty nice and they werent expensive at all. I think Ill get some accessories soon.

The stretchy black casual scoop neckline knitted stripes sweater has become my most favorite ever since the day I purchased it online. The stripe design on the lower portion starting from the waistline and the stripe frill sleeve gives a casual feel for the cloth. Being a scoop neckline, it looks perfect when I mix match and wear with any type of pants

I was so excited about this site! I ordered 5 dresses planning on returning a few for a wedding I'm attending next week and paid for expedited shipping. Then I read the reviews. Ugh. I tried to cancel my order bc it was clear I wouldn't get the clothes on time and I'm pretty sure they won't fit. I'm 5'10 and size 10-12 American. No response. Disputing with good ol' AMEX as of yesterday. Really disorganized company, and of course subsequently unprofessional. Not worth it.

Order NO. 3C*******. I filed a request for return and still haven't heard from them. Their reply: "Thanks for contacting us. Your Return/Exchange request is received. Our customer service representative will review your request and get back to you in 48 hours". This material of the clothe is inferior, not as attractive as shown online. I bought it on 2016-03-12 17:14:33 EST but it was delivered on 2016-4-1, it took 20 days, not 7-10 days as they promised for free standard shipping. For delays, they will always tell you it's stuck at the custom, or somehow shipping delayed out of their control. I would like to get this refunded, please.

Normally it would take 7-10 business days for standard shipping, but previously due to custom issue, some packages we sent out got help up at the custom and hence cause the delay, we are sorry for that. I was really happy with the quality of my order it looks just like the picture if not better. It fit just like the measurements states and it was perfect. I give them a 5-star rating for quality and free shipping is great! I don't mind waiting the few extra days for free shipping it's so worth it. The value was better than what I paid as well. It’s a top quality item for a very good price. I will continually shop at this online site they have earned me as a customer for life.

I wish I could give this company a negative number for a review. Sizing chart is wrong, product shipped does not match pictures, and fabrics are of inferior quality. Initial return address is China, but if you complain enough they will give you the Calif return address. Still fighting to get credit card charges reversed.

Did not like your Blue polyester dress with the multicolor sides split. I will not waste my time to return I just won't trust to shop on this site again. Clothes looks much better in the picture than when you receive it.

I ordered a coat and dress on February 16th. It's now March 21st and the items are still showing as "processing". I've emailed several times to inquire about my order and when my items will ship, but have never received an answer.

When I need a special occasion dress I am looking for something colorful, new and unique. (I dread going to the mall stores to shop, where dresses for women are all so boringly similar!) StyleWe had an impressive variety of dresses and outfits by independent designers. The clothing descriptions were very accurate. Each outfit has a specific measurement chart which proved precise and each item fit as predicted. The 3 items I ordered were delivered quickly and carefully packed and the item I returned was quickly handled and refunded. Check it out and do your wardrobe a favor.

I am going to dispute the charge with my CC Bank. Company does not stand by their return policy. Item did not fit and had a small defect. I had to send pictures which they said they didn't receive. When admitting receipt they claim the picture of the defect is not the item (the only item I have ordered) in question. They now request a picture of the garment and it's label. This has been going on for weeks.

Tip for consumers:
I received your return label - AFTER filing a dispute with my credit card bank. I am still skeptical of your integrity as this site, which I wish I had know about before ordering from you, responses state that upon return of your merchandise, they still have not received their credit from you - glad I have my bank involved. You are proving to be not only disreputable, but at best VERY hard to deal with.

Ok so, online shopping portals are all alike. They have offers, show discounts and try to entice me into buying stuff that I really don't need. Many a times, they succeed but I am left feeling dumb at the end of it all since I never wanted it to start with. StyleWe though is a lot different.

The site's clean white look is easy on the eye and naturally welcoming. Best of all, the moment I began scrolling down I realized two things - they don't have discounted prices for every piece of clothing and second they actually have a lot of freelancing designers on their payroll. All-in-all, I felt more confident buying from them since they weren't trying to dupe me with misleading pricing and my money was going not to the big designers and brands but to budding small time folks with a passion to make fashion.

I will be buying more from StyleWe in the months to come that's for sure!

Tip for consumers:
Make sure you check out individual designer pages, many actually have a proper collection to their name and once you fall in love with a designer, you won't look elsewhere.

After emailing 4 times and calling 5 they finally sent me a return label. Don't expect to get one on their site. They don't really want your returns.

The return was processed 75 days ago--STILL NO REFUND. They just kept the dress and the money.

But they are in CHINA--so no recourse for us shoppers.

And the dress was a mess. Crooked seams, sections unsown altogether--it looked like an 8 year old made it. Maybe one did. You know how they use child labor in China.

This is the first time I bought something from StyleWe and was wondering how useful it can be, but Hurray! It was an amazing experience after one of the dresses caught my eye and in no time I paid for it. The delivery was on time as mentioned without any hustle.

One thing I would like to mention, StyleWe is really a womens paradise. They have some great variety of dresses designed by some real professional designers within varying range. When I received my item, I was so excited to see if it was the same what I ordered. I was really happy as StyleWe didnt disappoint me at all. It was comfortable with high quality of fabric in great design and in reasonable price as well. Will buy some more soon. Thank you

Ordered a top on-line that arrived in less than one week. Although it fit a bit too tightly in the arms, the return/refund process was very smooth and quick. I received a RM label to ship clothing back. As soon as it arrived, I received a message indicating it was received and my refund would be processed in 3 days. It happened just as indicated. I was very happy with StyleWe's service and would definitely order from them again.

Ordering from Stylewe is like playing roulette... FIrst, their sizes are all over the place. I wear medium and received anything from XXL to small petite, in spite of following their sizing charts. Returns are a BIG NO. Shipping costs to China are so high that you are better off just donating their stuff. I have ordered about 15 items, lured by their website and their attractive pricing structure with discounts for multiple items ordered, only two items are wearable, the rest either the wrong size, incomplete outfits or just not what the website promised. One item was a "Leather purse" that smelled so offensive that after three weeks of airing it, I just had to get rid of it. Two out of 15 - too expensive for my budget! I actually save tons of money by going to Macys instead. One last thing: shipping times. Anything from 4 weeks to 3 months. Even with Covid, 3 months is just too long. So - not a fan of Stylewe.

Tip for consumers:
Go to Macy's instead. You will save tons of money in the long run.

I ordered (and paid for) 5 dresses – only 3 were shipped and took about two months to arrive. One had already lost its buttons (they had fallen off). The sizes were wacky even though I looked at their sizing chart before ordering, so nothing fit. The quality was OK and I liked the pattern of the fabric, but the dresses were unwearable. Since the company is in China there is no way to return things or get a refund.

I ordered 3 items. 2 dresses and a blouse. All should be made from silk and were quite expensive. 2 items are fine, very good quality and look exactly as on the internet. The third one (dress) was pure polyester, with a tag made from silk, as described on the website. Plus it stinks like hell, pure chemicals. I tried to solve this cheating issue with the customerservice of stylewe, but they say only, i can return it. Sending it back will cost somewhat 17 euro, plus i have paid the taxes, etc. stylewe does not feel responsible for this. Bad shop. Some items are nice, but you can not be sure, what you get.

This company is not reliable. I ordered two shipments for Christmas present of 2017. The delivery time was supposed to be 7 to 12 business days. I did not receive until end of January 2018 couple days a go. I called and the representative told me due to delays I can return and they will cover shipment and as long as I put all and both shipments in ONE box. Her name was Medicine and I believe she is China. There has been at least 20 emails back and forth and they do not stand up to what they promised. The customer service lied at least 5 or 6 times about different issues and forgot what they other representative has said already. I wrote a complaint letter to PayPal and they wrote a letter to them explaining. I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND this online shopping company.

I was surprisingly happy with my purchases. When I first ordered, an item arrived defective, but they were so quick to send me a replacement and find a solution. I am very satisfied with the quality of the bikinis I ordered. I will definitely change my collection to just clothes from this boutique.

The best online clothing store! I have always bought clothes and accessories online here and the delivery and shipping process is always fast. I love it because they have so much unique fashion that I can't find online anywhere else. Also a lot of discounts, which is very tempting to buy more! :)

The clothes on this website are of good quality, exactly as on the web, the colors correspond, the sizes are consistent. The only bad thing is that when placing an order at my house the shipping took longer than expected, because I live a bit far away, but that is not a problem.

I ordered handbag approximatively two weeks ago and it has reached me within 8 days. However, the fabric quality was fine and you can hardly found better quality than this at such a reasonable price. By the way I had no time to go out for shopping and waste too much time in selecting. I have had experience with many online retailers and I can say that Stylewe is the best.

I was of the opinion that online products are not of better quality. But, trust me, StyleWe surprised me. Last week I purchased a floral printed dress from them, and guess what, I got the perfect size and top quality material. The price was worth it. Obviously, StyleWe is my shopping destination now.

The black casual color block mini dress comes in a long sleeve that completely covers my hands, and the crew neck made it look perfect on me. The A-line silhouette made a simple appeal to the outfit. Overall this is my favorite spring outfit that I prefer to wear for my daily workplace

I have used this website several times to buy clothes. They always delivered in a few days! The products were of great quality and good price. They also offer a return, which is great when I'm always in between sizes depending on the fit of the clothes. They offer excellent customer service.
