First, I would like to acknowledge every time I've email Stylewe, I've received a fairly quick response. Though I don't always agree with the outcome such as receiving only 20% on a purchase so you don't have to return an item. I personally think I should at least receive 40%. I don't know the cost of shipping overseas. I also think the shipping is pretty pricy from the start compared to other companies. Since I love your clothing, they are stylish and made with quality material, I pay the expensive shipping.
StyleWe website uses beautiful, stylish models to promote very fashionable clothing. Mostly reasonable price. Unfortunately, they don't actually carry normal sizes for the majority of clothing items available for sale. So far, I'm 1 for 6 getting a desired item delivered. Have two orders sitting in the netherworld of being paid and being communicated that the 3 -week delivery notice actually means "Pre-Sale" and once they receive the item, it will be another 3 weeks. In the meantime, they have my $$ via credit card for months. Three other items are available in sizes like XXL. For S or M its an "Arrival Notice" customer relationship scheme, which never comes - after 12 months, 6 months and 4 months respectively - all the while StyleWe continues to show these items on my account and in targeted advertising to my browsers. Very bizarre. I can't imagine nor have I ever seen a credible fashion brand manage their website and sales inventory in this manner.
Fast and reliable shipping. Beautiful elegant and ferminino dress with pleated side details that give a flattened figure. Excellent follow-up updates via email regarding shipping and delivery. The website is easy to use. Highly recommend for clothing and styles and online shopping as well as customer service.
Ordered on July 6, FAQ's state 3-5 to get processing. Full week. Emailed them and was sent email that it was ready to ship on July 12. Have gotten 2 different emails saying it has shipped (July 12 and July 20) only for it to sit somewhere in LA. It is currently Sitting somewhere in LA as of July 28. I live in So. Cal. Again FAQ's state 7-12 business days to receive. And we Still wait. Tick, tick, tick...
I have bought 2 dresses from them, I got it within 10 days, but then every both of the them has the same measurement under product detail. 1 is too not able to put on, the other one I can put it one, but then the workmanship is not good, the dress not look even on both side. I have send an email to request for return, and now 48 hours later, I still haven't heard back form them yet.
Last month, I placed an order for a dress from StyleWe, and I was amazed at the speed of delivery. I couldn't believe it! Besides, it fits perfectly, and it matches the sample photo on the site and description. The price is ridiculously affordable, and I wonder why anyone would ever order anything else from any other store. Even when I emailed them about a particular dress I saw on Pinterest, they answered right back with the exact place to locate it on their online store. StyleWe is setting a pace in their industry with class, style and fun. They deserve seven stars.
Every order I've made at StyleWe has arrived earlier than anticipated and in good condition. Even when I made a mistake in the order, they were willing to work with me on giving store credit and assistance so I felt compensated for my mistake and I didn't feel stupid for making it. The items I've ordered have all been good quality, especially for the price point.
I saw their clothes so asked my sister to buy me something from there for my birthday. It arrived and did not fit my body. The clothes are sized for teenagers and/or adults with petite body frames. The return process was difficult and required me positing a complaint on site jabber before getting the refund. If you return an item you must have all records of shipping; return receipts, verification of shipping and mailing. Not just the RMA code.

I saw this store online, and I think I have spent quite a lot of time on it looking at lots of different clothing, swimwear, and lots of pretty accessories and bags. I liked that there are so many designers to look through. All the designer clothing look all very decent! The site is easy to look and browse through for anyone.
All the clothes looked like it would be very expensive, but the store was not too pricey and was in a good price range for me.
The people of StyleWe are very kind as well. They reply fast to my messages, and the store has very good service overall. It makes me want to buy a load from them to thank them for their affordable, beautiful, great clothing.
Everything is different from the pictures you look at. Most of the time the sizing is off by 4-6 sizes, the material is cheap, craftsmanship is very very poor. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
They also make sure to discourage returning the items by making you pay international return mail fees to China.

Oh my goodness! I placed an order from stylewe a week ago and received it the next week the items were every womens dream shear elegance and sophistication and style perfect fit smooth to the touch love it many kudos to these designers and website for there excellence i cant wait for the next great shopping experience.
I have purchased some items online here recently; They always arrive quickly and have no problem to return if the sizes are wrong etc. Customer service has always been great, making them my 'go' when I need a new outfit :) I recently received a faulty dress and they responded quickly. They provided a solution to suit me!
I was overall fine with this company although I had problem with their sizes because each designer has different sizes. However, I recently noticed that Lanny no longer reads customer's comments. Only automatic responses are being sent to customers. Given the fact that there is no telephone number for this company and they do not read emails, customers have no way to give them our input, which is BAD.
My recent issue was that I did not get a full refund after returning a dress. $2.90 was subtracted without a reason. I sent an email to ask, but no replies. My order number is 27N*******
I noticed that more and more people like this company. They used to offer free shipping all the times, recently they charge shipping fee for items less than $60. When their business is growing with all of faithful customers' support, they need to know how important customers' feedback is.

I ordered 4 items using their App to avail of the 20% discount on the entire order promotion. The 3 items that cost over $100 each are really nice. I could say really good quality wool and leather. But the polyester dress that cost $64 is very thin. You need to layer inside.
Packaging is shocking. My order came in plastic wrapped with clear packing tape around it and the clothes inside were really crumpled. It did not look like you have a $300+ worth of merchandise inside (well, I do I lot of online shopping and my items normally come in nice shipping boxes). But after using the Dryel At Home Dry Cleaner and steamer, the wool dress and coat came back closest to their original look. I'll bring them to the professional dry cleaners after I use them.

Very useful website! I've been trying for years to find a place on the web where I can buy great clothes and this is the best site I found is the best! They have so many interesting clothes and I could spend hours sorting and looking at items. Very easy and safe website, but above all fun.
After much emailing back and forth they did help me and sent me my authorization label. I might consider buying again from them but they need to work on the order page. The dresses are very nice but much to small. I wear a size 8 or medium but their medium is more like a extra small.

StyleWe has been one of my favorite online shops since last year when I discovered them. They have some of the best classiest and stylish pieces to choose from! Not to mention, the clothes are always high-quality and fit really well!
The shipping is fairly fast and I always recommend StyleWe to all my friends and family.
This is the worst online buying experience I have ever encountered. On June 2nd I ordered a red dress & paid $28.43. When I received it I was shocked because the quality was so poor it looked like a kid's Halloween costume purchased at Party City. When I returned it on 7/3 it cost me $11.05 for the return. According to the tracking, they received the return on 7/7 and on 7/16 I still had not received my refund! I will make sure that everyone I know on social media knows to stay away from Stylewe and stick to Amazon where you can make an easy return if not satisfied (although I have never purchased anything on Amazon that was such POOR QUALITY).
So basically I paid $28.43 for junk, paid $11.05 to return ($39.48 total) & got refunded $18.44 on 7/20.
So it cost me $21.04 for a bunch of aggravation - NO THANKS! I'll stick to Amazon! Bad & expensive learning experience!

Quality was nice. I bought a trench coat. Sleeves were half way up my arm and extremely tight. I wear a size 10-12 and purchased a Large. It said they would be 26 inches long and they are not even close. Took forever to arrive as well. I would order from this company if the sizes weren't so odd and it didn't take weeks to arrive.

I love the various styles of clothing in this boutique. If it doesn't fit or even if it's not very flattering, you can easily return it with all the documentation inside your package when you receive it! The quality of the products is good and the size information is always available online.
I looked at many different types of boots from many different online stores and websites. The quality of the boots in this store was instantly apparent when I saw it. Shopping with this website is a very satisfying experience for me. And my boots are absolutely beautiful! I will definitely order again.
In this website there is a lot of variety and beautiful clothes. The online support service is very friendly and I am very happy shopping here. One of my orders arrived after 13 days, the other arrived in less than 10 days, but it says 15-25 business days, so I was warned.
I honestly love ordering from StyleWe. I was a skeptic at first, but the clothes are such great quality that I am totally hooked now. They guarantee 5-14 business days but my orders are always on the lower end of that. And they have such diversity that I hardly shop anywhere else.
I emailed for a return within the time window due to a size difference and they pointed me to return system. In my opinion, this was "me filing for a return". Someone acknowledged and received my order so I thought I was good. When I actually did go into the system (which is terrible!), it was indeed past the 30 days so my return was denied.
I was speaking to a human CSR so I thought they would make an exception for being a couple days late, but was denied my return. I argued my case, but they stood firm denying everything. I told them how disappointed I was and would never shop here again - they didn't care.
Apparently the $200 they made from selling me their clothes was more valuable to them than their reputation or having a lifelong customer. STAY AWAY!.

Shopping online for fit is already iffy. However, the quality of the fabrics was just dreadful. One item was printed fabric but the wide sleeves showed the white-ish reverse and it was VERY unpretty to look at!
I kept 2 items for someone I think will like them - one was good old reliable white cotton - and the rest I donated to Goodwill. Not worth returning. I'll not shop here again, I'm sorry to say, I'm done.
I like the definitely-not-from-Macy's items.

I did not notice the kimonos in the store until I got to the part of an audition where the nature act had to be of oriental origin. I found out that my solutions were still found in this same store. So happy that I just did not have to go further than I have already been. Now I can get the best candidate to audition for an oriental role, and not only that, Im assured of a good performance with this attire. Nice one
