First, I would like to acknowledge every time I've email Stylewe, I've received a fairly quick response. Though I don't always agree with the outcome such as receiving only 20% on a purchase so you don't have to return an item. I personally think I should at least receive 40%. I don't know the cost of shipping overseas. I also think the shipping is pretty pricy from the start compared to other companies. Since I love your clothing, they are stylish and made with quality material, I pay the expensive shipping.

StyleWe website uses beautiful, stylish models to promote very fashionable clothing. Mostly reasonable price. Unfortunately, they don't actually carry normal sizes for the majority of clothing items available for sale. So far, I'm 1 for 6 getting a desired item delivered. Have two orders sitting in the netherworld of being paid and being communicated that the 3 -week delivery notice actually means "Pre-Sale" and once they receive the item, it will be another 3 weeks. In the meantime, they have my $$ via credit card for months. Three other items are available in sizes like XXL. For S or M its an "Arrival Notice" customer relationship scheme, which never comes - after 12 months, 6 months and 4 months respectively - all the while StyleWe continues to show these items on my account and in targeted advertising to my browsers. Very bizarre. I can't imagine nor have I ever seen a credible fashion brand manage their website and sales inventory in this manner.

Stumbled onto to StyleWe via Facebook ads and tried them out. I have gotten several very amazing dresses and tops and for the most part very pleased. They did ship me the incorrect dress within a large order of mine and in the process of emailing and returning, I passed the 30 day window. So now I am told i can only get a site credit vs. my refund. This is very upsetting as I returned several items that totaled a significant amount. They didn't even want the incorrect dress sent back but I feel at minimum I should get refunded for the money paid for something that was never shipped to me. I hope to resolve this issue and eventually receive a refund since i do like the site and some of the designers that I have figured out the sizing on. If not, it is too bad because without the ability to return items and get a refund, I will shop elsewhere and tell my friends also.

I recently placed order for 2 dresses from this site and when they finally came the quality of the material was so bad, stitching was coming off from every where i sent pictures to their email address to send dress back get the refund, they wouldn't quiet accept on refund and try to negotiate. If the price of the dress is 50$ to 60$ they give refund of 15% and say to fix it with out sending back, i even tried this option and in order to get them fixed tailors are charging more that 30$. I am so done with this site. Will never recommend to anyone.

On February 2 2018 - 5 Items order (I paid $25.00 extra for 2 day express Shipping). Received 3 items on February 9 2018.

On February 12,2018 (I paid $53.65 Return Shipping Fee) - 3 items returned(wrong size) & lost in CHINA Postal February 18,2018, more than 30 days ago.

I spoke to Customer Service Representative (KITTY) "Sorry we have not received it yet. We don't know when it will arrive neither. Usually return to China will take a very long time during transit.(Over 2-3 months)".

StyleWe now offering 40% store credit?

On March 29 2018 I finally received the balance of the order.

Now that's what I call express shipping!

Tip for consumers:
Clothing Sizes vary. Small is extra small, Large is Small. "Objects in Rear View Mirror Are Larger Than They Appear"

StyleWe is more interested in profit than customer service. I need to return 1 of 2 dresses. StyleWe sends this email: "Since the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any other related return charges, to help you skip the return hassle, we would like to offer you one of the following..." Other online retailers make retinong items hassle-free, whether I pay for shipping or not. Honestly, I plan to discourage shopping at StyleWe due to their discouragement of me getting my money back-it is mine, after all!

I have requested a refund from stylewe and after a prompt response that I will hear form the representative to get my shipping label, there is nothing. No communication. I am finding some distressing stories here and on internet about this company not processing returns as promised, or if they process, taking the cloths back and not refunding money. I have received two orders for stylewe and both arrived at a reasonable time are of great quality. One of them is not a material I expected or as it was de
Scribed and it does not look good on me. I have to more items purchased to arrive. I wanted to order more, but at this point I am not buying anything else until I make sure they honor their return policy. Too bad, they are loosing sales by being so unprofessional. So far I do not recommend this company if you think you may need to return the item.
Since I published this review, stylewe contacted me and handled the refund. So I am changing the 2 stars to 4 stars

I order items from Style We for a special event. After a month of waiting, the quality of the product was so poor that I will have to shop elsewhere. In addition the item did not fit and I ordered 2 sizes up!

The return process is horrible. I would have to pay to ship the items back which I think is used as a deterrence to returning items.

I ordered a product from StyleWe over a month ago & it's still 'Pending'. I emailed the company 2 weeks after placing my order because they forgot to send me the package tracking number, something they claim to email with every confirmed order. It's weeks later now & still no reply. The product I order was over £60 so I expected much much better service than this. I very much doubt I'll receive my order before the Summer is over & I definitely won't bother using the company again.

It's sad that this is the only way I could see to get them to respond to me

I'm unable to find the "Return/Exchange" button to the right of my order - I've sent 3 e-mails requesting an "authorization" to exchange - not sure why I need an "authorization" to exchange products that don't fit, but that's what it says.

This is now my fourth attempt to get a mailing address to return the items so that StyleWe can refund my money for these 3 items. I've now filed a dispute with PayPal in compliance with my previous comment. >>
If I don't receive this information within the next 3 business days, I will dispute the charge with PayPal and with my credit card.

I did receive a refund for the item that StyleWe indicated was out of stock, but is still on their web site in the style and size that I ordered.

I look forward to your anticipated assistance to return these 3 items and receive a refund for them.

I will NEVER purchase from StyleWe.com. As a first time buyer I ordered two dresses and the sizes are completely incorrect. The Company refunded the first item, however said they never received the second item. Both were returned in the same package. They kept telling me they couldn't find it. SERIOUSLY?. I would only recommend this company to people I hate.

They must get their employees to write positive reviews. Check the English phrasing! A dead give away!

I ordered a dress that took over a month to arrive (after the event I had hoped to wear it). Furthermore, it did not fit. (Very unusual since the size I normally wear always fits.) I returned the dress and have been waiting and waiting for the refund. I have the tracking information that it was received and signed for. I tried the online chat, and the person hung up on my before answering my questions. I tried 3 more times thinking we were just accidentally cut off. No luck. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this company. The dresses may look pretty, but it's not worth it.

A few years ago, this used to be one of my "go to's" for nice Silk blouses and dresses. A year or so ago I noticed the site changed. It's very cheap with almost no actual photos of the product. It's basically one photo, zoomed in and out. They Photoshop the color and I realized unfortunately they also Photoshop the print onto the clothing, like the flowers and polkadots - they just Photoshop them onto plain shirts, etc. They take from the Internet, these are not products they sell. They just get your credit card number and run. Do not buy from them. I'm attaching an example where they're selling a dress and I recognized instantly that it was A photo of Princess Kate. I looked up princess Kate in a plaid dress and there it was. Yes the site is a scam.

I made a large purchase on this site. They charged my credit card immediately and never sent the items. When I wrote to them they said that I "never placed the order." After submitting my credit card charge, etc to prove my purchase, they finally shipped my order. The items were awful. They look NOTHING like the photos. Horrible fabrics and fit. I wrote to ask how to return the items and they told me to send it back to the address it shipped from. I did that (at my expense) and they never refunded me "because they could not find my order number." I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

I've never worked with a less transparent ordering process in my entire life. My order for two dresses has been "processing" for well over 7 business days. A full 48 hours longer than promised in their FAQ. I was given a fedex tracking number on day 5 claiming to be originating from a local shipping center, it never moved in the following two days. I was given a EC-Firstclass tracking number today where the package now says it's coming from Guangzhou. Which is fine and no surprise but the failure of the 1st agent to be more transparent about why my product had yet to ship and where it actually shipped from is absurd. So in short I still have no idea if my package has shipped, where it is and if it might ever arrive.

After waiting over 2 months for the dress I ordered, it arrived hugely defective. The outer layer was at least 6 inches too big from the under slip. I took it to a seamstress and she had to remove the sleeves, take out all the pleating and take it in. I didn't bother with the return because the last dress looked like someone had splattered bleach all over. The run around to get it refunded was not worth it again. Do not order from this company. They take forever and they are not good to their customers.

Very bad, as we speak I spent more than $500 for clothes up till now, I have not received all the clothes ordered more than 1month since I ordered. Even some delivered that were meant to be pants and blouses, they only delivered either pant or blouse. This is complete waste of money because if one is not careful you end up not getting what you paid for.

Just kept lying that the clothes have been shipped.

Did not get everything I ordered, after I complained, that I was going to return the clothes, they sent an email that they are sending the remaining clothes which was a lie because I have not received the remaining clothes, and after pay have started deducting money from my account. If I don't receive the clothes by next week, I will call my bank.

I am a curvy shaped woman and have ordered clothes that advertise a plus size and once I receive the item - it's a slim cut. An American size XL is a size 16. On this site it's a 12/14. I have a full bosom, and often times items don't allow room. My choices are limited and it's too much trouble to a refund - so I giving away or trying to sell the items. Other than that and the expensive shipping- I love the style. I just wish I could wear more of it.

Bought seven dresses from here. 5 for me and 2 for my sister. When I asked them about my order they always responded fast. I got the dresses on time, which was a relief. They are great and there a lot more to choose from on the website. They have quickly became one of my favorite places to shop

Sometimes it usually happens that there are problems when buying clothes online, but the way in which those responsible for the web react is what interests me. As happened to me in Zolucky! The return of my shoes was processed as soon as possible, with the credit in my account and the shipping costs fully covered! At first I was extremely hesitant to place an order, given all of the reviews online and being from Toronto. But I decided to place a small order. My only regret at the end of this experience is that I didn't order more. My order arrived even sooner than on time, the quality of my items was surprisingly good given the price point, and most importantly their support is perfect. Overall, my experience was excellent.

At first I was hesitant to order in Stylewe because of other people's reviews but when I decided to order in a cheap price.The quality of the dresses are fine however it was my mistake to choose size M on some. I could have ordered size S. I will advise to carefully choose your size before you order but the sizing on the website is not confusing, no worries. I will order with Stylewe again!

I realize that this is a bargain shopping venue so I do not expect designer quality. For the most part StyleWe is good value for money with wearable clothes and a quirky style. However, occasionally the quality of the fabric is very disappointing and the items do not hold up with washing and frequent wear. Some of the synthetic fabrics are cheap looking but several cotton items I bought were attractive and wearable.

The community will enable all parties to communicate, share ideas, and recognize each other.
