First, I would like to acknowledge every time I've email Stylewe, I've received a fairly quick response. Though I don't always agree with the outcome such as receiving only 20% on a purchase so you don't have to return an item. I personally think I should at least receive 40%. I don't know the cost of shipping overseas. I also think the shipping is pretty pricy from the start compared to other companies. Since I love your clothing, they are stylish and made with quality material, I pay the expensive shipping.

StyleWe website uses beautiful, stylish models to promote very fashionable clothing. Mostly reasonable price. Unfortunately, they don't actually carry normal sizes for the majority of clothing items available for sale. So far, I'm 1 for 6 getting a desired item delivered. Have two orders sitting in the netherworld of being paid and being communicated that the 3 -week delivery notice actually means "Pre-Sale" and once they receive the item, it will be another 3 weeks. In the meantime, they have my $$ via credit card for months. Three other items are available in sizes like XXL. For S or M its an "Arrival Notice" customer relationship scheme, which never comes - after 12 months, 6 months and 4 months respectively - all the while StyleWe continues to show these items on my account and in targeted advertising to my browsers. Very bizarre. I can't imagine nor have I ever seen a credible fashion brand manage their website and sales inventory in this manner.

After having a baby, I was stressed at the thought of finding an outfit for an upcoming event, but with the wide range of styles, excellent customer service, and fast shipping this boutique gave me, I will surely buy several more times!

Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China. According to our return policy, customer is responsible for return shipping cost and any other related return charges (including possible customs fee). Your refund will be processed after our return center received and inspected the return package.
Since International return might result in long waiting time and incur substantial return cost on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue. We would like to offer you 15% cash refund or 20% store credit refund (store credit offer for USD order only) instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth.

I placed an order on August 30,2019. It is now coming up on 22 business days! I've not gotten my merchandise nor any notice of a projected delivery date! I've sent emails and call to no avail. Won't do this again. Fool me once shame on you! No fool me twice!

I received two dresses that we're totally different material than advertised. They were supposed to be linen but one was shiny polyster the other a very thin cotton.
They company refuses to stand behind their products. Have had a hard time getting them to refund my money.

Update: the company refunded the cost of the dress after I contacted them with pictures and my complaint. I commend their fast response time and willingness to refund 100%.

Original review:
I loved the picture on the website for this dress. I checked reviews which were pretty good. Placed my order and Im guessing due to Covid is the reason it took a month to arrive. Sadly the collar is cut noticeably crooked; much larger on one side causing it to look very crooked and lopsided.
The website has such cute things but they are apparently made by inexperienced seamstresses.

I really enjoy waiting to see what the special offers are every day. My last purchase was easy. I really love this online clothing page, as I am disabled and trapped in bed for a few days it was perfect for shopping without leaving home, they made my experience very pleasant.

Just placed an order for $975. I'll keep everyone posted about my experience. I'm legit - not hired by this website. I have to admit I was concerned after reading reviews as well, but took the chance.

So far the shopping experience has been easy and smooth. Should be expedited shipping per promotion advertised.

I have made one request to return a duplicate dress on the order I placed an hour ago when I noticed the mistake. They responded by 1/17/16 and said they'd issue a refund for the duplicate dress in 3 days.

I ordered a coat, which I love, from StyleWe over two weeks ago. There is a slight flaw in how the pattern matches in the front, so I have tried numerous times to contact their customer service department to get a return/replacement. Every e-mail I send is returned with an auto-answer that someone will get back to me within 48 hours, but no one ever does. So far I am stuck with a coat that I can't wear and I'm out $128! Stay away from this company if you're smart!

Quite impressive of the organization of this clothing website: information, sizes, price review and filter function. Review is the most useful function that we can understand what size to choose from other experience. I think yes, it should encourage more customers to write real positive reviews.

After reading the reviews I was hesitant about the order I placed just before. But two weeks later my dress is here and it's beautiful and very well done as well.
They also included a beautiful silky scarf

PS. Only thing I have to note the dress does run small, still fit me beautifully, but you might want to keep that in mind if you are between sizes

My sister and I always buy clothes online here. It's easy and exciting... shopping is secure over the Internet, and delivered via courier service sometimes directly to our door or post office. We love the excitement of changing our wardrobe easily and at a good price.

This is the most fraudulent site ever! I ordered two dresses for $70 which is not cheap by any measure. I was told a 20% discount will be added to my first app order. First, that never happened! Second, the item shipped way too late and when I complained that it won't reach on time for my trip, the customer service said they could do nothing about it. Thirdly, the large size was a bust size 37". I am 36" but it still so so tight I can barely breathe! The size charts are also not accurate. Lastly, they say there is a return option in the order section. I cannot find it on the app and now I have to pay return shipping. With so many great clothing options in the US with easy returns, I will never shop from a China store again! Never! I have learnt my lesson.

This website is easy to use, they have a wide variety of clothing and many accessories to choose from. All the items I have purchased here have been good, with no damage or quality issues. Sometimes there are long delivery or shipping times depending on the quarantine, but other than that it's a great store. I get everything I like to wear. Its price is also cheaper than most online stores. Also, they always have some kind of discount. 10/10 would recommend.

This website sells a variety of quality clothing at incredible prices. They have regular sales and with free returns and shipping it's easy to get your items. Even when there was a problem when I paid for a t-shirt and it sold out, they not only made an immediate refund, but also sent me a discount coupon for the next purchase. I love this boutique.

I ordered for two pants - Gray casual plain H-line cropped pants - and they fitted my girlfriend just fine. Nothing else to say. Goods came in 2 weeks after ordering just as they said it would. Fabric is good for the price I paid. Just think they should work on communicating better with clients. Asides that everything was fine

These clothes are poorly made and ridiculously small. You cannot return them because the return center is in China and it would cost you more than the item originally cost to send it back. It was a nightmare to go through the app and get a coupon but you have awesome customer service that is why I came back and ordered. My shopping experience and dealing with app sucked but customer service was great! Additionally, cloth quality was outstanding and cloth sizes were pretty much my size because sometimes online shopping sizes are not true to size. They run larger or smaller. The shipping does take long time so maybe you all should have a US based partner who will assist with the shipping for faster processing. I like all my items so I will keep but one thing that may hinder me from purchasing with you all in the future is that you all don't offer free returns. If you were to do that, I'm sure your business would increase by a huge margin. I recommend you try it for 1 month and advertise as such and then you can determine if it's worth it.
