I have purchased their swimsuits for over 2 years and could not be happier. Their selection is amazing and quality even better. It is so nice to find a place that caters to us plus size women. This company truly knows how to take care of its customers.
This incredibly inept company doesn't know the first thing about shipping orders. You question and they read the same stupid useless script. Orders most often are not shipped items back ordered for months. I have been in customer service businesses my entire life. Never, have I ever experienced the blatant stupidity of this joke of an organization. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE
I regret that I did not read online reviews about this company before I perused their website and ordered a swimsuit from them. I had been looking around the site and had added a few items to the shopping cart to make a final decision from the items that caught my interest. Before submitting the order, I removed all other items I didn't want and left just 1 item in the cart. I proceeded to checkout and ordered that one item. But then I got an email from them stating that I had purchased two items -- one of the removed items had been put back into my cart. I emailed them within an hour but they replied (the next business day) that they couldn't help me. So I called their customer service line and was told that they can't change any orders after 1 hour of it being placed. It didn't matter that I had contacted them in writing within that deadline -- they too said they couldn't help me. So, I called my bank and disputed the charges and I will never do business with SwimsuitsForAll and I will warn everyone I know to likewise avoid doing business with them.

I don't normally write negative reviews... but feel compelled to share my experience here. I ordered 5 pieces (2 bottoms, 2 tops, and a coverup). All but 1 bottom were good. I called to see about an exchange on the one piece. Could not get through to anyone so I completed the online inquiry and explained my situation. I quickly received an extremely confusing response. Return/exchange policy is unclear on the packing slip as well. I tried following the instructions that were sent to me which basically involved: complete a whole new order, use a coupon code for free shipping, and then when they receive the original package, they will send the exchange and refund what they were going to charge my account for the replacement (weird). I thought ok, something doesn't seem right so I called. Spoke to a customer service representative who was clearly more confused than I was. She told me to send it back, then S4A would issue a credit to my store account. When the credit hit, I was supposed to place another order and then they would send me a replacement bottom. It makes NO sense, an exchange should be one transaction not two and it shouldn't take another month to get my damn suit. Totally ridic! I told the service rep it would be easier and less painful for me to butcher myself to fit into the suit. UGH. I kid... but this is an example of how poor the customer service is. And then she added that it is a confusing process and they are trying to work to change it and basically told me to have a nice day and hung up.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Swimsuits for All doesn't receive any stars, and if I could, I'd give them a negative version of the star. Their customer service is horrendous especially when it comes to managing returns and issuing credits for merchandise.
I ordered (2) bathing suits costing appx $75; neither of which fit me properly. I used the return label provided on the packing slip and dropped the package off at the USPS as instructed. I did not think to take a photograph of the label because it was pre-printed on the original invoice included with my package, and one would think traceable from their end.
I mailed my return on 7/23, and they have yet to issue a credit, claiming the package has not been received, and they need the tracking number to confirm receipt. So, apparently they don't keep records of their own shipping labels, which I personally think is a load of BS.
I sent a photograph of the original invoice w/o the return label today and am calling American Express to see if they can help out here. I'll also be posting this review everywhere I can, including the Better Business Bureau here in NYC, and in Indianapolis, where their headquarters are located.

On April 7,2021 I ordered from www.swimsuitsforall.com. The order total was $184.01. The order was shipped on April 21,2021. The order was delivered April 29,2021. I returned the full order, which included all three items, the week of May 07,2021.
I returned my order according to the swimsuitsforall policy. I opted to use the form on the back on my paper invoice. I opted for a refund to my original method of payment. I used the ‘easy return label' included in my original order. According to the policy, once swimsuitsforall processed my return, I should receive a confirmation email. The policy indicates it should take about 2 weeks to receive and process my return. As of June 21,2021 I have not received any confirmation email.
I waited to give the processing center additional time due to COVID-19 restrictions. I attempted to call the customer service line multiple times over the course of waiting for my refund. I entered my phone number as well as my order number and the machine said it could not locate my order. The most recent attempt to contact customer service was on June 21,2021. I also submitted an email request on June 21,2021 with my issue. To date I am unable to track my return and have not received my refund.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I have submitted a request via online form on the swimsuitsforall website, the FullBeauty Brand website and the BBB to investigate.

Do not order from this site. Customer service is awful. I never leave reviews but this is so bad I hope to warn others before going down this road.

I simply wanted to share a great online shopping experience I had on a website I never knew about before - swimsuitsforall.com! It's really tough finding good quality, competitively priced bathing suits in my size once the summer begins... so I did a search for women's plus size swimsuits and found this site. I couldn't believe the variety of suits, including chlorine resistant swimsuits that are perfect for my pool. I ordered a one piece, a swimdress, several tankini tops, a high waist bottom and a few cute coverups. Their size charts made it easy for me to figure out what size to buy and the site was simple to navigate. I checked out quickly, although I wish they accepted PayPal, and received my order in just 6 days. A few of the suits were too big, but I exchanged them using their pre-paid return stuff and got my exchange a few days later. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and will absolutely shop this website again. They seem to offer really good discounts - I'm now on their email list and get frequent emails about their sales.

In mid-June I ordered a tankini. It arrived in mid-July. The top was smaller than I liked so I returned it a few days later. On July 24th, I received an email stating that they had received my tankini top & it would take 5-7 days to process the exchange. It has been more than 2 weeks without receiving the replacement so I called. The first time I pressed O for operator, the recording said, "I'm sorry. There is no answer. Your call is being disconnected." WHY IS THAT EVEN PART OF THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE? I immediately called back & was connected to John. He told me that my exchange had not been processed yet so he could refund credit card. I explained that it was a tankini & I didn't plan to swim topless... even having to explain this to a man annoyed me. He offered to reorder the top for me once I verified my card number & expiration date. My new tankini top should arrive in 7-10 business days which puts me closer to the end of August for something that I ordered in JUNE. Even in the southwest, swimming season is nearing an end. What if I hadn't called (twice) today? How much longer would it have been until I received my swimsuit? September? I won't order from them again.

However, I wasn't told it was going to be a 2 week delay for my order, until after placing it.
When I called to try and expedite the order, I was told I would only be able to do so by canceling my first orderWHICH WOULD REMAIN ON MY ACCOUNT AS A DEBT for 3-5 working days! Double charging me for up to 5 days!

First off I have never spoke with a ruder team of people in my life. I placed my order 9 days ago... 5 business days... they still haven't even processed my order. And won't tell me even a n estimate on when they will be sending the product out. I asked if at this point I could just cancel and get my money back for my thousand dollar suit (sarcastic), they told me I only have ONE HOUR to change my order. So at this point we are working on 10 business days not even processed the order and won't give me my money back! I understand things are running behind these days and I told both the ladies I talked to that I understood that but that unlike other websites that state due to covid 19 things take longer, they have nothing on their homepage or anywhere that I could go d that says they will be processing behind schedule. If that was the case I wouldn't have purchased I needed it for a specific time. Overall no help or explaination for the customers and the ladies both supervisor and customer service very very rude. Didn't make sense to me that if they are behind in processing orders why they couldn't give me my money back and cancel the order it's going to get here at least a week late if not later.

In regards to trying to use credit Feb. 2021. In late Nov 2018 I ordered four different swimsuit sytles in hopes that one or all would fit for a vacation. Unfortunately only 2 of the 4 fit. After looking at their return policies I was going to get very little back with return shipping (for each suit), etc. I opted for their "Never Expires" credit instead and returned them. In February of 2021 I went to place an order and it said my credit which was in the form of an E-Gift Card that "NEVER EXPIRES" was "Not Found". I called Customer Service and they were of no help at all! She was very smug and first told me I shouldn't have waited so long (2 yrs and 1 month). Insisting I wanted them to look into where my credit had gone she put me on hold for a minute and then tells me that after 3 years of nonuse they are dumped from the system and sent to the govenment as unclaimed funds. After I hung up I realized it hadn't been 3 yrs, it was 2 yrs and 1 month (rcvd credit 12/27/18). So I have been searching weekly to find my unclaimed funds and nothing! I sent them an email 6 weeks ago asking where my money is, received an email stating they received it and would be responding back and nothing. Looks like I am out $92.00 and they have doubled their money by selling the suit twice. FRAUD.

This is by far the WORST company I have ever ordered from. I tried canceling my order right away and they said I only have 25 minutes to cancel. However I was on hold 45 minutes before I could get anyone to respond. They would not cancel it, did not send me a return shipping label. I called back waited another 45 minutes took 1 week to get a return shipping label emailed to me after I called and emailed them multiple times. I also requested they put the money back on my original form of payment and they told me I would get an E-Gift Card. I was then put on hold waiting for a supervisior because I did not want this suit to begin with and they hung up on me while I was waiting. I had requested original form of payment when I spoke to them the week prior and it seemed to be no problem, but now it is. It is not fair to get a gift card when I am returning an unopened package that Ive been canceling since the minute I placed the order. I have NEVER dealt with a worse company. Not to mention I placed 2 other orders that day (before I knew the hell I would be dealing with) and they canceled 1 order and could not explain to me the reason it was canceled. I literally have NO IDEA how they stay in business with such terrible customer service.

Absolutely horrible shipping and customer service policies. If you order standard shipping it takes 4-5 weeks to arrive. I placed an order on April 9 and paid for three day shipping. I leave on vacation April 21 and figured 12 days was more than enough time to receive my item with 3 day shipping for my trip. When I got the confirmation for shipping email it showed the suit would not be arriving until May 2, more than 3 weeks after I placed the order! I contacted customer service in which they emailed me a response saying they accidentally shipped it ground and would refund the shipping fees. That doesn't do me any good as I ordered the swimsuit for the upcoming vacation. I called customer service in which they said there wasn't a mistake it's just that they don't offer three day shipping to where I live which is hawaii. When I asked why she said because it is considered international. Are you serious? She said there wasn't a single thing she could do. No apology, no explanation, instead it was more of oh well too bad. I asked to speak to someone else in which her response was "everyone else will tell you the same thing". She finally got someone who said he was a manager and all he kept saying was "sorry but we can't give you a refund or do anything about it. Hawaii is international shipping." When I explained that I won't even be home when the suit arrives as I will be on vacation and no one will be able to get the package that should have been here tomorrow, his response was "can't you find someone to help you? There's absolutely nothing we can do. Three day shipping isn't available to hawaii because it's considered international shipping." Absolutely no help. If three day shipping wasn't available to hawaii why did they allow it as an option, why did they just ship the order standard without contacting me to inform me of their error and their policy and to see if I still wanted the item? I will never use them again. Their lack of professionalism in handling issues and concerns are the worst I have ever encountered with a company. I wonder if Ashley Graham knows about this scam and supports it? I will definitely stick with Venus Swimwear which is based out of Florida and gets me my product in two days.

Order my swim suite back in the beginning of June it is now the middle of July! Haven't gotten it yet! I have called customer service several time, they keep saying the same thing over and over they don't care! If I were them I would be looking for a reliable delivery service... ever hear of UPS or fedex I bet if they put it in a mail box I would have gotten it faster. It took them over 10 days for my order date to even ship it out... this place is a real joke. So now i have to wait 30 days from when it was shipped to even put a trace on it. Summer will be over!

This company needs to be SHUT DOWN. They are Swimsuits for all but under the umbrella of "Fullbeauty Brands" and the parent company is Apax Partners. President CEO Stephanie Sobel. They are nothing short of evil. They will steal your money, they will send you the wrong product not send you yours then charge you for the wrong item that they sent you and charge you to return it. Make you run all over trying to find somewhere to return it and still no refund. They will hold you hostage and not give you back the money they stole from you. Absolutely horrific. Please please do not buy anything. This company is absolutely awful and should not be in business. There are thousands of reviews for same Issues. They take your money period. I have filed with the BBB and Tomorrow I will be contacting New Jersey Attorney General. Again the only way to stop them from their illegal actions is to pass the word and STOP ALL PURCHASES. Don't let them take any more victims. I am going to try to see if there is a way to start a class action suit.
