I do wish they accommodated larger bust sizes but they do offer a wider variety of styles and fittings. If you order a size that doesn't work, call customer service and they can advise you on what size or style will work better. Some of their vendors are better than others. Once you find a vendor that works for your purposes, it's fantastic. Shipping charges and times are great, especially if you watch for deals.
This incredibly inept company doesn't know the first thing about shipping orders. You question and they read the same stupid useless script. Orders most often are not shipped items back ordered for months. I have been in customer service businesses my entire life. Never, have I ever experienced the blatant stupidity of this joke of an organization. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE

This company is the worst one to deal with with returns. I ordered several suits in hopes of finding one that I liked although the quality and styles were nice the fit just wasn't right so I sent them back. I had to pay quite a hefty shipping cost for a few lightweight swimsuits. But I figured it was better than keeping something I didn't want. I had requested on the paperwork to credit my visa card that I had used for the purchase. After several months, I called them to check on my credit. They informed me that they had sent me a letter with a credit to their company not to my credit card which I had requested. They also informed me because it had been over 90 days that they could not credit my visa account. I also could see the credit that I had but I could not redeem it because I didn't have the letter that they said they had sent me. I went clear to the top of the management system with this, and they all said the same thing in my way of thinking, this is what they do in order to keep people from getting their money back. I'll know better next time but I'm hoping this review will help others do not make the same mistake. I did in ordering from Swimsuits for All.

They charged me to correct their mistake and then refused to refund the money as they promised they would when they charged me wrongfully. They are evil, they are shady and they unethical and not to be trusted. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THEM EVER!

So wish I had read these reviews before ordering. When I placed my order June 24th both items were said to be in stock. Then when checking the orders were said to be back ordered. A general letter was sent to all customers saying that they were sorry that this had happened and they were working to do better. Finally my orders shipped and arrived on July 31. Unfortunately only one item was correct. The other item instead of being a swimsuit was the ugliest dress I've ever seen was sent in its place. Customer service answered in a timely manner and the representative said all the right things. "So sorry"
Etc. A return label was sent to me to return it at no cost to me. Not my mistake but still have to go out of my way to correct the problem. No compensation was offered what so ever. Was told returned items aren't resold but given away. If so why make me return it. When on their website that dress is nowhere.
Of course the original tankini set I had ordered back in June that at that time had said in stock is not in stock now and will not ship until November. I don't know about you but I will not be in need of a suit in November. I always make sure to write a review to praise a business when good service is rendered and rarely write bad reviews but this is just bad business.

Do not order from them. You will wait forever for your items if you get them at all. A few years ago they were better.

When my order arrived, the products seemed nice but did not come close to fitting. I returned them using the attached return label. I order online from retailers often and the standard process is the retailer will give you a refund minus the shipping charges when you return using their label. Not so with SwimsuitsForAll. Instead, they give you a gift card. You have to search the fine print on their return label to find this out. Since my money was tied up in a gift card, I placed a second order. These items were far from fitting as well. I think the sizes are way off. I just called and asked how to return these items and get my original money back. They said that since I paid with a gift card, they will give me another gift card. They said had I asked for my money back after they gave me the first gift card, they could have given me the money back. But now that I used the gift card, they cannot do that. How on earth was I supposed to know that they do things differently than the dozens of other online retailers I have shopped with. I a furious. Their swimsuits do not fit and they are keeping my money.

I initiated a return on 08/21 using the shipping label the company provided me. It was one of those "mail innovations" where it started with USPS and switches to UPS. Upon messaging the company for the fedex tracking number it showed my item would not arrive for 21 days! This would put me past the 60 mark. I reached out to the company asking if they were taking into account shipping delays due to Covid. Karena told me that I received my item on 07/15 and had "PLENTY of time to return." I explained to her that yes, I am returning a whole three weeks before my deadline. To me that's still PLENTY of time. Furthermore, I'm using the shipping label provided by the company. We are going through a pandemic. The company's website clearly states there may be shipping delays and items may arrive after expected delivery date. If they expect us to be understanding, why wouldn't they? I think the company should consider Covid delays for US TOO and should go off of the day the return was initiated. Karena informed me once they recieved my item, which isn't expected to arrive until 09/14 (over 3 weeks), they will mail it back to me. I will never order from them again.

I ordered 2 items and received incorrect merchandise. Called them followed the return process received email they received return and would be issued credit in 5-7 days. After multiple calls and them telling me would be issued next day and it wasn't, I filed dispute with paypal credit. They issued credit and then charged me back saying Swimsuits for All claimed it was a legitimate charge. After much investigation I uncovered their SCAM. Their return labels require USPS to hand over to 3rd party company called newgistics and they can not update USPS tracking so claim it was never returned. USPS says contact newgistics but that is a joke. I am reporting them to Federal Trade Commission and Better Business Bureau. They hope people get fed up and just drop the case but I would love for a class action lawsuit to be filed. I am appealing claim and have forwarded paypal credit all documents including email from them that they did receive the returned merchandise. Would never do business with again!

Not only has the sizing and quality of items gone way down, the customer service is abysmal. I placed an order and received an incorrect item in my order. I also did not receive the return shipping label I was supposed to receive to return the item. I called customer service to figure out what to do and the CSR told me they would mail me a new shipping label as I did not have a printer to print an emailed label. Fast forward a month where I was traveling and having covid…no label has been received. I call customer service again. They tell me that they do not ship new mailing labels anymore (and did not when they rep told me they would), and I now have 4 days to get the incorrect item to them or will receive no refund for the item anyway. I have to go find a printer to print the label or pay for the shipping of the return item myself (which now that it has to get there in 4 days will be more than the value of the item credit I am looking for). They will not issue a credit for the item u did not receive until this item is returned. This place is a friggin joke and I will never order from them again. Stick to Amazon.

I will never order from this company again! Called customer service because I paid $13 for shipping on a product that said it would be 5-7 business days shipping. They keep telling me that it's not left the facility and that it will be another 10 days before I receive it due to covid! No where does it say in their website that there is shipping delays! Even went and started a dummy order because the agent I spoke to says it says it in there... it says under the shipping on a! Order placed today estimated delivery would be jun 10th! Tell me how my order placed over a week ago is set to be delivered the same day! Then she said that is says it after the order number when the order is placed! Nope I have a screen shot! Spoke to a supervisor and they told me the same thing! Just kept saying we're sorry. There's nothing I can do! I asked for a refund. Nope. Asked for a refund on just my shipping. Nope it's non-refundable. Asked if they could expedite my package since I need it for vacation THIS weekend and the only reason I placed the order... a $90 order at that... is because it said it would be here on time! Nope can't do that either! The first agent was rude as hell too! I asked her to cancel my order because I no longer wanted their product. And she said I would have to pay shipping to ship it back to them! I'm NOT paying a total of $26 shipping for a product I told you to cancel! Save your money and don't order from this awful company!

Be warned if you have to return a swimsuit to Swimsuits For All you will be out the shipping cost for delivery and the return (on average $15-20.) I love The Ashley Graham Bathing Suit Collection and decided to give Swimsuits For All a try. As many know, it is really hard to buy a bathing suit online without seeing it in person or trying it on. The suit itself was a bit pricey and then to pay $8.99 for shipping. I decided to give it a try because there aren't many places you can buy this brand. I can't say that I loved the top nearly as much as I had hoped, but decided to keep it. I then ordered a second swimsuit top and it did not fit well at all. When I inquired about the return I found out that I would have to pay shipping to return the suit and they would not credit the shipping to have it delivered. Essentially I was going to be out $15-20 with nothing to show for it. Keep in mind the tankini itself was only $30. Their website is misleading and makes it sound like you can print a prepaid return shipping label. This is not true unless you are willing to take a credit to your account. It would take a lot for me to ever consider purchasing from Swimsuits For All again. Trying to buy a bathing suit online is hard enough as it is and then to have high shipping cost and hassled returns. I will stick with reputable websites that offer free shipping and easy returns. Swimsuits For All has lost a customer pretty much right off the start!

I ordered a bathing suit skirt bottom online, for which I paid $48 plus $12.99 shipping. This was probably my 5th or 6th order from Swimsuits for All, so I've been a fairly regular, good customer. Along with my order came several new catalogs, so imagine my surprise to find my exact same swimsuit skirt on page 16 priced on sale for $23! The catalog back says these prices are in effect until 9/27/22. Since my order was only place about 12 days earlier, I'm fairly sure this print catalog was out at the same time also. So I called the customer service number to get a price adjustment. Wrong! Spoke to 4 different CSRs, the last 2--Victor and Rebecca--allegedly Resolutions Supervisers-- and all said, essentially, too bad, we don't make price adjustments, not our policy! Rebecca, the final person with whom I spoke, actually said I could call anyone up the corporate chain, all the way to the top of Full Beauty Brands (corporate parent) and NO ONE will ever make that price adjustment and credit me back my $25 I overpaid! I could, however, return the item, and reorder it again at the lower price, paying for all the shipping, which would cost multiple times the price if the item! What a crappy company--NO CUSTOMER SERVICE standards at all! Order at your own risk! Oh, and by the way, Swimsuits for All-- please don't bother to put your standard robot message saying how sorry you are and will use this to help improve-- I've now read every review listed for the past 1 1/2 years, and your replies are identical, and nothing has changed! Even your replies are phony!

I ordered a swimsuit top and when it arrived the strap hook was broken and there was a visible salvage strip showing on the front of the suit. I had pay an extra $32.97 for 3 day express delivery. When I called customer service they were not helpful at all with returning the top and I any refund I received would be much less than the original cost because of the return shipping charges. So I decided to exchange the suit. I sent the swimsuit top back on April12th - within the 60 day return period. In order to exchange an item you need to fill out a new order form and when they get your return the will charge your card again and refund you for the returned order. I received another top and my card was charge the full price included shipping charges. It took a month for the exchange. Today I received the original damaged suit back in the mail because it was returned outside of the 60 days. When I called customer service they passed me off to a manager and I explained what had happen and according to their website the suit had shipped on April 12th and I was within the return period. He told me I was shipped the suit on January 30th. I told him what the website said the ship date was and that date agreed with the date of the charge on my credit card. The he started to mock me screaming "I don't care what the website says!" He was looking at a ship date from a different order. And he just kept screaming at me. I will never use Swimsuits for All again.

So disappointed. My first order has been a disaster. I ordered via PayPal and got an order number from PayPal and an explanation that the payment would go through when S4A accepted the order. When I followed up with S4A after it was pending for 5 days I was told that they did not have an order. So I canceled it on PayPal and ordered and paid by credit card online. I ordered a size 10 top and size 12 bottom, which is reflected in my order. I received a size 10 top and a size 12 top, and no bottom. When I called customer service there were no longer any size 12's or 14's. I was offered a size 10 or 18. Which is not helpful when I am a size 12 or 14. The agent accused me of being rude when I said that, which is not rude, it's stating the obvious. Don't offer my something that is obviously useless to me. I now have the burden returning the item to and waiting for the apparently incompetent warehouse to receive it before I am refunded. And I don't want a gift card as I will NEVER shop here again.
I was so excited at the prospect of finally finding a swimsuit to fit me, and bought into it because Ashley Graham is a spokesperson, and the experience, from first order, to canceled first order, to second order, to receiving that incorrect order, and then being treated like an inconvenience by the 'customer service' representative when I dared to express frustration, has been awful. I will not be shopping with them again.

I just had an incrediblly negative experience with this retailer. I'd bought a suit from them 2 or 3 years ago without issue and was buying a couple more for an upcoming vacation. The items took forever to ship with a mysterious 4 day delay in Indiana. FedEx then claimed the item was delivered but I received no package. I've done a lot of online shopping and have never had a package go missing or stolen for years. When I called FedEx they said they could do nothing and I had to call the retailer. Swimsuitsforall csr talked me through some absurd process where I have to fill out an affadavit that they will mail it I can print and then mail back to them so they can do an investigation and then take 2 weeks to determine if I get a refund. By the time I'd get the refund and be able to repurchase my suits, even assuming they're even in stock and the shipping isn't as slow as last time, there's no way I'd get them in time for my vacation. This is a terrible way to run a business and a terrible way to treat customers. I'm definitely never going to be a repeat customer here again.

I regret that I did not read online reviews about this company before I perused their website and ordered a swimsuit from them. I had been looking around the site and had added a few items to the shopping cart to make a final decision from the items that caught my interest. Before submitting the order, I removed all other items I didn't want and left just 1 item in the cart. I proceeded to checkout and ordered that one item. But then I got an email from them stating that I had purchased two items -- one of the removed items had been put back into my cart. I emailed them within an hour but they replied (the next business day) that they couldn't help me. So I called their customer service line and was told that they can't change any orders after 1 hour of it being placed. It didn't matter that I had contacted them in writing within that deadline -- they too said they couldn't help me. So, I called my bank and disputed the charges and I will never do business with SwimsuitsForAll and I will warn everyone I know to likewise avoid doing business with them.

I don't normally write negative reviews... but feel compelled to share my experience here. I ordered 5 pieces (2 bottoms, 2 tops, and a coverup). All but 1 bottom were good. I called to see about an exchange on the one piece. Could not get through to anyone so I completed the online inquiry and explained my situation. I quickly received an extremely confusing response. Return/exchange policy is unclear on the packing slip as well. I tried following the instructions that were sent to me which basically involved: complete a whole new order, use a coupon code for free shipping, and then when they receive the original package, they will send the exchange and refund what they were going to charge my account for the replacement (weird). I thought ok, something doesn't seem right so I called. Spoke to a customer service representative who was clearly more confused than I was. She told me to send it back, then S4A would issue a credit to my store account. When the credit hit, I was supposed to place another order and then they would send me a replacement bottom. It makes NO sense, an exchange should be one transaction not two and it shouldn't take another month to get my damn suit. Totally ridic! I told the service rep it would be easier and less painful for me to butcher myself to fit into the suit. UGH. I kid... but this is an example of how poor the customer service is. And then she added that it is a confusing process and they are trying to work to change it and basically told me to have a nice day and hung up.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Swimsuits for All doesn't receive any stars, and if I could, I'd give them a negative version of the star. Their customer service is horrendous especially when it comes to managing returns and issuing credits for merchandise.
I ordered (2) bathing suits costing appx $75; neither of which fit me properly. I used the return label provided on the packing slip and dropped the package off at the USPS as instructed. I did not think to take a photograph of the label because it was pre-printed on the original invoice included with my package, and one would think traceable from their end.
I mailed my return on 7/23, and they have yet to issue a credit, claiming the package has not been received, and they need the tracking number to confirm receipt. So, apparently they don't keep records of their own shipping labels, which I personally think is a load of BS.
I sent a photograph of the original invoice w/o the return label today and am calling American Express to see if they can help out here. I'll also be posting this review everywhere I can, including the Better Business Bureau here in NYC, and in Indianapolis, where their headquarters are located.

On April 7,2021 I ordered from www.swimsuitsforall.com. The order total was $184.01. The order was shipped on April 21,2021. The order was delivered April 29,2021. I returned the full order, which included all three items, the week of May 07,2021.
I returned my order according to the swimsuitsforall policy. I opted to use the form on the back on my paper invoice. I opted for a refund to my original method of payment. I used the ‘easy return label' included in my original order. According to the policy, once swimsuitsforall processed my return, I should receive a confirmation email. The policy indicates it should take about 2 weeks to receive and process my return. As of June 21,2021 I have not received any confirmation email.
I waited to give the processing center additional time due to COVID-19 restrictions. I attempted to call the customer service line multiple times over the course of waiting for my refund. I entered my phone number as well as my order number and the machine said it could not locate my order. The most recent attempt to contact customer service was on June 21,2021. I also submitted an email request on June 21,2021 with my issue. To date I am unable to track my return and have not received my refund.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I have submitted a request via online form on the swimsuitsforall website, the FullBeauty Brand website and the BBB to investigate.
