No refund after three unsuccessful deliveries! I had to pester them to get answers and I had asked for a refund after a final shipment. All this has been going on for over a year and I haven't received any cigars and have lost 500 euros! Avoid them!
Recently made another substantial purchase from Swiss Cuban Cigars. I experienced a significant delay in shipping with this one, which in my experience is unusual, so I reached out to them. They investigated, got back to me fairly quickly, and made a replacement shipment immediately, which I subsequently received in a timely manner. I had a small issue with the original order. The Customer Service Rep Oksana was in contact with me several times with updates, and after arrival (in only a few weeks) she continued to follow up to be sure I was satisfied. We spoke about my concerns and she addressed immediately and had my order re-shipped. I got that in 15 days which was amazing and in time for my daughters wedding. Two of my Partagas Series D No 4 were damaged. The heads were crushed.
